All the Halloween costumes were very bare on Hallmarks eve. Otherwise very nice and neat with fast friendly staff. Convenience location in Sugar Land. Have big letter signs and an array of big number signs for Birthday or graduation.

Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Party City location ever!I went in to grab a few things for an event I have coming up. 1 the store is basically empty, but when I went to check out I wanted to use my merchandise credit & was told I couldn’t use it at that location because it came from another location. By the cashier & I believe it was her manager & another young lady. When I asked why not? The manager was very rude & short just saying “you can’t” I asked why again because I’ve used a merchandise credit at different stores before & was told at the other location I could use it at any party city. She rolled her eyes and said call that location. I definitely won’t be spending any money there again.

Lost receipt, would not give store credit. They knew it was their merchandise. However, the cashier was polite and helpful.

I went there to get a piece for a costume party/gender reveal my friend is having. I went to the counter with some gloves and asked if I could try them on before I purchase them. The little chick at the counter said I have to purchase them first but if they dont fit then I can return them. I bought then, they didnt fit, and then when I said, Okay Ill just return them then she went and got her manager and they said I couldnt return them. Makes absolutely no sense and it really ticked me off. Its not the 14$ gloves Im mad about at all, its just, why tell me that then 5 seconds later literally do the exact opposite of what you just told me? Will never be going there again.

Too expensive for balloons and helium service. Only 10 balloons for almost $45. Will not come back!

Worst inflated balloons ever. Was gonna get them a day or two before the party but thankfully I did not. Got them on the original party day and they still went down in a couple of hours even though they charge a good amount to get them inflated.

Beware of the helium filled balloons.... the helium is good for a few hours only. Bought balloons for my kids birthday and came back to the store about 4 hours later to pick them up... all were halfway to the floor and deflating. Looks like you have buy balloons an hour before you need it otherwise these are pretty expensive balloons to be deflating so fast.

Highly recommend... I came here for some last minute items for my 4 yr old. Didnt imagine they would have the items I was looking for but low and behold they supplied above and beyond that!!

They have a tremendous amount of merchandise that theyre trying to put on the shelves for Christmas. Unfortunately, that means they dont have many people at the cash registers and the lines are very long. The clerks are very pleasant and as quick as they can be under the circumstances. A lot of their merchandise isnt entered correctly so they cant scan it, which slows things down. The merchandise is very inexpensive, which is exactly what most people are looking for when theyre having a party or decorating for anything temporary.

I LOVE PARTY CITY PERIODT! The only thing I wish is that they lower the price of the wigs and the costumes. Otherwise you should 100% go to party city, definitely this location. Also the employees were nice so thats even better!!!!!!! 😌❤👌🏻

Fast and Very Helpful

I had done most of my party supply shopping at this store since it’s close to my home. Planning my nieces 1st Birthday party and the store cancelled 2x placed order of candies for dessert table. Spoke to an employee was very rude. Finally ended going and buying them personally. I see no reason to have a pick up at store order if orders get canceled by the store. A week prior to the party I left some balloons to be inflated for a pick up time of 1. When arrived at the store at 1:20 the balloons could not be found and was told that they still needed to be inflated. I ask to speak with the manager and she made me wait. When I voiced my concerns about only orders she looked at me and NOT once did she apologize. I have found both the store and the company’s customer service to be one one of poorest. Moving forward I refuse to make any additional purchases thru party city

The store was big and clean and had a good variety of party supplies. Had to hunt down an employee for help and the cashier took someone out of line even tho it was my turn.

Choices & selection are great at this store, but the staff helpfulness and efficiency is poor. I’ve been to this store several times and the checkout takes anywhere between 10-15 minutes with maybe 2-3 people in front of me and minimal items being purchased. Today, I had another poor experience with the checkout process. The two staff members that were there were not the most friendly.I was waiting at the balloon counter to get some balloons and what seemed like the attendant who was on charge of that area (Nicky/Nikki?) was “busy” restocking and fixing the balloon display. There were 3 of us clearly waiting to get balloons while she seemed either unaware or unconcerned that we were waiting. The other attendant called her over for help and once she was done helping the other attendant, turns to us and says, “we don’t have anyone staffed there, you need to get in the check out line & we’ll fill your order”. She decided after us waiting for sometime to finally tell us that, mean while the checkout line had other customers lining up ready to check out. What I did not appreciate about this most recent experience was Nicky’s rude tone not only to those waiting to get balloons, but others she was checking out. Her tone came across as if we were some sort of inconvenience to her.Please address the tone & attitude of the staff as well as the long checkout processes.

I got some balloons inflated here and for some reason within a couple hours they fell to the ground. I called the manager and the manager issued me a refund without any problems. These people over here have amazing customer service and they are genuinely concerned about their customers’ happiness. I will continue to buy all my party supplies here without hesitation! Visited here to get supplies for our daughters engagement party. They had exactly what we needed and the help on the floor finding items was great. There was a long line being handled by 2 employees at 2 registers, with 2 or 3 other employees blowing up balloons. Not certain about the immediate needs of the balloons but it looked like they could have moved resources to get customers through the checkout faster. The party selection was fabulous as always.

It is like a ghost town at this store. However, there are Lots and Lots and Lots of items to choose from and I typically find what I need and more but dont expect that youll see a Sales Associate ANYWHERE aside from the front of the store. Two things for certain: one, there is a great selection here and two, it isnt the dollar store, you will spend more but the quality is worth it. I found two life sized crowns for my Little Prince baby shower theme. I ❤ them. Thank you Party City.

This is a fun store! They have so many different types of things for any type of Celebration that you can possibly imagine! They have balloons that they will blow up for you either of latex or of will or whatever you call it the longer-lasting kind. We got a big number for my grandsons birthday and some red and black because he had Mickey Mouse themed birthday party. They put matching ribbon on a little weight so we can put it in the middle of the table if wed wanted to. They have candy and party favors plates cups napkins tons of things that complete a celebration! Lots of themed things, and some fun novelty things. They even have costumes for Halloween! Check it out, you wont be sorry!

This is my go to spot for all of my party needs when I can not make it to Arnies. It’s close to my house and I can use the coupons.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews and always have a great experience shopping at Party City but my first time at this Sugarland location was rather disappointing. I came to buy a balloon to fit into a gender reveal box and I was advised by the sales associate that it would fit into my large size Home Depot moving box. However once I got to the car and tried to fit it in the box it didn’t fit. I went back hoping that they might offer an exchange and the sales associate agreed! She left for a few moments but when she returned she told me couldn’t exchange it any longer, as it is not their policy. I understand that they have a policy, but what really bothered me was the manager, Edwins, terrible attitude. He acted arrogant and rude towards me and didnt even care to apologize or help. He failed to display qualities I expect from a manager and was rather ignorant and impolite.

No place for handicapped customers to sit down.They used to have an awesome selection of penny candies. Including lots of old favorites like MaryJane, Molasses Chews, and others at competitive prices.Now thats all gone. All they have are common bag candies for the most part.And they are now 10-12¢ each!

Visited 2 different party city. These party city on the southwest freeway was very helpful and courteous. I give it a 5 star. The party city in Sugarland TX, I give it 1 star. I asked for a particular item the website said was there. They had no idea of what I was talking about and didnt even try to help me and sent me on a row they thought it would be on. I walked every row but the lady that was behind me had full customer service. I was walking out and she was still being helped.

Went in on Sunday 10.14.18 in the morning.I found what I needed and to the 2 young ladies who helped me at the counter ( The cashier & the one who inflated my balloons) I appreciate when people actually do and enjoy their job. The rest of the employees seemed miserable and useless.

I love this store. I can always find what I am looking for when it comes to planning a party or just a small gathering.

The location is now correct. It took them forever to accept my edit. Party City is located next to Toys R Us now on the other side of 59 from where it use to be.

The best place to get any of your party needs. There is a wide varieaty of anything you may need for a party of any kind. I went recently went the night before my daughters 6th party. One of the cashiers was very rude and upset she had to blow two balloons up with weights. By the time I got checked out they were completely knotted. If you dont like your job, quit!

I had visited two other Party City locations and this one had the most. Wish that their sale advertisement was better and all employees were more knowledgeable about them though.

They have tons of party stuff as you might expect and i like that they have the store organized by the type of party youre having. However it is also very cramped due to the small size of the building and the prices are pretty high. But you can get just about everything you may need for whatever kind of party you want in one location.

I had a 15% discount shown to the manager who would not honor it. Very dissatisfied
