Well it started out good with my 1st sales rep. Gra and the hurricane IKE hit and I spent about 1 mil with the Sugar Land location, then a payment on my credit card didnt clear for a 2nd time and I wasnt contacted to let me make other arrangements and my sales rep joh k let my account be terminated and wasnt so friendly, Long story short, customer relationship is very important when the line of business slows down. Ive come to find another location in Texas City where the sales staff and management are extremely helpful and courteous even if the customer looks like a labor worker. I look forward to spending more money at the Texas City Southern Shingles. National Roofing / Jeff
