Dan’s electrical department has done an over the top project on my 1970’s work house. He’s gotten it up to date on codes, repaired wiring errors, replaced both work panels and added new lighting and fans in some pretty tough situations. He’s even open to learning and working on shielding/reduction principles and practices I wanted to do greatly reducing the unhealthy fields that were present. Just wish he wasn’t so busy like most good electricians are!

“Allen” came rapidly at the assigned time and installed a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and all other necessary parts. Even though there were some problems with the installation, he worked through them and professionally, and finished in a couple of hours. It looks great and we are pleased with the job he did.

When I opened the door, I was surprised to find a woman (Genesis) who introduced herself and then her male companion (Jonathan). When I showed her the problem, she crawled under the kitchen sink, checked, took some pictures, diagnosed the problem. After going for the required parts, the two returned and Genesis installed the parts to end the leak, again taking a picture to demonstrate the repair. When I asked about another plumbing task, Genesis described how I could do it myself. Genesis was enthusiastic about her job and clearly enjoyed the opportunity to share with me how I could do something as well. It was refreshing to encounter a woman doing a work traditionally held by men. I hope seeing Genesis will encourage other women and girls to consider non-traditional occupations. I recommend this business; Genesis and Jonathan were professional, neat, and respectful.

I’d give Nick, Dmitri and team 10 stars! I had a particularly problematic replacement task on my 15 year old Rinnai Tankless Water Heater which was poorly installed by another company. Completely inaccessible, wonky piping, wonky exhaust, gas line sticking out, space to job in in a tiny row house built in 1908. They came up with a brilliant solution installing a small wall and moving the new Rinnai to that wall which made it completely accessible. They rerouted pipes and gas line making them more logical and out of the way as much as possible. They were also unbelievably responsive. Used drop cloths, cleaned up and removed trash. Seriously outstanding work!

I had a leaking water heater resulting in a garage mess. I called for service, and Benjamin, the owner, was able to dispatch someone to replace the heater with a new one the same day. He was able to send his team after-hours without any upcharge. terrifc communication.
