Poor customer service. Went in the store with my client (who is disabled) and the guy that was working there was rude while we were trying to point out what we wanted he just yelled across the store and told us to tell him what we wanted cause he had to “add up the total” at the register we proceeded to tell him then in the end he grabbed the wrong chocolates completely different then what we said. He was short and rude with us. Seemed like he just wanted to talk to the girl that was talking with him there.

Overpriced in my opinion at $16/lb. Some of the gummi bears I bought were really good but I ended up throwing away half of the bag because the rest tasted like plastic. Customer service couldn’t been better but you can’t win em all.

Absolutely loved this store. What really put it over the top was the owner/staff explained the setup of the store and all the international candies that they stock. This made shopping much more interesting and buying more fun. I really enjoyed my experience here! I highly recommend!

Pretty cool candy store. Ive never been to one of these before, so this is my first trip to such a place. Gives off a real Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory feel. However, as mentioned by another reviewer, the employees lack enthusiasm and are just grouped up together and playing on their phones. I noted several people just walking from wall to wall, eating as much candy as they pleased. They offer samples, but the employee who I asked even said that that is when you ask the employees for help.....its not help yourself. I watched a group of Hispanic females of varied ages fill up the bins in their hands so that they could easily eat without dropping the candy. Yes, they were stealing, and the employees did not care. I even reported it to no avail.Just the day prior, what looked to be the manager/franchisee of the store was there staring at me and my family as though we were thieves. That is hilarious since we dont steal at all. Overpriced candy or not, Ill pay what it costs, or not eat any of it at all. New employees required and better oversight of the thieves in the store is required as well.

I’m in love with their gummy bears. I’m thinking about purchasing the forever refill which contains 52 weeks of refills. Which is a pretty good deal in whereas you save 8 dollars in every refill. The employees are very helpful and cheerful when you walk into their store. The rewards are awesome as well! The rewards are every single dollar you spend equals to one “pop” which is their reward key. Once you reach a certain pop number such as 25 pop you get their signature candy bar. I’m just trying to get 500 pops to get a refillable gallon jar.

This store is amazing!!! I love the vintage outfits and vibes that the store and the employees portray. Everyone is so sweet and full of energy. The employees have the best customer service by far! I went on a really busy day but even this did not seize the amazing employees from being amazing rays of sunshine. Although the pricing is a bit steep it makes sense, I mean you cant find half the things this store carries in an ordinary grocery store.#LOVELOVELOVE

This is a good place to satisfy my dark chocolate fix. They periodically have promotions there that makes it even better. i.e. buy one pound get one pound free. I hope they bring it back soon.

They are completely dishonest. You pay for a refillable jar and the price was suppose to be 5 go back to do the refill they say nope the price was raised to 8 and I said I wouldnt be back and they said every store has different prices and they were sure it would be going back down soon thats dishonest and not a way to run a business.

I love the gummy bears! The white chocolate almond crisp is delicious by itself or on top of ice cream!! I am disappointed in the price increase on the refillable jars. When we refill we do everyones at once at that now equals a $15 increase in what we pay!! Employees do need to pay more attention to customers sticking bare hands into bins and just eating away!

Love the selection of pre-packaged candy as well as their fresh made treats. I love the staffs uniform! The only reason for 4 stars is prices. As far as the samples, make your signs read Ask staff for samples.

Wide variety of truffles and small but interesting collection of macarons which is what I went with. Good quality but secondary to some of my favorite macaron spots like Le Jous inside Hong Kong Market in China Town.

Went in for the first time. I purchased 8 macaroons and they were not good. They tasted very stale and not fresh at all. They also did not have much selection. I wish I would have tried one while I was still in the store because I would have returned them.

Update: Recently visited again and I was disgusted by the way people just stick their nasty filthy hands in the candy containers. It is super gross and contaminated goods. They really need to get a control of that because people are basically stealing and not sampling correctly with the intent to make a purchase, just eating candy for free.Its a Candy store! Ive visited several of their locations. This one in particular lacks enthusiasm from employees. Their macaroons seem like mini macaroons and $2.80 for one is too high. In general a lot of the items are outrageously proceed too high.

Sure its a bit pricey but quality candy is quality candy and most of this stuff cant be found anywhere else.
