Marcus was excellent in helping us decide what options to select. The beds/mattress systems are not cheap, and so, though we knew what we wanted from internet- based shopping, visiting the store was critical.We selected this site over closer ones closer to downtown Houston because traffic and parking are sure to be easier.
Excellent experience, from going over the different options and models, making a decision, and to the final sale we were extremely pleased. Great staff. Looking forward to sleeping in our new bed soon
DONOT BUY anything from Sleep number. There are messed up company. They have horrible return policy. Horrible costumer service. I have been tracking from a pillow for 40 days and still no luck. I am now struggling to get my $225 dollars back from the company. I can not returned the pillow in the store. I have to mail it. All this I was never told when I bought the stuff.I can only tell please do not buy anything.
I thought I was buying great bed. Purchased it and during sale I asked many times if it will fit my standard bed frame. I was assured there wouldn’t be any problems. One month past the sale, when the delivery team came to install they told me it won’t fit and need leg extension. Called the sales team And they said we don’t sell any extension and your frame is wrong frame and put the blame on me. At that moment I was simply frustrated and sales team just pointed me to customer service to cancel my order. Very disappointed and will not recommend this store to anyone as you are buying expensive bed with very little trained sales team who barely understands the product pre-req. Stay away if you want to avoid cancellation hassle.
I dont know what say I have never have had so much fun and enjoyment buying a bed before. My husband and I purchased a i8 360 King Split cant wait to get it and try it out on Saturday. When we went into the store we werent sure what to expect. You know how sales people can be. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience any where buying anything like I did with Wea the store manager and Sheela the Sleep Professional. They showed us all the beds and went over all the functions and how everything worked I was very impressed. They answered any and all questions we had. They came across to me almost like family. We just had an awesome experience with them. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I plan on doing business with them for a long time. Wea and Sheela are truly awesome people. Thank you for all your help and making our experience buying a bed so great. Look forward to seeing you all soon.😊

My sweet hubby tried to buy me a new select comfort pillow online and it was the wrong size and type for me. I tried it out and it just didnt work. The wonderful salesperson at the store helped me exchange it for a much better one. She was so nice and the process was quick and smooth.
We bought two beds, and the service has been really good, and we love our new beds. I have had 4 spinal surgeries and horrible chronic pain, and our previous bed that we bought 2 years prior was not giving me much relief. I never thought a bed could be so damn comfortable, but the i8 360 bed has been a miracle bed for me and my sister-n-law. If you have the money, I highly recommend these beds. It will be worth it in the long run.
Staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting me with bedding purchase for my Sleep Number bed. They were very knowledgeable about the products, mentioned their return policy if I was not satisfied, and also mentioned that their store would be changing location in the next couple of weeks. Great customer service!
Scam. If you decide to return keep in mind the $200 dollar charge plus $40 shipping label for the mattress cover. Also if you buy an adjustable frame - youre stuck with it. (Im glad I didnt buy that)
Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. Wea OSullivan, Erika Anaya and Jason Coleman were the associates I dealt with. Jason is a great guy and Erika and Wea are two of kindest human beings Ive ever encountered. Great products and great people.
Jason and Rex were very knowledgeable about their products and services. They answered all of my questions, steered me to the products that for my needs and left me alone to test the different mattresses. I did purchase from them, and will again.
JASON was awesome - had a great, no pressure approach that we really appreciated but also informed us all about Sleep Number! Would (& have already) recommend him to all our friends!
