It was my husband’s birthday last week and I visited this store for the first time. I was blown away by the excellent customer service. I needed a few bottles of wine for the party as well as a bottle of bourbon for my hubby’s gift, and the staff helped me pick out everything I needed. When it was time to check out they offered to gift wrap everything for me FREE OF CHARGE!!! I also discovered today that they have online ordering and deliver! Great store!

This is a nice little shop that I would not mind coming back to. Sure they do not have those special bottles that I and many others are hunting for but they do have some interesting items that I have never had or heard of before. Not sure what those other low star reviews are talking about but I say it is a lot better than going to a Specs or Total where I am treated like I was shopping at Wal-Mart.

Regularly ensures that customer observes the safety protocols as shown on the signs in place in the store.

You are best off making the trip to Specs or Total Wine. The employees here make you feel bad for not trying something that they recommend. I have never experienced such distasteful and rude service from any other place. I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment, even if for the sake of convenience.

Store is probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Products were easy to find. Staff is helpful.

Friendly staff that makes great recommendations

Great wine and liquor selection with helpful, knowledgeable staff. I called ahead and they had wine bottle selections at the counter for me based on my preferences. They also let me taste a wine they suggested before I committed to buying it since it was new to me. I will definitely be back!

I came in to look for some wine & I have never met a more knowledgeable staff. They recommended a wine I’ve never heard of called Cap Royal from Bordeaux and was delicious! Coming to this store for all of my needs now.

It would be nice if they would let you browse the selection alone. I politely said, twice, I was just browsing. but, nope. guy would not leave me alone. I quickly left. I might go back if they stop interrogating their customers.

Stopped here to pick up some items including a gift. Staff was very prompt, polite and helpful. I got solid recommendations, some of which I intend to try myself. My friend loved the gift, if Im ever back in town Ill be stopping here again.

My wife & I visited the other day and the staff was incredibly helpful. We needed a good tequila for some margaritas, and one of the young men helped us find a new brand that we absolutely love (Gran Centenario). The staff even carried our bags to our car for us. I’ve never been treated better in a liquor store in my life.

Great customer service! The guy at front was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable about everything in the store. The store itself was very clean and organized. Id choose this place over Specs.

I might changes my rating later. But I have been to this place once since it opened and I didn’t have the most pleasant experience. I went in looking for brandy for my mother’s birthday. And I was pretty open minded about which one I wanted to get. So I didn’t go in with any preconceived ideas and I was very impressionable. So when I went in they asked what I was looking for I said brandy and the brandy guy showed up. His name is Jude. He kind of creeped up on me which made me slightly uncomfortable (but maybe I just didn’t see him because he was behind me). So I tell this man that I’m open to anything and he makes a single recommendation. We stand in silence for 2 min. and then I have to ask “were you going to make any other recommendations??” And then instead of giving me 2 or 3 more to choose from he ends up breaking down almost every single brandy they have. And then apologizes for being a little dazed because someone messed up the bathroom in the store and he is going to have to clean it up. At this point, I guess you could say there was a paradigm shift because I wouldn’t have wanted to that either. So I go over my uncomfortable situation, and told the man I don’t envy him and tried to move it along. I ended up just grabbing the first one he recommended. And headed to the register. At the register, I had a really awkward exchange with the bald guy with the glasses (unfortunately, I don’t know his name). I made one allusion that HEB and Twin Liquors were in cahoots and he reprimanded me and went on a tangent about how they are owned by completely different families and I know the twin liquors family sooooo well! They go to my church blah blah blah. . . . And that’s when I knew HEB couldn’t have been in cahoots with them because I would NEVER get such service from HEB. HEB WOULD NEVER!!!! I may have to go to speck’s from now on, because the Crown Liquor people (their predecessors) were a lot more personable.

This place is great! Selection is amazing and the staff is extremely helpful. Excellent customer services!

Fast service and easy to find selection.

Visiting friends I popped in as it was close to where I was staying and found awesome service and great selection. Jude helped me stock up for a party with great values on tasty spirits and wines!

Stopped by yesterday to find a sign on the door that said, Be back in ten minutes. Really? Second time this has happened this month. Sorry, but you dont leave your retail store during business hours, especially around 5pm on a weekday as people are shopping on the way home from work.

Good variety. Prices are a little higher.

Great customer service and did not give me any grief about being from Colorado . Would recommend to anyone looking for a grand selection. I was taken to exactly the right spot that I needed to browse and was in and out in less then five minutes.

Guy told me “I dont have that for you” when I asked about Eagle Rare, and then said his allocations are in the back and spoken for. Apparently retail deacriminatison is common place at twin liquors.
