If I could rate this store a zero I would. Theyre never open, its always dirty in the store, always outta products, they wont sell through the window, they shake their head no when you motion for someone, whats the point in opening at all? This was a 24/7 before Covid, now whats your excuse. Please just shut down so a better business that cares about its customers,than worrying about how much work they can get out of. This is a ctap hole and The worst management Ive ever seen. I know the GM and Im calling and reporting everyone.

Wish I could rate this a negative 5 star just bc it’s doors are never open. A quick trip should open right across from it, so it can get all its clients.

This store is worthless. Ive complained numerous times and had a very long conversation with the PR department regarding this location. A report was filed but it hasnt improved. I learned that if they only have 1 person scheduled (which seems to be the case every night) they are not allowed to open the door BUT they are supposed to sell you any item you want through the small metal door to the left of the main doors. This has never been the case for me and the attendant typically runs off when I motion to sell through that door. Well that was the case tonight 9-7-21 12:04 am again. Attendant sitting behind the counter doing whatever on her phone, doors locked, no sign. I knock on the door and motion for her to sell through the small door. She shakes her head and motions NO, holds her finger up to signify 1 min then disappears into the back. I stood there a good 10 -15 min and left. I called and she didnt pickup. Took a trip down to Quick Trip by the Home Depot and the store and gas pumps are extremely busy. So whomever runs this race track does not care about about business at all. I will call their PR department again tomorrow to tell them what happened and suggest they close this place down.

Definitely the worse RaceTrac. I really hope someone buys this one and tears it down and replace it with a better gas station. Unfortunately its the closest gas station near me. Its open maybe 5 hours a day even though there always seems to be workers there (these places make that much they can pay people to sit around in a closed store is shocking really). Coffee machines never work right, gas pumps are always broken and take 10 mins to accept payment.Whoever the owner is of this place, please sell it to someone that knows how to run a proper business, thanks.

This place used to be my go to for gas but recently they’ve started closing super early. 8-9. And even around 7 which I find weird. I don’t know if it’s management or that they’re understaffed.

Constantly closed at night, states not enough employees but always see 3-4employees inside, all trash bins full of trash. No other gas stations are shutting down, seems unacceptable for a 24 hr gas station.

Store is OFTEN closed when it gets dark outside. They wont even let you use the window box.

I went to go get a slushy and some snacks but at the early time of 9:00 they were somehow closed i have been in the store way past that time on multiple times but i guess the one worker i saw decided to close the store early in her own terms i guess. Honestly find people to work later or change the times you guess say yall are open because i wasn’t the only customer there trying to get in to purchase food SMH. And three things need to be changed that are the attitudes of the workers for the example a cashier was giving me the worst attitude he wouldn’t look me in the eye like a man he was breathing heavily out of his nose and didn’t even hand my change to me in my hand he just threw it on the counter like wow how are these people even employed its not good at all. The other two things that are horrible is the cleanliness of the store and the drinks machines are always out of order and dont work. This racetrack needs new management asap and workers that actually want to do there job and not be disrespectful

Racetrac should be ashamed. This location is disgusting. Bathrooms are nasty, floors are covered in dirt and grime. Trash all over the place. Half the frozen machines were broken and some of the ice cream machines were melted and dripping all over the place. Just gross.

SOS. CORPORATE NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION. The fact that this store is closed more often than it is open is beyond absurd. Children need their sport drinks before extracurricular activities and people need coffee before their workday. This store is a disgrace

This is not 24/7 as advertised. Plenty of associates seen inside but with a closed sign on the locked doors. Im really not one to be a Karen but I have contacted corporate to investigate. Even had someone at the pump repeatedly yell at me to ask them why they were closed. No, you do it. The sign says closed, I am not bothering them.That was pretty unsettling.

Very poorly run! You never know at night if it’s open or closed! If you can’t be open 24/7 like you say then maybe change hours of operation. Looks like QT will be getting more business from how this store is run. Get more friendly employees as well or train them better.

All the food on the racks was terribly burnt - went for a sandwich instead.... big mistake... spent $5.00 for two pieces of dry bread, ONE piece of cheese and two slices of ham... no lettuce, nothing but meat. Cheese.. bread.. look at this! Lazy, lazy, lazy. Wont be going back.

I was in this store today,I purchased 1 king-sized snicker a medium coke and a medium cup of water. I told the cashier it was water she said ok and proceeded to ring me up for 2 large fountain drinks and the candy. When she gave me the total of $4 and some change. I said did you know you charged me for 2 drinks, I only have 1 soda. It was at this time that she said this location charges $1 for the cup. When I asked for a refund for the water she sighed heavily and said let me see like I was the problem. By now I was getting agitated, I said never mind, went poured the water out and got a diet mountain dew and walked out of the store. It wasnt until I was several miles away that I realized she still over charged me because my 2 drinks were medium not large. The cashier was a tall heavy set medium complexion woman with glasses. I didnt not get her name or I would be happy to give it to you. I didnt appreciate her attitude, lack of customer service or the fact that she over charged me for my drinks. While it may only be afew cents difference integrity is everything. She could have told me when I sat the water down and said it was water, that you charge regular price for the cup, not once youve charged me and took my money. If she did this to me I can only image who else she is ripping off.

Its too bad you have to leave any stars to leave a review because this racetrac isnt even worth the 1 star I gave them. Poorly ran. No one is taking the trash out, the trash cans by the pumps are so full that the wind is blowing it out all over the parking lot. Their gas pumps dont even print receipts. Lottery machine broke, bathrooms are so nasty, its best to use an out house. At least it would be cleaner. Lousy. What a disgrace on racetracs name....

No baby changing station in the Mens restroom. So my sick wife had to get out and go change her in the womens restroom. Just put a changing table in.

Supposed to be 24 hours every morning that I come at 5 is close yall or loosen a lot of customers might as well shut the place down

This is a clean, friendly - welcoming environment gas station! I had forgot to add my RaceTrac rewards points before paying for my gas at the pump, so I went inside to ask at the register of they could add it, after I had payed for it, the kindly got the manager, and he helped me very quickly and provide me all the information and instructions that I needed to do to add it since he couldnt do it for me.

This location claims to be 24 hour, but most nights they just tape a piece of paper on their window saying theyre closed. Im not sure if this is something that has been approved by upper management, but it appears that the night shift just closes the store whenever they dont feel like serving people.

Your staff is rude and the owner of this franchise needs to weed out the underachieving employees before most of your customer base switches to Quick Trip for their morning stop. I am calling corporate on the employee I spoke with this morning. Luckily I have the decency not to name him in this review.

They are always closing at 9pm-6am. It happens at least 3/4 times a week. unacceptable! This is supposed to be a 24hr store. Please fire the entire staff including the manager who cannot seem to properly staff this location. This is my last attempt to do business here. I will happily take my money to quick trip.

This place has a box with a button so u can still get what u need from outside, but EVERY SINGLE TIME we come here and press the button we are IGNORED. Tonight I went there and pressed the button JUST to buy gas, and an employee looked at me with a smirk and shook her head no. All the lights were on everywhere, so the store looked open? I dont understand how every single time I go to this store when night falls I am completely ignored, but it is supposedly a 24 hr store which is clearly a lie. I will NEVER visit this store again. I will not spend my money at this race trac ever again. Tired of the ride employees in that place.

Has potential to be a decent business, but ever since they opened they advertise false hours.. not sure what theyre trying to get out of that but it seems as if it only gave them an overall terrible rating. It can be aggravating to say the least when you research whats open, see this location then actually see what is going on when you try to walk in. Theyll make it appear inviting with the radio and lights on outside, and youll walk up to a door locked and employees literally just chilling inside every night.. They staff people overnight to tell you theyre understaffed. You can pull up anytime at night and in 10 minutes youd be shocked how many people are pushed away. This is a poor excuse. If you havent fixed employment in the time youve been open its time to find new management. If you dont agree then update your hours online,your site, google and the app. Its just unnecessary to tell people youre open when you never are.

Third time I went at night and they are closed, all 4 or 5 employees are smoking outside in the back. Lost 5 or 6 customers in less than a minute.

Bought a bottle of water their brand $4 29. The bottle was not sealed and it was filled completely to the top with water or whatever it was there was no air pocket at the top of the water bottle like its supposed to be. Call the manager he didnt seem too concerned about it told me I could come get another bottle of water, I didnt want another bottle of water I wanted him to be aware of someones tampering with their water in there. Please be careful with this store

Stopped in all lights on like they are open. But no they are closed with sign on the door with some lame excuse they cant keep any help to run the store. Maybe they should pay them more.Very disappointed.

This place is a motorist nightmare!!! You need to be careful, between the cars, trucks, people walking to and from vehicles, and the MANY MANY large landscaping vehicles, you also have to deal with loitering. So finding a place to park just to run in real quick is also a challenge. Krogers fuel station is far safer to navigate. I wish large stations like this, that services so many landscaping and other large commercial vehicles, had designated locations for these vehicles. Similar to buc ees and other interstate stations and truck stops

Always randomly closing at night. How are you going to be “24/7” and be advertised as 24/7 and yet be closing at 10:30? Makes zero sense. Lady up front was very rude opening the front door and yelling “We’re closed!”. Will not be doing business here again.

This place advertises false hours. Every night they close at midnight or earlier and put a poorly printed sign on the door saying sorry for the inconvenience. They’re wasting people’s time and money by claiming they are open and then locking the doors. Completely unacceptable, will not return.

Its hit or miss if its open past 10pm. The selection of products is okay. They clean the parking lot every 2 weeks it seems, yet the cant clean the inside of the food displays. The foutian drinks are really the only redeemable thing there. Pit stop and QT are light years ahead

Although it’s sometimes messy, they have quick service and a great coffee.A convenient stop if you’re in a hurry and just need a quick pick me up.

Everytime I go in there... the floors and counters are sticky. The drinks are ALWAYS out and the blue slushee is never in service ... I’m always standing on like for an extended amount of time because there is always ONE cashier working the register and they’re incredibly slow. It’s never clean & I’m never greeted when I walk in! It should’ve been a QUIKTRIP instead. Worst racetrac ever. Employees need to be trained that drinks are a priority and should always be in service.

I visited the store within the last 24 hours and the associate had no mask on. I have a problem with this given half the people that go in there dont wear them themselves and the volume of people moving through the store.Again today, associate with no mask organizing food. Manager said it fell off which is a total crock.

One male employee at the counter is always looking down at his phone. He doesnt ask if he can help or check you out. The female employee is very attentive and nice. This has happened twice this week.

You claim to be 24 HOUR location,I’ve Had THREE,I REPEAT THREE TIMES where I stopped and before 10 the store is CLOSED and there is a paper on the door stating that it will reopen tomorrow at 6am. Please don’t claim to be something your NOT. I have use racetrack locations for years I consider myself a faithful and loyal customer,but this is RIDICULOUS, I was so excited when I saw that this Location was going to open up, because I found myself going to the one past the mall of Georgia towards Lawrenceville or the ones in Gainesville Georgia. Now FINALLY ONE near me,but for me it’s been a COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. I refuse to stop by. Even my wife give me grief about it, she is a QT fan, I was starting to get her to see the light,and this happens. Please lets get it together.

Cant keep anything stocked correctly, dont come here expecting the usual racetrac experience. I have given them enough chances, Ill just start going to the quicktrip again.

Live 3 minutes away, but Id rather go to qt 10mins down the road. (Only young people no manager or someone who looks competent works here). Thats why its dirty and theres never any hotdogs buns in the container.

First, the toppings ARE NOT free, you didn’t understand the employee. Second, if the employees are switching from first to second shift all registers must be broke down and all money must be dropped so mam they didn’t have enough money in their register to break ur $100. Third, the employee looking down on his phone was most likely going over his to do list of the store and adjusting what needed to be done and what had been completed. I love this racetrac Everytime I come in I have great customer service and I use to work in the industry so I can relate. This store is one of the better stores you will find especially in this area.

Opened on 11/17/17 and it’s great service and new. Best place in having veriaty of snacks; and anything you need to start the day.

Ive tried to exchange a propane tank here 5 times over the past several months. Every single time they tell me the key is lost. Either RaceTrac doesnt know how to order a replacement key or the staff are too lazy to go outside for 1 minute to help me out. Im thinking its the latter...

Walked in to get ice cream at the ice cream and frozen yogurt stations and everything was nasty and gross. Food and debris were everywhere, floors were sticky and trash was lying about. Looked like some one just threw the toppings outside of the containers. Turned and walked out.
