Early Saturday morning on a holiday weekend, Zain laminated copies of my vaccination card. Since all the equipment had been put away the day before, he had to work on finding the equipment and setting it up for my request. But he did it courteously and efficiently, even though they seemed to be short-staffed. He is an example of Office Depot’s professional staff in Sugar Land. Thank you!

Sam help us with purchasing an office chair. He showed us several models, told us about the sales, and highlighted the features of each chair model.Once we selected a chair for purchase, he partially assembled the chair so we could get it in the car. To summarize, great selection and customer service.

I recently had a very nice experience when needing a new laptop. Troy was very helpful and patient with me. I placed the order and picked it up a few days later at the store. It is stressful for me when I need new technology equipment and it was very easy at Office Depot. I really appreciate the prompt, courteous, helpful employees & stress free experience at Office Depot.

This experience is not for purchase of any product or services. I got my COVID vaccine cards laminated (complimentary service) at this location. The staff named Farheed did an awesome, thorough job and I was quite impressed. He made copies of the card and laminated them as well and best of it all, he even trimmed the edges of the cutout cards!! Excellent management and training. Definitely will return for shopping here.

Ive been here a handful of times and the service is always sad. The print department needs more help and supplies in general. I’m walking out of a major print supply store with my wedding prints in a plastic bag......... I asked for an envelope and they didn’t have any and the time before this I was sold an envelope, this just keeps getting worse by the visit. If you’re looking for a smooth and quick visit this is not the place.

Shop OD often for office supplies. Always have what I need. Have copier ink cartridge exchange program.

I ordered business card same day service was supposed to pick them at 7:00 p.m got there but their cutting machine wasn’t workin.Employees are nice and helpful but the way Office Depot is running the business it’s just so bad.they could let me know about the problem and offer some same day solution.I guess they’re running the business like mom&pops corner shop.

I had placed an order for a laptop and that had an issue. I call the 1-800 number they did not seem helpful and they tried to brush off the issue. They have left a bitter taste about office depot. Online customer service SUX, NOT WILLING TO HELP.I came this location to drop of laptop for return, and Austin and Mr. David (manager) was there i explain the situation and they have helped me out and resolved my issue in timely manner.Thank you Mr. David and Austin for your assistance you have saved my sons bday gift.Regards

I went inside to buy ink (#65). Rick greeted me and informed me that due to a national ink shortage supplies were low and they were sold out. I thanked him and walked back out. While I was getting in my car Rick stopped me and let me know a truck just came in with some! He went above and beyond to make sure I received the help I needed. Big thanks to Rick!!!!

I dont know what happened, but there was a time when I would come here for my prints and customer service was great. The last 3-4x Ive been, I have regretted walking in that store. The diy print machines are always down and doesnt accept coupons, the lady behind the counter and there for appearances only, dont ask for help because you wont get any. I kept going back thinking I caught them on an off day; no, their customer service is trash.

Horribly overpriced compared to brick and mortar competitors and many of the shelves/displays were bare. I went in looking for a common sized padded envelope and the bin was empty. My only option was a multi-pack more than double the cost of everywhere else I looked. I also looked for a specific pen.... rack was empty. And 4x6 shipping labels.... empty. The staff were pleasant.

It has been OK until today a few minutes ago. A lady representative showed up and waved to a couple at the end of the line to let them check out first. I was waiting at the front, a lady behind me, and the couple just arreived. The lady should be able to see me if she has no eye problem. I happen to be Asian, and the couple are white. If it is a race problem, the lady should know herself is black. Discrimination is as low as possible. If you look down at others based on color, what kind of attitude do you expect from others? Have some respect for yourself. Color is not important. The store needs to do something.

This is the most disgusting store Ive ever been in. Everything was filthy and grimy. The bathrooms looked like they hadnt been cleaned ever. Mold all over the place.Floor and shelves filthy. If you must go, get a tetanus shot first.

This place is dying, space is too big, things are WAY too expensive, when you see a pack of toilet paper being sold here for $34.99... you know this place is really trying anything to stay afloat.

This location has been great, I even drive out of my way to come to this location as they always have the supplies I need when other locations usually missing something, Employees and managers have been great as well. Provided a lot of help when needed and checkout is real quick. The new pickup seems to be quite useful as well. Keep up the great work.

One of the worst locations. The staff is slow and not customer focused. The manager is very unprofessional. After an associate explained to him what happened with my order and the problems I was having, he approached me and simply said, So. He then stared at me blankly. They take no responsibility for their mistakes. My order was over a day late and still incorrect. They come off as incompetent and uncaring. Id rather take my business to another location.

Worst service and wait time ever!! The girl at the printing station looks like she does not want to be here. Hire people that actually value and enjoy their job!! This girl needs to go!

Printing services: Ive been a long time customer of ODs printing services. The staff would accommodate my needs with professionalism and courtesy especially when under a deadline.Today, I had another tight deadline and hoped they could fulfill the large order. The staff member that attended to me wasnt rude, but very disinterested. After dealing with their slow computers and printing out a proof, Im finally informed that they had changed their policy. They wont take large orders. What???!!!I was then told they could not guarantee that the order would be completed on time. That was understandable because the deadline was very near.Bottom line: The print staff used to provide a professional and friendly environment. They knew I was, and I felt the atmosphere was more of a neighborhood shop rather than a chain establishment. Sadly, I was told the manager that I routinely saw was no longer working there.Recommendation: There are a few local print shops that would gladly take your business. They may be a little more expensive, but your experience will be tremendously improved.

Business center sucks!!! Super slow!!! How is it possible that they had one person in the business center taking a long time with one customer that looked like no one was in a rush to finish, and had 2 other employees standing at the front door greeting and no one could help at the business center. The store was empty and the line was growing at the business center and nothing, the employees stayed at the door like nothing. I got tired of waiting and left. I will never go back to this business center, my first and last time. No wonder the parking lot was empty and the store even more empty. Need to improve customer service!!! I will gladly drive farther out to the Rosenberg location.

Lots of room. Wide aisles. Huge store. Typical wide selection if all items. Thankfully free of most computer hardware and software that crowds out useful office stuff at their other locations; they have some, of course, but its just what you might need in a hurry if you cant wait in an Amazon delivery. I prefer to go here if I am anywhere near the area because the other locations on 59 are so much smaller and crowded with useless junk.

Very dead inside and sometimes hard to find help. I did notice a small group of employees who were quite smart and helped me pick up a good all-in-one printer; those staff were kind all throughout my visit and showed no annoyance. As for the rest of the store, specific things I was looking for happened to be out of stock.

This place needs work. The people were nice, as far as I could tell. But the system, needs work. All I wanted was a single sheet of paper printed out, but it took forever. It took so long I just left.

We came looking to get a new laptop. What I appreciate in this clean, very organized, huge store is that almost all their computers on display were all turned “on.” Thats very helpful for the customer who is trying to decide what computer meets ones needs. (The store in Rosenberg was the opposite, so we came here.)I also like that they have a good collection of office furnitures. Actually, they offer many options for each office item/category. Thats good for comparing pricing & quality. I appreciate that they set aside an area of the store as a clearance section; makes it easy to browse. They also have a fast WiFi speed in the store. Office Depot, in my opinion, is the one-stop-shop for all your office needs.

M y job was sent by email-30 attachments followed by a phone call to make sure it would be printed and ready to go when I arrived. Rep said no problem, nothing else. I waited my turn in line to greeted by attitude and a grimace when the Rep looked at the number of attachments. She continually stopped working on my job to help customers to arrived after me. When I asked the manager if someone could come help her so she could finish my job (at this point 46 minutes later) he said someone should have told me to pick my copies up tomorrow (not true for simple pdf attachments according to past experience with the Chain). The manager helped one person in line then left.I am STILL waiting, I was nice and polite when I asked her could you please send the rest of my attachments, because I have a deadline to meet and you have helped 10 people since I have been standing here and my job still isnt done, her response, I have 12 left, you said that 10 minutes ago when the manager was here, so you havent sent any more since then?! I replied. I am working on it she retorted.Terrible customer service. As I waited I observed other incidents in the store and at the register with unsatisfied customers walking out.1 hour 8 minutes still waiting!!!!!

Need to clean house and start with a fresh staff. No one seems to care, which in part may be due to the fact they seem understaffed. Their business center is the worst part of the store.

I just bought a few items from office depot on Williams Trace a few minutes. Got checked out by an African American guy in his mid or late 40s. Worst customer service ever. I approached the guy with a smile and greeted him, he didnt respond. He kept up a steady frown like he didnt want to be there. He didnt even offer to put the items I bought in a bag. I pretty much walked out of there holding some of the items under my arm. There is no excuse for this kind of service.

I came here after a terrible experience at FedEx trying to get some paperwork scanned and emailed. Troy at the print services was great! Office Depot could not email me the documents but Troy found me the cheapest thumb drive to save my files to.

Incredibly poor customer service. Unprovoked bad attitudes and sarcastic answers showing a lack of knowledge in their own products. Stir clear of this location. If you absolutely have to go to Office Depot in the area, it would be best to try the Missouri City location.

Mark Robertson, the assistant manager is utter garbage. He hung up on me after he failed to answer my question in regard to an online order. This place is garbage. The General Manager Mark Robertson was being rude, dis-respectful, hung up on me, would not give me any information on an order placed online for inventory they had in stock. He then got loud with me over the phone. You need hands on customer service training. If you are the general manager Id hate to see what the rest of the Office Depot team is like. If youre going to buy office furniture, I recommend buying it from somewhere else.

Ive had so many issues with this location. I keep giving them chances to fix things, but they continue to treat me horribly. Tonight was the last straw. The lady at the cash register was EXTREMELY rude to me. She acted like I was wasting her time. She didnt even want to help me. I needed to exchange highlighters that I bought last week. One of the highlighters is leaking ink everywhere. I always buy this brand and Ive never had an issue. So I didnt see a reason for keeping the receipt. She wouldnt let me exchange them. I understand not letting me return them. But I only wanted to exchange them for the EXACT SAME THING. Thats ridiculous.The thing is, she isnt the only employee who has been rude to me. I shop at this location frequently for school supplies and its more common for me to encounter someone who is rude than someone who isnt. They have officially lost my business. Id rather drive farther than deal with this place again.

RUN... go to another office depot. Try the Murphy road store. The employees are robotic in a slow I dont want to work today mindset. Manager seems afraid to address the issues. There is no reason that I can think of that would cause you to wait 20 minutes to get checked out. The ONE person checking was holding prolonged chit chat with customers and looking at the line grow he was in no hurry and didnt care that the customers were waiting.. COME on now what has happened to this location. I wont shop this store again

Lacking a diverse selection of home office furniture on the floor. Some of the home office furniture displayed was marred up and in disrepair. No delivery options.

I came here to print engagement invitations and the staff were friendly and well trained. They were so much better mannered than the horribly rude staff at the OfficeMax in Rosenberg. Thats why i drive 6 extra miles to here, because its worth it!

Waited for 20 minutes for the lady to finish with the customer in front of me only to watch her walk off and dig through the trash cans for a few minutes, then upon returning she helped a customer who just walked in the door. The other lady behind the desk looked like she hated her job and life itself. I never did receive service or any type of general acknowledgement. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time here.

This store has very meager inventory; definitely hit and miss if you are looking for anything but the most rudimentary office supplies. after finding that they did not have what I needed, I simply went back to the office and ordered online.

I had a rush print job that I needed help with. When I called in after placing my order online, Troy told me that he would get it through process speed up for me to meet my narrow time frame (I only had an hour😂).Sure enough, I show up an hour later and my order is hot off the presses!Thanks Troy!

The Manager (RICCO) argued with me when I took him to the tag that said Discontinued Sale $6.00 he tried to charge me $14.99. He said that tag was for another color but the same item. Really!!! Same Item, Different Color clear to black! Ha! He thinks we are STUPID!!! They were out of clear but had black! He wouldnt honor the price!!!!Be careful of bait and switch at Office Depot!
