I needed my 2018 nissan altima windshield replaced so I called this company, we had to dodge the weather but steve kept calling me and keeping me updated, they were finally able to install it and all is great, thanks for working with me steven.

Had my Ford F150 replaced last year with no issues. But this time trying to have my wifes windshield replaced seemed a bit annoying to Steve. Called and he stated that they dont have the windshield in stock and hung up. Wouldnt take my return calls to see if he could order it. I guess business it that good to be rude to customers! Im glad it is. ill take my business elsewhere. if there was 0 stars id give it to him. Its a shame, trying to help out his business but customer service is truly lacking here.

I called on sunday and spoke to leo I had my door glass broke out on my chevy last night and he came to me within 3 hours and replaced the glass I am happy I called these guys, I will use again.

Spoke to an employee there today at 10:54am/1-10-2017 regarding a seal/weatherstrip replacement on my 2010 Honda civic. I asked for a quote, but he hesitated before he replying with Nah I cant. If I do the glass is gonna break. Really? What a load of bs. All you have to do is remove the windshield, remove old seal and install a new one. Why would the glass break? Ive seen it done many times. Just goes to show you these people arent shy about trying to stiff people for money. All this guy wanted was for me to pay for a brand new windshield. Uh, how about no? Windshield is perfectly fine.You guys suck. Dont waste your time with these people, theyll just find a way to cheat you.

This guy is honest. Within two hours of my first call he was in my driveway. He told me the chip was so insignificant it did not need repair. He could have gone through the motions to collect $40 but was too honest to do that. He did not even charge a service fee for driving over.

I have used these guys for years mr. Stephen has done chip repairs on my vehicle and replace my two kids windshields always done a very good job at a great price and they always come to me I just had another door glass on my vehicle busted last night and he sent his installer Israel and did the repair the next morning once again thanks for the prompt and great service

I had my door glass broken into last week on my 2013 Ford F150 I looked around and call this company they were much cheaper than Safelite mr. Leo came out and put in the door glass in timely manner all is good even vacuumed up all the glass that was broken in the vehicle.

Steve was nice enough to come out to my office parking lot in the rain to check out my cracked windshield, and due to rainy days there were several appointments that had to be rescheduled. Unfortunately though, after the weather cleared up, Steve never showed. I called and rescheduled at least once but heard nothing back about getting my windshield repaired.

Texted them, they gave me a quote, in two hours everything was done!
