Good store to get home improvement items.. but its not well organized. ...

This store carries nice decor items, but it is always packed. The lines are always long and the staff likes to hide of they can. I do like this home goods, but I dont want to be in the line for 30 minutes.

Omgeee! I didn’t know that Homegoods had a stand alone store until recently !!! This store gave me so much life!!! It was clean, organized, had AMAZING products and even better customer service!!! I will be returning very soon!!!

It was nice,not to busy, most people wearing masks, some dont follow the six feet distance, had to put my basket between me and them. I found some stuff for the home and check out was fast and easy, the cashier was very nice.

Best store for unique and traditional home decor. If you see it, buy it because when you go back to get it, its gone. Unfortunately some of the items are damaged. Personally, I feel that most of the time its at the hands of the workers who are constantly moving items throughout the store. Maybe if they made them pay for each item they damaged, they would tend to be a little more careful.

HomeGoods is such a great store with something for everyone if you are looking to style your home or upgrade your home decor,when you walk in I love that they have items color coded and put together based on color, makea the items very attractive .its the place to be .You find great pieces for a great price .Kitchen wares,decor,rugs,lights,beddings,storage items and lots more. If you a Rae Dunn collector you would fine items here.Great location and great staff .

Excellent place and service for Home decor

I mean dont get me wrong, they have really good stuff but its pretty pricey and HELLA PACKED! Idk if it was always so busy but a went like a week or so ago and there was a huge line. Customer service is also good so yeah its okay

Clean and organized. Great people and prices

I liked this place at first, but when I entered, I noticed that thick place was a little disorganized and messy. All the stuff on floor, things without price tags, and employees not caring about customers. I end up purchasing some stuff, but I think that this place in overall has good stuff, if you know what you are looking for. Some things are overpriced, so it would be better if you price check everything before purchasing. I would suggest looking up stuff on Google in different places.

Great place for inexpensive accent chair

Live the luxe lifestyle on a middle class budget. I find the best stuff at Home Goods and everyone always thinks I paid way more than I actually did.

I have a love affair with Home Goods. Its become one of my go to stores for tablescape decor for my Personal Chef Concierge and Catering business.

The line is long this evening. They currently have lots of accent chairs to choose from.

Lots of nice items for the home and the prices are reasonable!

Turning off the lights a full half hour before the store closes totally diminishes the shopping experience. It’s no fun shopping in the dark.

I like this place.. but I dont like it that they only have certain items with limited quantities.. I guess it comes with the territory . Great value though.

Long line getting in and out but ok due to pandemic. A bit pricey for my budget but great looking items. Will consider going back when my budget allows.

I guess staff employees and customers have forgotten to stay 6 apart from each other during this pandemic. OK you may offer hand santizer and masks but you also need to mandate 6 and make sure that customers are wearing their masks throughout the store properly. It is not only for your customers safety but you and your employees health and safety

This is one of my favorite HomeGoods stores. I’ve been to a few that have a lot less inventory but this one is always packed with goodies, even during Covid when other stores were struggling I found they had a solid amount of items. Store is clean and employees are nice!

Wow! This store has so many items! The most stocked Home Goods I have been to.

Home goods are the bomb. Unique items, presentation is Fabulous. Its the enjoyable way of 21st century Shopping when youd rather go inside to Shop!!!

Love the fact that although a line to the cash register is long, they have enough employees working behind the cash registers to make the line go fast.

I usually assess these types of discount stores on the inventory, cleanliness and customer service. This location passes in all three categories. The have some of the largest inventory of home goods in the Houston area. I especially like the paper measuring tapes hanging around the store for customer use.Please like this review and follow me on Google for the next round of honest and unbiased reviews.

Was very good, but a little pricy you can get a frothing coffee machine for 45 dollars in Walmart but here the same product was 150 dollars creepy right?

This HomeGoods is ok. The one in Houston on Eldridge and Westheimer is the best. This one doesnt have a good selection of items.

Excellent - Uniquely Different - a nice shopping experience. If your planning on a visit, level yourself a lot of time, youre going to need it. So much to see. I like this store. Clean and nice stuff.

This is one of my favorite places to get household items like tables, frames, curtains, pillows and even pet supplies! Their prices are reasonable and I have not had any issues with quality as I still have them today. The only issue is that their lines move very slow when busy.

I LOVE HomeGoods! I can always find something nice and the prices are always reasonable. Due to the holidays, im guessing, the store is not as organized as usual and its hard to see what they have because theres so much on the racks and in the aisles. Most recently the customer service has not been as good as it used to be. Some employees dont seem happy to be there and I feel like Im interrupting them if I have a question. I also noticed that none of the staff on the floor says excuse me when trying to get by and it feels like Im in there way.Of course, Im going to continue to shop at HomeGoods, Im just not sure Ill visit this location as often.

I love browsing here on weekends for random finds! They have trendy decor and something different each time I return. Giving it a four stars because lines are sometimes unbearably long.

This place has amazing stuff for reasonable prices. Bought a large outdoor rug, throw pillows, kitchen mats and a few kitchen utensils all for $150! Staff are always helpful

Poor hygiene. Home good stores are great in general, but this location seems to not care about hygiene. I couldnt bring my 5yo to use their bathroom because of nasty seats. Seats were filthy. Urine and all, toilet paper all over the floor, trash can was so full to where dirty paper towels were falling out of it. All around the store, there was trash. Around furniture, in the middle of the isles and honestly everywhere around the entire store. I never write bad reviews, but this one deserves it. Sorry.

This is the place that HGTV viewers frequent!They have an amazing selection of stuff that my wife seems to be excited about. Judging by the register lines shes in good company :-)

I have been in this Home Goods frequently as I live nearby and like to shop at Home Goods stores. That being said, I have never seen people move so slowly at the registers. They NEVER work like they have any interest in providing service in a speedy manner. EVER. Idk why it is so hard to move quickly at the register but they take their sweet sweet time. I do NOT recommend shopping at this one. I wont keep making that mistake

Great store to find those one-off household items. You can find something for every room in the house and more.Only down side is the checkout line, but at least people are friendly.

Great service, disorganized store. The employees have a great attitude and are very helpful, but the store is typically in a disarray making it extremely hard to navigate. If you spend enough time digging and sorting through the shelves though, youre sure to leave with some treasures.

This place is not truck friendly. Rang bell and waited for 20 min finally walked around front of store where i waited on a mgr for almost 20 more minutes. Just to be told to walk back around to the back and wait.. never again

Everytime I visit HomeGoods, I feel like redecorating my house. A lot of great finds! I was shopping last for a housewarming gift and couldt decide because of the wealth of unique items.

I visit this store regularly to check for great deals on food, home, and office products. And I always find something. Today (Jan. 2019), it was European chocolates that were on clearance, as well as some clearance bottled spices (also appreciate the cashier, Anjali, who took the time to wrap the bottled spices in packing paper before putting them in the bag). I’m so pleased that they had an amazing variety of the 2019 planners. And they also had several furnitures out on the floor that were unbeatably priced! Great finds at great prices!
