I honestly would give this store zero stars if i could. I went in to this store to buy a ps4 for my niece. One of the employee help me order a ps4 used online. It came with 4 pre-owned games. I payed for the replacement plan for two years. my niece accidentally dropped the ps4 of the drawer it was on. i called customer service and come to find out the employee that help me out with the order online put the replacement plan on his account with my information. Now im out of $330 and a ps4 for my niece who has autism.

Limited customers allowed to enter at a time with the rest waiting outside on line. Friendly staff.

My Grandson loves this place

I have been coming to this GameStop since it was put in the mall that replaced the old Funcoland that was across the street. Carlos is the main reason I travel to this store when there is one right by my house 30 miles south. I am always greeted and welcomed in this store and our conversations are usually long and exciting about games, statues, or anything else nerdy. I have to give this store 5-stars compared to other ones where employees dont bother conversation or ignore you.

No problems store associate was helpful assisting me with making correct purchase for my son. He offered me deals and told me what to do to earn extra savings on my next visit. All and all great in and out visit for me in the mall.

I love the place for my childrens games. Nice shop and outstanding staff like Michael who helped us during our time in the shop.

Really small space and cluttered. Can feel really tight and cramp with just a few customers. They guy who helped us was really helpful.

Carlos, the store manager greeted us like we were his long time friends. He was very informative regarding sales, new and up coming games and also updated us on newer material such as anime and stuff. Of course like most GameStops, this one was small. Some stuff in the sales section was disorganized but come on, what store have you been to that the clearance/sales section wasnt a mess? This was my 2nd time ever to go to First colony mall and I think I will definitely come more often. Thanks Carlos for your help and having great customer service.

They dont have a much of a selection and the same used controllers they have for a ps4 I can get a brand new one from Walmart for the same price.

One now I visited that particular store the people and there were very friendly and very helpful and made some good suggestions Jimmy I appreciate their hospitality And no knowledge on their products

Friendly staff but rude manager. Sadly the manager was the one who was checking me out and was amazingly rude by cutting me in between again and again.

The greedy, unwashed landloard had the nerve to double the rent on the Hwy 59 and 99 location. Of course or friends werent interested in being ripped off by wealthy slave owner.

Never buy a console from GameStop. Their return policy is a money making scam where they will decline a return but ask you to sell the item back to them for a quarter of the price you paid!!
