If someone paid me to come to this place, I still wouldn’t come here. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen. I came in with a bulk order of sweatshirts that needed to be embroidered within a week (they said turnaround is 5 days on their embroidery handout). Virgil told me that It would take 10 days unless I paid an extra 10% rush fee. Fine. I paid half upfront. They started embroidering on the 6th day. They messaged me saying the embroidery wasn’t coming out fine and I had to redo my file. Mind you, the sample they embroidered on was fine. Instead of using one sweatshirt to embroider on and test the embroider, they used 5 DIFFERENT sweatshirts of mine???? Then proceeded to tell me that the price would increase even though I shrunk my design and it went from 15,000 stitches to 5,000. Then the lady who works there told us that the price sheet that her husband, Virgil, had given us was for “last week” and this week, they had a new price! And it was the one she was making up!When we argued that that toad Vergil gave us that price she told me to get out and gave me a refund and my shirts (a fraction of which they ruined and didn’t compensate for Bc it’s in their policy!).And also, the owners here yell and raise their voice at their customers. If they have an issue themselves, they will call you unprofessional and laugh at you for their own mistakes.

If -1 stars were an option, that would be my choice. This man ripped off my good friend who was doing *charity* work. Not only did he fail to deliver the promised (and payed for) work on time, he blamed his own failures on us. Do not use this business for any reason!!!This level of unprofessionalism boarders imbecilic.

I had a meeting four days away and needed my companys logo embroidered on button-down shirts before then. The Instant Imprint team went out of their way to knock this project out! It was a super easy process and the shirts look great. Ill definitely be using them again soon.

My company needed new business cards last minute for an event. Virgilio and team were great working with us and did an amazing job in a short amount of time for a reasonable price. We’ve gotten so many compliments on the cards already. Keep up the great work and awesome customer service and we’ll keep coming back.

They were able to print me custom t-shirts on a tight deadline. I sent them the design and they were responsive in verifying it would print as requested, then had the shirts ready on time for my event even while dealing with a supplier issue on delivery of the shirts to be printed. Great experience overall; the shirts looked amazing and the price was fair.

Quick, friendly and professional service. I dropped off some jackets for them to embroider, they used quality thread and the correct backing, they even asked questions to make sure I didnt need fire-retardant thread. They completed my job in less than 3 days after another local shop couldnt produce the jackets, saying that the job was too complicated. 5-Star review!!!
