Always love the best buy experience. I had purchased something from another branch that I needed to return and came to this store on the last day as it was on my route. No hassle whatsoever.Staff are always courteous and prompt! If they ever have a line at the checkouts, you wont be waiting long to get served.

Worst customer service experience ever. After almost 4 weeks of dealing with Best Buy and Samsung about a non working TV still under warranty geek squad said to go to the store they will do a exchange and set up delivery. After waiting 30 minutes fir the operations manager to come do it he said they dont have that model anymore will have to get the newer model for $80 more. Even after Samsung and Best Buy said that would not be the issue. He also said I could a store credit and hope the TV goes on sale for black Friday. Having to call Samsung and Best Buy and spending on average 2hrs a day being on hold and talking to reps that lied every day lesson DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AND DONT SHOP AT BEST BUY

I needed to purchase a monitor for my business. The rep was so horrible that he kept texting someone on his cellphone. Just ignored me. So I left the Best Buy store and made my purchase at Micro Center and I end up purchasing 2 Monitors, USB Headset, Keyboard, Mouse, and USB Webcam.

Slow service at the checkout counter, then item rang up three times the price. Employee just stated thats the price. I told him to follow me so I could show him. He then stated the entire stack of DVD player I was going to purchase was in the wrong spot and I need to read the extremely small lettering on the tags. I dont think so. How about Employee put the items in the proper spot or put pricetag on the item. You cant convince me that someone else moved the entire stack. Seems like bate and switch to me. Wast of time.

This Best Buy store in Sugar Land needs to lay off their workers and close down. Unacceptable service. Came in before 7:00pm they couldnt sell the phone. Came back next day no one working until 11:45am. Shut down quickly.

Very rude people work on appliances name Naseem very argumentative about price match with Lowe’s and Home Depot. Extremely rude and when I ask for a manager he said he is going to say the same thing but the manager was extremely nice he took care of me. Best Buy need better training system for these guys to show them how to take care of the customer

When it comes to electronics we need in the same day we always go to bestbuy.usually go to the grandparkway but today i was in the sugar land area worse mistake of my day . literally walked the whole store to find the Ethernet cable found some but no the one i was looking for.asked a worker and all she told me was to go and ask the other people she didnt even try to look it up or anything and she went back to whatever she was doing.just the fact i walked the store and not once i was asked if i needed assistance was just bad experience. I will see workers just walking and chit chatting with each other.

I called a Best Buy on the east side of Houston to see if they had any XBox series Xs in stock. They told me they had one earlier in the day, but that a woman had come in and bought it. They were kind enough to look for a location that had one in stock. One showed up in Sugar Land TX, but they said they are unable to have them hold it, I would have to go to the store. So I drove across Houston to get it. I got to the store and one of the sales associates looked it up and told me that they had one in stock. The manager came over and said that she wouldnt sell it to me because they can only be sold online. I told her it wasnt listed online. She was incredibly rude and said she wouldnt sell it to me. After further digging and information from other Best Buy stores, I have found out that if they have the product in the store, they have to sell it to the customer. It is company policy. Apparently the store in Sugar Land doesnt care about company policy or customer satisfaction. I will not be making anymore purchases from Best Buy, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. You should be able to go right in and out and find what you need with their help. I come here to get apple products when I don’t want to go to the Apple store. They have so many cool tech stuff so feel free to look around. The store is very clean and very well organized. Im sure you can find great things for the home or office. Great place to to shop to get your electronic needs.

Didnt buy what I came for because it was out of stock. Great selection here. Also, Best Buy has FANTASTIC insurance. Years ago, I bought a tv and got the optional coverage. Glad I did. The damage coverage handles everything, and I was forced to use it after a situation. Best Buy stood by the coverage.

We all know what best buy is, nothing new. I drove across town for this store cause they show to have what I needed in stock. I was asked right away if I needed help and they retrieved my item quickly. On a side note, this store has a magnolia section for home audio. Being able to demo speakers is such a great service. Keep up the good work!

I usually have a good experience at Bestbuy, but not this time. The customer service was below average. I recycled a few networking products and got 3-15% coupons - their maximum. When I went to the checkout to use one of the coupons, their POS system wouldnt honor the discount. They had to call the manager to manually add the discount. Why issue a coupon that you wont honor? Better yet, why not give one larger percent coupon when someone recycles 3 or more products?P. S. The same thing happened to another customer in line

08/27/2021: I was trying to upgrade my phone line with TMobile after I got an email from bestbuy that proudly announced that they have tmobile phone now. I tried upgrading online and it failed. Going to store only wasted another 2+ hours for me since they had no idea what is going on. Hope bestbuy will figure out what is happening.08/30/2021: attempt 2 was even worse and I had to reduce to 2 stars now. The associate who was at the mobile department did not know how to get to the page where the previous set of people were able to check the trade in value and final amount I may be able to pay. Just sad

The short cut hair woman at the customer service was very unfriendly. I went to this store to return my computer. The other staff member seemed to be trying to understand my situation.But she only spoke about the stores policy in an unpleasant way. I do not know how such an employee is in customer service. I don’t want to visit this store again because of her attitude.

Pretty bad experience. Came there to get specific thing that was in stock but locked. Employees just ignore us, one guy just passed us and clearly heard we was trying to find something but not offering any help and when we came to him he just told us to ask cashier, than was in line for ever when finally get some help from lady. I bought a microwave trim kit online and picked it up at the Sugar Land location, I didn’t install it immediately because I work 2-3 weeks at a time away from home. After a 2 week work trip I decided to install my trim kit. When I opened the box the base was damaged like someone prior had bought it and returned it to the store. I take it back to this Sugar Land store and the manager tells me that they can’t take it back because it’s outside the 2 week return date!! He said call customer so they can take it back. They have given me the run around for 2 days! I’m going to reach out to corporate office and let them know about this service also. How do they expect someone to keep something they bought from them that was damaged and unusable?!

My representative called me in 1 day ahead of my installation. the installation time was about 45 minutes. my representative. did not give me the manual that goes with my radio. also my representative put on the emergency brake but failed to turn it off. now my brakes are worn down. but no one is perfect. but i thanked them for my installation. and thank you BEST BUY!!!

Product I was looking was available but the match price comparison with Amazon took a while as the cashier wants the exact numbers with what was in Amazon website. Should just be simply to the name and model number not to other number indicated. After conferring with his supervisor it was matched. Friendly staff but they can still improve on the checkout process to speed things up though that time there was no lineup.

Awesome customer service in the mobile center. I had bought an unlocked phone that had a software glitch. Both the guys in the mobile center worked with me to do everything they could to fix it and when it couldnt be fixed it was replaced the same day. I really appreciate their efforts.

Went for an unlocked phone, selection was very limited, bought a phone but they had no cases for it at all. Had to get one on Amazon two days later. Employee asked me to get the phone from display counter for him, he stayed like 12ft away the whole time, said he didnt work that dept.. till I told him I was taking that phone then he was fine.

Went to get a smart watch, and ear buds. I bought them at one store and had to go to another store to get them. But was not able to get anyone to set it up or show me how to work it. Was told I would have to pay another 40.00 om top of the 650 I just spent to get someone to do that not to mention the fact I still have to go to my carrier to have to activate the watch.

Waited abt 15 min in curbside after the website said they would be out with my order within 3 min. not an issue have no problem waiting. then The guy finally comes out and apologize for the wait. he literally slammed the tv in my trunk and then slammed my trunk shut. which is a push to close trunk so all he had to do was ask and i would’ve told him to push the “close trunk” button. he asked if we could scoot our seats up in the front so we did. i thought the tv would fit no problem but it was difficult. he just couldn’t have been more rushed and idiotic

Horrible Experience today. My husband and I came to Best Buy to purchase a IPad today. On entering the store, we looked at a couple of Ipads at the front of the store. I then asked an employee Jordan for a location where I could find additional Ipads, and Jordan rudely dismissively pointed in another direction in the store. I was shocked but just overlooked his behavior. Luckily we ran into Sebastian, who was Awesome and he helped us even though he was in the Geek Squad there. He was phenomenal.. But when it was time to purchase the Ipad he brought Jordan to us for the transaction. We asked Jordan about a cas for the Ipad that we could purchase. Jordan said he had no suggestions and even turned his back to us showing irritation that we were taking longer. . His whole mannerism screamed boredom and irriation with short dismissive answers to every question that we had.Thank goodness for Sebastian and Jordan really may need another type of job.

Customer Service is a joke. I called and kept being transferred from department to department because apparently no one knows who services Ring Doorbell. Even though geek squad is the first number I called. 45 minutes back and forth before they hung up on me.UPDATEWent into the store for help. The manager at the front door was helpless. Only thing she could tell me to do was to go to Geek Squad and speak to them. I was told they couldnt help me and was given a business card. Please call the 1-800 number on the card and they can schedule you an appointment for us to come out and fix your Ring doorbell.
