Well stocked and clean, this chain store should be an example for the others. Making use of the space, the store is laid out well and has a broad array of seasonal and stock items. Furniture is trendy and there is a clearance area in stock and in the furniture area. Lacking in school and office supplies at this time of year, and prices not visible on several items were two negatives but that is an easy fix. Staff could have smiled and engaged a bit more, welcoming attitudes are visible with or without a mask! Overall, clean, room to move carts and accessibility machines and good parking.

I absolutely love me some Big Lots. The Sugarland location is bright clean and full of beautiful Home Goods..just about everything you need. I literally walk down each aisle to see all they have to offer. Quality items and very affordable!! Big Lots is a hidden Gem!!!

Nothing on Big Lots is good.Everything is trash. Even Dollar Tree is Way better than them.Everything elses either food or anything else.

This place has great sales and everything you can think of for your home!! I bought my sofa, table and bed from them and its truly wonderful!!!

They have rearranged the store and remodeled the front end, which looks very nice. The store is clean and neat and the staff is pretty friendly!

We stop in here once or twice a month. Staff are very nice and good selection of items. It’s a slower check out time and process, but not too much of a big deal if you aren’t in a hurry.

Asked for felt pads/sliders for furniture and was told they didnt have it. Walked around the store to see what other offerings they had and saw the pads. They seemed more expensive than competitive stores and I didnt find anything worth buying so I left. Overall, not very good experience.

I found exactly what I looking for and the cashier was sooo nice!!!

I met a young man by the name of Charles in the Furniture Dept. So refreshing to go into a store and you are greeted by someone with a great attitude & very helpful. This young man touch my heart by going beyond helpful & hard work ethic we need more like him.

Its a fun store to browse. Their furniture and paper products are reasonably priced, but I find other items are no cheaper than Walmart.

Excellente selection for anything decorative and furniture!We found exactly what we wanted (as always).They didnt have anything other than the floor model but the person searched and found another store that had it an they are holding it for us to pick up tommorow.

The Big Lots on Hwy 6 is v the best one Ive been to. It was clean and the works were knowledge and helpful.

A few more shoppers than I like..but checkout waa quick!

TV wall mount $35, on line $19 Store is clean and nice but nothing special. Low price on low end stuff. Big lots is not the same as when it opened.

I love Big Lots it has everything that I need. Even though their prices are very high. You can go to Walmart and get the same items for Less.

I had not been in while to a big lots. This location was nice and clean and very spacious. The lines were to long and moved slowly. They only had 2 young cashiers and about 4 ladies in the back that could of helped. Although the cashier that checked me out was nice. Some customers are ignorant, holding up the line, not controling their crazy wild kids. Still people dont understand 6 feet apart.

I went on a Thurday night. The parking lot felt much too dark on arrival. There was a lot of christmas decorations and the prices seemed fair. The beds were hit and miss. Some look like wood but are nothing more than cardboard type wood with real wood stickers covering it. The employees were pretty nice and the prices are kind of hit and miss. Some things looked like deals and some did not. It was OK.

Curbside pickup still requires you to go into store and get in line at a register. Staff is incredibly rude. They didnt even bring the item I purchased to the register..... I was required to drag the recliner out of the store myself. Keep up the great work Big Pots employees!!!

One of my favorite stores. You can always find bargains at Big Lots. They also carry unique things you dont find in other stores. Anything you need for your home, I would check here first, but only if youre a bargain shopper. From the kitchen to the outdoors. From pets to furniture. A good go to for everything holiday celebration.

I typically will go to Big Lots for my glade plug ins however, on my past trip I noticed they were completely out of stock. So this was not the first time that a particular popular item was out of stock. Management should take a glimpse at their most popular items and request for additional inventory. Cashiers are always pleasant and accurate at this location.

Their rewards program has various ways to save and get rewarded. I am in here every week because of their great deals. Store is clean and staff are friendly.

I bought a bed from this seller. I havent picked it up yet. The sales clerk in the furniture area was great. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She understood that I was shopping on a budget. She was extremely helpful.

Bad customer service!! Waiting on the phone for 15 minutes try to get someone write down my contact info when theyre ready for selling the display (I was told in the store days ago that the display will be sold if its out of stock) The 4th sales associate answering the phone basically said we dont take info, well sell it but we wont let you know!! Damaged it reduced. She said it was 20 percent well took out my discount calculator because that did not see correct. Then when she agreed to take the 20 percent off of matress and not the 10 percent it was marked as she them looked at the damaged mattress and said it was not really damaged I can just sew that up. Not sure what she considers damaged bit anytime I have to alter am item make it satisfactory to my liking that means its damaged anything thats cut that means its damaged please educate your employees.

They have a little bit of everything and all at reasonable prices. They are set back in a shopping center so a little hard to see from Highway 6. But if your looking for a discount store, you should definitely check them out.

I had the most amazing experience at Big Lots yesterday on Hwy. 6 in Sugar land They are having this really big sale on furniture and they were swamped with shoppers scooping up the deals. The manager and another employee handled each customer with so much courtesy and patience, despite the crowd and the customer service they gave us all was amazing. They even saved us money on the delivery and wouldnt accept a tip when they helped us load our furniture. Thanks especially to the manager there.

The store was very clean and staff was helpful. The only reason I didnt give a full 5 stars is because there was no baby section, which seemed odd to me, and the flow of the store is a little weird.

The furniture Manager was AMAZING! She helped a bunch and very knowledgeable on items!
