I dont believe everything i read on the internet, but when I had a rock strike my windshield and saw Safe Techs reviews I decided to try it out. WOW I was not disappointed at all ! I talked to Flo who explained the process in detail, then he had someone assist me with a call to my insurance to ensure I wasnt going to pay anything at all. Finally i had the repair completed while i was in service. I still dont believe everything online but these guys are THE REAL DEAL !!! Thank yall so much, please continue your excellent service 👏

After my car windshield cracked by a rock while driving, I was very disappointed.However I was lucky enough to find the great service at Safe Tech Auto Glass.Carlos was extremely professional and skilled, he explained to me how repairs would work and what to expect, it only took him 10-15 minutes to repair the cracked glass, and you can’t even tell where the crack was after the repairing, so smooth & seamless.We had another car windshield cracked 6 years ago, but the repair work was horribly done by other vendor and it created a quarter size cloud around the cracked area right in front of the driver’s side. So I brought my 2nd car back to Safe Tech the next day, Carlos knew what exactly happened and he told me that previous repair damage won’t make the results seamless because of old drilled holes and air pockets. After Carlos fixed it and he was able to get rid off the cloud, and glass turned to transparent again. I was very pleased with Carlos’s quality service. What a great job!

A rock hit our windshield and it caused about a 4 inch crack. I went to Safe Tech Auto Glass at Classic Chevrolet - Sugar Land to see if they could repair it. Quick service (Less than 10 minutes) but quality is just OK. I didn’t see any equipment was used so I assume they use more or less the DIY kit manually. Then I wonder if 10 minutes is enough for this kind of repair. Not up to the same professional level you can see on YouTube

I was going out for lunch and was on the freeway when a rock flew into my windshield causing a severe chip. I called Ross and Carlos at Safe Tech Auto Glass and they told me to stop by. They were very professional and extremely informative on the process. They made me feel comfortable in that my chipped windshield would be taken care of and hardly visible to the naked eye after they were done. Within 20 minutes the chip on the windshield was repaired and my windshield looked brand new! I was really impressed and cant thank Ross and Carlos enough! Arrived 6 hours late. Tech took 4 hours to install glassed that I later found out was either installed improperly or the wrong glass. Had to be the wrong glass because my rearview mirror never fit. Either he broke off a piece or this is the wrong mirror completely. After I disputed this was the wrong glass the technician left refusing to take the glass out of the vehicle. This is the worst company ever! Breaking off a piece of my rearview mirror and never taken responsibility for the improper install. Now I’m left paying more money for new glass, new install and a new review mirror for my Lexus truck. I hate this place.

Easy to find. Fast and extremely friendly service. Had a quarter size, 3 fracture crack in my windshield just in front of the steering wheel that took about 15 minutes to repair. Had an approximately 6 crack on the top drivers side of my windshield that was deemed unrepairable by the first company the insurance sent out. I requested STA replace the windshield since I had called for a quote and they were prompt and courteous. I called on a Friday evening and had my appointment set for the following Tuesday. The great customer service didnt end on the phone, but continued when Chris arrived to replace the windshield. He was courteous and finished faster than the estimated time. After 24 hours, my windshield is still in place with no wind noise and they managed to transfer my tags over.

Chris and Kenny were very personable, polite and helpful. Chris did the actual repair, which was flawless. As Im sure Kenny would have done, had he gotten here 10 minutes faster! Response time with these guys is phenomenal! I absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing auto glass repair!!
