Jada, Mike and Jordan were amazing. I came in just past closing time (I’m usually not that guy) expecting to be turned away but was surprisingly welcomed and helped with a smile from all. In a customer service driven world this is the kind of customer service that creates customer loyalty. And I got a great pair of shoes for my son. Highly recommend this place.

The guys there were very rude and unattended!

I bought these online so I could pick them up in store within 24 hours. Well that never happened and then I called the store 3 days later and i was told they didn’t even have the shoe in stock so the payment wouldn’t post to my account. The next day it did post to my account and I couldnt get help with a refund until 3 days later. After I already bought them somewhere else. It was a nightmare. They were holding on to my $100 for over a week

Footaction has a wonderful variety of shoes for men. Unfortunately, their variety of shoes for women are selective and limited.

I was able to purchase some fire at this store in time for school
