Great selection and the staff was very friendly and helpful only problem the prices are a tad high

Excellent time shopping there. But my recent experience wasn’t so good had to order it from the store and while trying to say my address the worker did not check again or ask me to spell it out so now it’s sending to the wrong address. It is bad on my behalf for not spelling the address all out, but it would have been a safer bet for the worker to recheck and ask me to spell the address. Having to verify your account on champs and is well known now it is also connected to other store such as foot locker. The verifying part is very difficult when you have already made accounts with other stores. Cant even verify my account :(

All the staff are on point in here to help and they have military discount for active and veterans.

This store has bad management they do not live up to theirs standards at all.my son and I went to this place to buy him a pair of sweatpants for School their were some sweat pants on the rack for buy one and get the other for free. When I went to the cashier to purchase them the manager did not get me the other pants for free instead he charged me for the second pair of sweatpants. I complaint to him about the sign on the rack buy one and get one free he looks at the sign took it down and said to it was a mishap. I ask him do I still get the other pants for free he refused to do so and walk away from me.This is bad management in this store (Champs) in First Colony Mall

I did not know the mall hours had went back to the ridiculous 7:00 pm hours it was like 6:58 I went in and wasnt turned away and the lady was very helpful and made a couple jokes about the 7pm hours told me to take my time great staff.

There is a manager who said their name was LaQuenda. She was very rude, completely unprofessional and unacceptable attitude. Her dementor and how she handled a situation before my eyes was baffling. I was in disbelief how she carried herself, especially being a manger. She also is showing bad customer service skills to her fellow employees. No wonder there is so many complains and bad reviews about this location. I hope Champs corporate looks at these reviews and fixes the management there. If you have been treated disrespectfully or unacceptable behavior and customer service please contact corporate they take these complaints very seriously, I recommend calling their complaint line. We customers spend enough money at their stores the least they can do is have good employees who appreciate their customers.

So I walked in at the Champs on Sugarland Mall and asked the employee if they had Jordan backpacks and they said they didnt have any. While I was walking around I saw Jordan backpacks in the back and plenty of them when I asked the employee if I could see them she said shes not getting on a ladder to bring them down so I could buy one so I said fine no problem and walked out never coming to the Champs on Sugarland Mall will go to the Shoe Palace they have them thand havetheyre emnice. DONT COME TO THE CHAMPS ON SUGARLAND MAKL THEY WONT DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT.. BTW her name is Taylor she doesnt belong in customer service.

WORST PLACE! I have never been so miss treated in my life I have been to two Champs Sports before and this one so far is terrible and the main cause was the manager she was so rude I have never seen someone act like this, she made the place a mess and the workers where on her side I do not know whats going on but this was not right for someone to be treated like this.

Terrible customer service from a worker name Gabby. She was rude and disrespectful. She did not wanted to help at all. I had to find the shoe myself, even though once I walked in I informed her that I was looking for a particular shoe and had called to confirm they had it there. So once I arrived there I asked her if she could give me the shoes since they did had it. All she said was If you see it we have it ... To make it worst she gave me two shoes for the same feet. So I had to come back to return it. It was a birthday gift so I didnt even check. Over all Gabby is a terrible worker with bad customer service habits.

Extremely rude customer service was trying to get a Tee and the dude was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me asking me if I was buying this or not while I was till checking the Tees out went to the front desk to pay and manager was like he was doing his job I was telling her his is extremely wrong you don’t ask a customer if he is buying or not you ask if he needs help and besides they are paid to do their job manage said I was wrong and she’s sorry I can’t be sold anything in the store never experienced a very unprofessional workers and manages in a store like this before I would be following to cooperate on this because Chmaps can’t have rude staffs and manages in a big mall like that
