I absolutely love Home Depot. I love the people, the selection, the customer service & their professionalism.

Extremely horrible customer service only one person in lumber department that can cut wood spoke to manager he told me only 1 person in the entire store can cut wood asked what happens if that person is out for the day he told me just called another employee in to work. Super unprofessional.

Needed 150 good cedar pickets to complete my project. The couple hundred accessible pickets in the bin had been thoroughly picked thru & looked bad. Arnold refused take a fresh bundle down from the overhead so I could get what I needed. So, I had to purchased the complete bundle in the overhead (486pcs ) just so I could get the 150 I needed. Ive never been treated that poorly by HD before. Then again, it was later at night & the regular pro desk folks who always take good care of me werent there.
