Had to go exchange a shirt for my son that took his tags off. Good thing I still had the receipt. The cashier exchanged it and was very pleasant. She did remind my son however not to take any tags off unless hes sure he can fit it

Selection is TERRIBLE!
I came in around 6pm to do a return. The employee told me they didnt have enough cash to do a return. I didnt even pay with cash, I paid with a card.. he said it doesnt matter and just refused my return. I dont know if he was worried about his sales goal or something when someone returns something or what but I found that very strange. I went back the next day and returned my shoes just fine.

Found a pair of shoes I wanted. Had a gift card that I wanted to use but left it in the car. Told the worker Steve that I was going to take them but wanted to use my gift card and that I was going to get it real quick and come right back.I return and Steve tells me he sold them. I was gone at most 5 minutes.His response - a kid wanted them and brought his mom and began to whine. Im sorry doesnt cut it. Terrible service.

My wife purchased a white pair of Nike Air shoes from Footlocker in Memorial City Mall. After getting home she compared it to her NMD shoes and just found the comfort of the Nikes to be lacking and decided to return them the next time we go to the mall.We decided to return these at First Colony mall as it was closer to us and went straight to the cashier, Vontess C. to return the shoes. He looked at the shoes that my wife had barely worn for a few minutes at the most and said he can exchange them because theyve been worn.I understand companies having a return policy they implement heavily which is fine by me but considering how there was no wear on the shoes I tried reasoning with the guy. Had he been willing to have a polite conversation I would have been more than happy to take up his offer for an exchange - however the guy decided to belittle us. He said, You guys have no idea how many people come back with *beat and worn* shoes and tell me theyve only worn them a few minutes...basically accusing us of lying about how long theyve been worn. He went as far as to show the shoes to a colleague passing by and asking him, Do these look worn?. The funny thing is his colleague, not being fully aware of the situation just replied, These are worn?...clearly not the response he was hoping for lol.Anyway I asked him if he could just offer me store credit instead so that we could shop in the near future when better promotions are going on. I brought up the fact that store credit basically meant that our funds were in Foot Lockers possession. The guy even said no to that!!!! I asked him if I could speak to a manager and he claimed he is the manager.After much discussion, the guy finally said, I can give you store credit but I wont like it...not sure why the guy thought I would care about his feelings with the way he spoke to us. When I asked him his name, he told me its V and wasnt willing to give me even his full name. Good thing its listed on the receipt :)I question the longevity of Foot Lockers business if people like Vontess are hired to serve the customer, especially if they feel someone like him is the right choice for Manager.

Tried to make a return. Store claims the βnew receipts β have to be scanned and their systems donβt currently work for that. They say itβs been unable to work for over a week. Youβd think footlocker would have fixed this issue
