My go-to place for wine!!! SO many varieties and knowledgeable employees everywhere to help you. I love Saturdays there because the vendors are there to give samples. Makes my choices much easier!

The staff goes out of its way to respond favorably to special requests. Love shopping here and attending wine tastings. Met Florida woman winemaker of Mermosa and Mersecco there this month.

I wish I could give them 0 stars as I was just racially profiled against. I was told because my “friend” left the store I could not purchase anything. No one checked our Id when we walked in despite us both being well over 21. I presented my Id at the point of sale and was then asked about my “friend” who was only there to help me pick out what I wanted. I answered all questions and provided proof of my age and still was not able to purchase my items. They provided horrible customer service and did not care about my questions or concerns. Do not shop here if you are a person of color or support equality of all races.

After spending thousands of dollars at this store I️ get treated like a homeless person walking into the store, the staff is extremely rude. There are literally zero perks of shopping here and there are literally never allocated products ever. Been shopping here since 2018, would be really great if I️ could get 1 allocated bottle. I️ wont be back here and will take my business elsewhere where I️ can actually stand a fighting chance of getting something.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They watched me as soon as I came in thinking I was trying to steal. When they saw that they could not accuse me of that they resorted to claiming my Id was fake. They do not care about their customers!!!!

Total Wine is a little overwhelming in its scope. We went looking for Ginger Beer and found a whole section of tempting choices. Just down the aisle were Luxardo cherries... Lordy!.They also have an enormous selection of craft beer. Ive spent half an hour there, indecisive, but it is time well spent..Weve been patronizing them long enough that Ive lost track of whether they save us money. Maybe so, but our check is always high because they are so tempting!

The store is so big and looked well maintained. I had never seen a wine/liquor store this big. Purchased some things a couple of times, the staff was nice too, I dont think it needs more. 5 stars from me.

OK, so I was a Specs guy. But here, in addition to having great prices, they really acknowledge and reward you! I quickly achieved their high ratings and get REALLY NICE wine tastings free! I mean lots of appetizers and good wine. Also every store is SOOO Nice. With Specs, the main store has everything and the satellites have much less. Not here!

Will not be going back to the Sugar Land location after being asked to leave for not wearing a mask. We were purchasing for a large party and had around $800 in our basket. We had already been through the whole store and made our selections passing several employees and other managers without being asked. We were in line to check and one manager asked us to leave since we were not wearing one. What happened to my body my choice.

Great wine store. So many selection, i can stay here all day. They have a humidor and a tasting bar. Tips, come Friday and Saturday to try their wines and beers free!! What a deal. Just bought 4 bottles of Tuli on sale. 2 for $29.98. Joseph Wagner, the winemaker that makes Meiomi and sold to constellation brand for over $300mil. He and his dad used to work for the caymus winery. I love their pinot noir, one of the best budget red wine. Check out online firvthe many classes and events they offered. I love the Sugarland location! They are always stocked with a wide selection of the harder to find choices. I was able to pickup all the drinks for all the people I wanted to gift in a single stop. The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable too incase you need some insight on what choice to make.

I had a great experience during my visit here. I was disappointed when I did a search online and it said they had a bottle of whiskey I was looking for. When I got there the staff was friendly and they were determined to help me find the bottle. I was impressed that the manager came himself to explain to me there was a SKU issue where it showed this whiskey in stock while the other alcohol SKU wasnt in stock but had it on the shelves. I appreciated how they handle their customers compared to other places where they shrug their shoulders and tell you they dont have any. The manager did mention they sold out of it months back, which tells me they havent fixed their SKU problem since then. so they lose half a star for that, but this system goes by whole stars. My two cents, is of I was running the store, I would have fixed the SKU as fast as possible. I wouldnt want customers coming in looking for a specific bottle and not have it. I also know some inventory systems will automatically order stock if the numbers get low enough, but if thats not correct you wont get replacement which equates to loss of sales. I dont know how their inventory is managed or if they cant get anymore of the type of whiskey I wanted. I will still continue to come and do my business here.

I was with my wife looking for different things. And this lady helped us with about 75% of the list. The customer service was awesome.

Attractive well stocked liquor store. My first time in Total Wine, didnt know it was all liquors. Humidor is small so variety is limited. Friendly staff. Prices mostly Ok, I think I overpaid for Dots Pretzels but they are irresistible.

I went on 09/02 and made a large purchase. The 1st rep that I asked for assistance from was very rude and notice a large quantity in my basket and became very rude with me. She then informed her mgr on the walkie talkie who came up to me asking if I needed assistance. I explained to her about the rep and she apologized but stated most customers who purchase large quantity resale and they staff are trained to ask that. The mgr then watch me until I checked out and met me at the register with cashier. She stated she would need to make a copy of my ID for TABC. I was unaware of the process as this never happened before therefore I did my research after leaving the store. I personally contacted the TABC and was told that is not true or required. I then on the following day contacted the store and spoke with another mgr who stated that was not correct and apologized. I felt racially profiled and will be filing a police report as I’m unaware of what could be done with my personal information. If you are ever asked this please do not allow them to copy your ID. I will never return to this store and will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau also.
