Horrible horrible customer service. My order was cancelled and no phone call or voice mail was communicated. The manager was not apologetic at all and only said that an email was sent. She had no idea what was going on.

Purchased a Mothers Day basket online came 1st thing in the morning no need to wait all day very fresh very tasty. Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend!!

I ordered online to have delivered. I was a little disappointed that the balloon was not fully inflated and that part of the order was not delivered. I had to call to track it down. It was subsequently delivered. I realize it’s the holidays, but it sounded a bit of a chaotic operation. Otherwise it was delivered on-time.

I ordered 2 arrangements that were scheduled for delivery on the same day. One delivered as planned, the other one never happened. After finding out she never received it the day after, I emailed customer service. I was able to get in contact with the store the following Monday. I explained my situation and even thanked them for the first successful delivery. The worker kept implying she received it and after calling the recipient herself, she then says I did not provide the correct information...which I did. Either way, the worker had nothing in the system regarding who they called or confirmation of the delivery. The call ended with her saying she will speak to the owner and I did not get any call back with updates. After numerous attempts to get the item delivered I was very disappointed with this whole experience and tried to be patient. I NEVER post reviews but had to for this. I am not upset at the company, quality of food, or concept overall but highly recommend using another location, because the customer service in the Sugar Land location is appalling. She never received her gift and I have yet to receive information regarding a refund.

I placed an order two days ago for a special occasion. I was just called today at the last minute. They asked if I could I replace an item. But I said no because that’s why I order with them for that item in particular. I asked if they could make up for there mistake by adding a few additional flowers or anything else available and no big deal but I was told no. If they could at least add some items for the wrong item to make right. But again I was told no again so not only am I downgraded from the original order and force me to take what they have because it’s the day of but they also canceled my order without consent after I agree to the order.

The worst location I have been to ever or done business with. They are very rude and it says they close at 7 but they wanted me there before 6 to pick up my stuff and she said if you are not there before 6 then they will leave. They have already taken payment and everything at this point. They need to either update their hours and update there customer service for sure. This will be the last time I am buying anything from this location. They are not even willing to use my coupon codes. I don’t know how this place has this many issues.

I am very disappointed with the store management and ownership I Alejandro was loyal to the store and worked hard to deliver arrangements for mothers day 2020 i live paycheck to paycheck which they always paid me and never had no issues so with this covid-19 pandemic they refused to pay and didnt get a specific reason i waited for them to call me and theyndidnt called back and they said they werent going to pay me for the work i did i delivered every single arrangement to the correct and they said they had to redeliver when they failed to communicate about the errors they caused even up to this date they never spoke to me or called me back i dont reccomend this store if i get treated unfairly with pay i have reached out to the leadership team and they dont seem to care to pay my hard work i did so for the reasons i would think before wanting to make business at this store

Very friendly. Nothing against this location, but if you dont preorder the bouquet there are not any available to just pickup. I would only want a small one or a small box as a quick gift to pickup on my way. Ive tried at a few locations different times, but its the same at all of them. So I end up getting the cup to go and eat it on the way because sometimes the strawberries look like they didnt make the cut for the bouquet. The only time I care is if i am taking them to someone. Otherwise, I really like the offerings. Delicious.

The graduation platter I ordered from Edible Arrangements was beautiful and delicious. The packaging was nicely done. The young lady who helped me place my order was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Fruit was fresh and delicious though my only knock (but not just at this location but all edible arrangements) is that the chocolate they choose to use is not all that. I live in New Jersey and ordered a sympathy arrangement from Edible Arrangements in Sugar Land. I mistakenly put down the wrong day for delivery. I called SugarLand and they graciously made it up and delivered it the same day I called. The recipient called when it was delivered and said how wonderful it was and it was delicious!

I received the worst customer service ever today! The representative for the company, Denise, was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. The order was not delivered when I was told it would be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered Monday, between 10 and 12pm. At 12:30pm I called to find out the whereabouts of my order. She said the driver had forgotten it and that she could deliver it at 3pm. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the time frame, she suggested leaving the order on my porch. I asked, Would you want to eat fruit thats been sitting on your porch all day? She said, Seriously, its wrapped up. I asked for her name. She told me, Denise. Then I told her I would notify the owner of the type of customer service this store is providing. She said, Okay, bye, and then hung up on me. After all that, Denise called back and said her manager said that she couldnt handle this matter until the next day. UNACCEPTABLE!DO NOT BUY FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS IN SUGAR LAND. No one deserves to be treated so rudely after paying so much for the product!

Ordered my husband an edible arrangement for Valentine’s Day and it was as advertised with exception of the balloon. He only got the bear and arrangement so I was a little disappointed because the order should have included a foil balloon.

The staff is friendly but the day I went the A / C did not work so I had to wait for my purchase outside because it was very hot inside, the person came out and gave me my order, which included cheesecake, I did not see it carefully until it was on the way home, it was almost melted, everything looked bad, it was too late to go back so I decided I would not shop at that location again.
