They have great cake pop. Wish there were more locations!

I tried the vanilla and strawberry cupcake. The icing tasted like whipped cream with crisco added.The strawberry was the same with no flavor. The cake itself was very dry and dense. Very hard to even swallow. Couldnt tell if it was old or just very dry. They looked so pretty. I couldnt believe how bad they were because the people were going in and out. Will not try that again. Still have that cold crisco flavor in my mouth. Should have went to Wal-Mart or la Madeline has really good coconut cake and tarts.

Christine is a true artist. Her cakes are so lovely and are almost too beautiful to eat!

My wife and I chose the Sweet Boutique as the baker of our wedding cake (02/02/2020) after a disaster between us and other original baker. They were kind and patient and help us out in a bind since we were running out of time before our wedding. However, they pulled off an exquisite geod cake that we always wanted and it was clear we should have chosen them from the start. The cake layers and sheet cake were moist and held up very nicely. Their coconut cake and passion fruit filling was to die for, lemon cake and strawberry filling was the perfect amount of tart and sweet, chocolate cake and ganche was a perfect combo, and almond cake and amaretto was so much better than we could have anticipated. Everything was perfect and we cannot thank Christine, Martin, and their team enough for making it all work for us. It is simply unbelievable that she was self-taught and cant wait to see her compete in the Spring Baking show on the Food Network.

Wanted a sweet treat after work. The cupcakes were very heavy and dry. Threw them away. Got the German chocolate and chocolate chip. Not sure who is making the cupcakes but please listen to the reviews. Please taste them. Dry and icing is very greasy and not a good bite.

Frosting on cupcakes are good but the cupcake taste like cornbread. Very dry. And you can forget about eating it the next day..... super dry. I’ve had better. Not pleased.

I absolutely love all their cakes! I got my wedding cake here and have lloved their variety ever since! I get all my cakes from here! Every time we do a family party or special event we know where the cakes will be from! I especially love that they are light and fluffy and just the right amount of sweet! I took these two cakes two hours away to a town called Palacios and they always arrive perfect which is always amazing to me. Just love love love this bakery!

Very disappointing cupcakes. I got a dozen for my daughters birthday. 3 of each - german choc, chocolate, strawberry & red velvet. The frosting on the german choc was very good but every cupcake was dry. The frosting on the other 3 were sort of greasy, like frosting made from shortening. The frosting wasnt very sweet and the strawberry cupcakes and frosting didnt have much of a strawberry flavor at all. There were no real pieces of strawberries anywhere. It makes me wonder if its a box mix. I will not return.

I pretty much get cupcakes and cake pops once a week lol. Always fresh never dry! Red velvet and tiramisu has to be my favorites hands down. Definitely my go-to spot in Sugarland.

This was my go to place for everything. Lately though their customer service and management is terrible. They dont seem to care about their customers anymore. I emailed the manager 1.5 months before with photos etc. of what was needed and we confirmed the cake could be done but when I went in to make the down payment I was told they are not taking anymore orders. I was shocked that they didnt even apologize or care just said a blunt no and find somewhere else. They also said macarons and donuts can be ordered the week before but when I called again that is now an issue again. Thank fully I found alternative places that are now cheaper and the taste is even more amazing... So I guess everything happens for the best. The cakes are even better at this other place. So needless to say TSB has now lost one of their #1 customer.

This is a cute little cupcake store in The Market at Town Center in Sugarland.The staff is very polite and they provide an awesome selection of cupcakes, macaroons, cookies/brownies, cakes, and cakes pops (lollipop cakes). Anything and everything you could ever want or desire in a baked dessert store.I stopped by for an after dinner desert and got a six pack of the following cupcakes: 2 Red Velvet, 2 Butterbeer (I love me some Harry Potter!), 1 Vanilla Ganache and 1 Chocolate Ganache.As delicious as the cupcakes were, I found them to be a tad bit on the dry side. It mightve been because I came in at the end of the day, perhaps? Who knows?However, the icing on each cupcake was spectacularly sweet and I highly recommend the Butterbeer flavor to anyone who visits this establishment.

Had really cute cookies made here for fathers day. I also got some mochi donuts, which were really yummy! Great customer service when I had a little issue ordering through their website. I drove all the way from Spring to get my order and would order again from them!

The bakery opens at 11 AM, but when I arrived at that time, they had very little fresh items available. The case was 75% empty. Clerk said the fresh items wouldnt be available until around 11:30. I dont understand why a business like this doesnt have employees arrive early and prepare the food items to be ready and the case full of options when the doors open at 11.

Mochi donut! What an brilliant idea to combine east and west. We love this more than traditional donut because they are not as sweet and texture is quite unique. We picked matcha and ube coconut.

I literally just picked up an order of the Mochi donuts and got myself a vanilla cupcake. I loved the cupcake cake frosting, this is a weird thing to be picky about but I love actual buttercream frosting and the frosting on the cupcake was perfect! No “fridge smell” in the buttercream and super moist without being overly sweet. My husband and I split a chocolate Mochi donut and agreed it was awesome! Chewy, just sweet enough, and slightly dense. That said, if you’re looking for Japanese Mister Donut/Pon de Ring donuts these are not that but they are still extremely delicious.

I emailed them and had a question about ordering my wedding cake and they never replied back to me.I’ve tried their chocolate bombs and its TOO sweet, I kept adding milk and it was still too sweet.

Entertaining store! Mochi donuts were sweet. Mochi brings about the donut narrowly chewier. Bought Vietnamese coffee, matcha, pandan. pandan was my best. Simple to order online and and quickly pick up.

I have come to this cupcake shop for 2 years! I called today and a male answered the phone and told me this place does not have cupcakes and has cakes??? I have never seen a cake only buy special order. When I came in and explained about my call, I was told I misunderstood!!! I do not think so! The issue was they were out of cupcakes at 3 pm and wanted to close. The male was there and said nothing. This is a great way to destroy brand loyalty!!! Customer get a clue!!!

I have to say that Christine and her entire crew are amazing people both as pastry chefs and as human beings! What a fun thing it is to visit each and every time. Get some mochi donuts and order your next celebration cake from her!

The best favorite teacher I’ve had, she started way back while I was still in elementary school, I remember her bringing, her very own sweet pops to school, although I never had a chance to get one or try one. Till this day I still remember her telling us about how she was going to open her very own shop and look now ! Hopefully Ms.Nguyen Gets to see this comment and hopefully she remembers me. Horrible service! I have been trying to reach the bakery to order a cake for my father in laws birthday but did not hear back from them.

I ordered a birthday cake one week in advance and they were able to get the order done on time. The cake was beautiful and delicious. I have also tried their Mochi donuts which taste great. The bakery has tasty food and great customer service.

Just had a wonderful experience with the owner, staff and one of the decorators this past weekend. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first was told to just email pictures to them on what I wanted and they would email me a quote. I am used to sitting down with a decorator and ironing out all the details in one shot and I had done so previously at the Katy location a few years ago. I decided to go ahead and send them an email With some ideas and pictures anyway. It was for my sons birthday party that was only about a week or so away so really didn’t think they would be able to accommodate.I was very pleasantly surprised to get an email back from the owner (Martin) that very same day with a quote and a Yes! That they could handle making the cake for me with such short notice. The quote was a little out of my price range and they were more than helpful in giving me some suggestions to get the price down a bit without really compromising the design much. I even received a phone call from One of the staff members (Hope) that was super helpful with all my concerns and specifications I requested. I really appreciated the decorator ( Christina ) who called me a few days prior and offered to meet with me to finalize some of the details of the cake and to show me a sketch of what it will look like to be absolutely sure it would be to my liking. I was very impressed with the customer service and very appreciative that they took the time to make sure the cake turned out how I wanted. It was a great experience and my son absolutely loved the cake design. I will be returning for my next custom cake order in a few months.

I came in for dessert after dining nearby, and I got a cupcake to go, in the hopes that I could sneakily eat on the way home out of the grasp of my toddler monsters tiny arms in the backseat.I open the box in the car to find a Chinese finger trap, designed to keep the cupcake secure enough to send through the mail. I needed both hands to free the treat, much to my dismay, as Id intended on using at least one hand to drive.Im a lady. One way around this overwhelming dilemma would be to do the unthinkable and go icing first. You just dont go icing first. Eventually I won against the overpriced sugar bomb and stuffed it into my mouth, as a lady would.Four stars.

Omgoodness!! They did such an awesome job on my son’s birthday cake. I was kinda scared describing what I wanted via pics I provide them and talking on the phone but they executed the cake to the T. My son and his friends were in awe when they saw the cake. Thank you so much!!!!

Before the Mochi donuts the desserts were pretty dry the two times I came and then I just stopped coming until the Mochi donuts came out. I really enjoyed the donuts the first time I tried them but then I came a second time then they started to become hard and dry :( I was beginning to like the donuts...maybe I’ll try one more time.

We always stop on our way home when we make trips to Houston. I never get past the macaroons because they are our favorite and very well done. I enjoy the classic flavors best but their more decadent ones are definitely tasty too. I felt that they were worth the price as they were fresh, well sized and had a great crispy outside and chewy inside. The filling to mac ration was also very good.

I really wanted to like the mochi donuts but they fell flat when compared to other really really good mochi donuts that Ive had before.

The event was my sisters baby shower, witch I was organizing. I picked up the cake one day before because my sister lives on a different part of town. As you can see from the picture that is how the cake arrived to the final destination. I email Marin with this picture and just told him I was upset and didnt know what happened to it. He emailed me back and pretty much told me that their cakes dont do that and there must of been something I had done for the cake to look the way it did. After that is when I went from being upset and heartbroken about the cake to feeling angry that he, instead of his customer service skills kicking in, blamed me for what had happened and not offer any solution to the problem. After going back end forth with him I agreed to take the cake back and pay for the bakers extra time. I was stressed enough with finalizing the baby shower for my sister that I wished hed been a little more sympathetic to my situation. I will never order a cake or buy anything from them again just based on how I was treaded. But I will say the majority of the people at the party really liked the final cake they made, some said it was too sweet. This review is mainly about my personal experience with them and the customer service they provided or the lack there of.

Yes! Yes! Yes! There is nothing more I can say. Just amazing goodies overall! The cupcakes are always moist and the frosting is never gritty. The cookies and always soft and chewy. The cake pops are very well made, great presentation and taste. Last but certainly not least the famous macaroons!!! Just wow, go and taste for yourself!

My wife is a cupcake fanatic. I was recently in Sugarland for some training at the Police Dept. I figured I’d venture out on a lunch break and pick up some cupcakes for my wife and surprise her. I arrived shortly after 11am opening time and was met by a young lady behind the counter who seemed she didn’t really want to be there. I got a 4 pack of cupcakes (3 vanilla and 1 strawberry). After making my purchase and not hearing a thank you and or come again, I walked out and later brought the cupcakes home to my wife. Her exact words were, “Don’t ever try to surprise me with these ever again please”. 3 and 1/2 cupcakes were then disposed of in the trash.

Me and my fiance attended their open house to try their cake flavors for our wedding!All of the flavors they sampled us were superb! Perfect consistency and moist, the fillings had LOTS of flavor! We were truly amazed! We had 4 more cake tastings scheduled but why look further if we found what we wanted!? We are excited to work with Christine and TSB and cant wait for our wedding cake! I know Christine and her team has a passion for what they do and our cake will be a success! She also is very detail oriented! She took all of our ideas and created a masterpiece! Great customer service and their cupcakes are delicious. They were moist, not dominated by frosting, just the right amount and the frosting was creamy. Ive had their red velvet, cheesecake and chocolate caramel which were all delicious. My husband and I have been making this a regular stop when weve had a sweet tooth. There have been different flavors when we go which is a pleasant surprise when you wanna try something new.

Love this bakery, I’m so picky when it comes to dessert because I never like anything too sweet, but the cream on the cupcakes were perfectly delicious. Love the strawberry and red velvet flavors. Macarons are suppose to be soft and almost crumble between your fingers just like how they do it here.

Went there this past Sunday ( 12-31-17) and had 3 different cupcakes. They were moist and not too sweet. My most favorite was the pistachio cupcake. Also had macaroons and they were pretty good. Will be coming back.

Used to go to this location a year ago and the cupcakes were amazing. Ive been there twice in the past month and the cupcakes taste weeks old. I couldnt even get past the first bite. Stick to the cake pops, macaroons and cookies. They are made fresh daily (I hope).

My daughter ordered a cake for her baby shower here. The day it was due to be ready, I stopped in to pick up the cake (on the way to the shower in Galveston), the cake was no where to be found. Thankfully the manager(?) came out and told me there was a mixup, and he could have the cake ready in an hour--meaning Id have to drive back over and try to find parking in an already over crowded parking lot. I was fully dressed for the babyshower and it was HOT and MUGGY outside. I was not happy.Although the cake was indeed ready in an hour there were a couple things that caused more frustration.1. He called my daughter to ask her specifications for the cake. This caused her to call me in a frenzy. Shes 9 months pregnant. Although I did not tell him not to call, I did not think he would need to--as he told me he had everything he needed.2. The cake was not exactly what she ordered. The cake itself was just vanilla and not almond flavor. She also had to compromise on the colors.3. Even with all the challenges, we still had to pay $150 dollars for the nine inch round cake and were not offered any discounts or incentives for our troubles. (The cake had already been secured with a deposit).4. The cake tasted great, but the next day several of us had upset stomachs. We figured out it was the cake a day or so after when one or two of us had more of the cake.5. Parking was a nightmare for me.This was our experience, and unfortunately we more than likely will not use this bakery in the future.

The employees are just rude and absolutely no customer service.... I dont recommend this place...

Owner, will you please hire people that are personable and actually have a desire to interact with customers. Even if you have a quality product if your employees are matter of fact and treat customers as if they are interrupting them from doing something more important will they return?

Ok, this place blows Ooh La La out of the water. You can just taste the pride and passion in their macaroons. Oh my GOD it is AMAZING. Very sweet staff, too. Sweet just like their awesome deserts. Definitely going back. Cant wait for the new Katy location!

I ordered a 1/4 sheet cake. The cake was beautiful and exactly what I ordered, but the cake was very hard. Hard like cornbread. After a week, a family of 6 had half a cake left. Trashed the rest.I gave 2 stars because the cake was really pretty and exactly what I ordered. But it was way too hard.

Everything looks amazing, but when I go I go for macaroons. Yummy! I love their macroons, simply perfection!

The macaroons are great my favorite is the Nutella however they are over price for just 1 small bite if we buy them it has to be good for a week. And I wish they could be more price friendly for everyone that way it is not to heartache to spend that $$$ for small bites.overall they were good

The quality of things you will find here is just wonderful! They lack a wide selection. Weve tried cupcakes, brownies, and cookies here. Everything tasted great, was moist, and well worth the visit! They have put out several coupons thaty brought us in to try their baked goods. Try their tiramisu cupcakes, you will not be sorry!

Great service, I dont really like cupcakes normally but the cupcakes here are great. Not too sweet and have great texture. Dont really like the cake pops though, too moist for me.

Loved the customer service. From helping find the location when Google got me lost to just being overall warm and inviting (at 10 minutes to close fyi) the young lady and gentleman were great! Buy those cupcakes werent good. I want strawberry ended up with strawberry and chocolate. The strawberry tasted more like a dry muffin and the chocolate was just plain. The icing for both tasted like a weird foam and had a weird mystery ingredient that made me just scrape it off. I ate two of the four cupcakes.

The cookies looked very much like the photo we sent - they did a good job recreating. They tasted ok - I know they are shortbread cookies, and not intended to be sweet, but were quite flavorless and dry. We had three designs, and two held together well, however, most of the rattles were broken when we took them out of the box. They sure were cute, tho!!

Only place I buy cupcakes from and actually crave cupcakes from. My favorites are champagne and pistachio. The cowboys cookies are spectacular too.

My daughter recently graduated from nursing school, and she wanted some cake pops done with designs that she had seen on Pinterest. The cake decorator was very accommodating and the cake pops he made looked exactly like the pictures we gave him--and they tasted great! The desserts really made the graduation celebration special!

I was sorely unimpressed by the cupcakes here. The cakes themselves taste like something you can just make at home with Betty Crocker mix and the icing was simply uninspired. Honestly, the cupcakes were incredibly basic but were NOT a basic price.. $3.00 a piece! I would advise the bakers here to really do more R&D!

If i could give this place 10 starts i would! i am very picky when it comes to sweets, my husband and i have this thing were we go to different places and try sweets, and out of every place this is the best!!! i always tell my husband no other bakery beats this place ( i have tried 10 different ones)I drive 45 mins to get cupcakes from here almost every single sunday and i loooove it. I would rate lower, if I could. Although the service was fantastic, the salted caramel cupcake I had was not good. The cupcake itself was a chocolate cupcake. It didnt taste chocolatey, but it was moist. The buttercream was what I disliked most about the cupcake. It didnt taste like a buttercream. It felt more like marshmallow fluff with some sugary caramelly flavor. The cupcake was really pretty, but fell short on flavor. I also tried the chocolate cake pop. It felt like chocolate cake dipped in chocolate, nothing special. The macarons looked good, but I didnt try any.

Love, Love their salted caramel cupcakes, so delicious! Cake prices are on the high end of the scale but it is always quality and consistent baked goods.

Recently I visited this location to purchase chocolate chip cookies. While my visits are normally positive, this last visit was a negative experience. I walked in the store to purchase cookies and the representarive told me that that the cookie batch only yielded small cookies. I asked her if the cookies were half off since they were tiny, and she said, no. After getting my cookies, not only were they tiny, they were undercooked. The cookies looked like cookie balls that were not cooked long enough to cause the cookie to flatten. The cookies were also avout half the size as normal. Its bad enough that these cookies are sold at a premium price, getting a less than desireable cookie but paying a premuum price is a bad swap in my opinion. I really hope management steps in to ensure the quality of their product is consistent going forward. I look forward to better visits!

BEWARE plain and simple.My daughters birthday is in a couple of days, and Ive been dealing with these people for over 3 weeks trying to get a custom cake for her birthday. From the very beginning the shop itself was poorly run, we came in to try and speak with a manager or a cake decorator about availability and possibly design a cake together. Right off the bat we were told the manager isnt here and we dont know when they will be here and we dont have a schedule for them.Im sorry what? What kind of business doesnt have a set schedule for their employees, come to find out the owner was the manager. We were told to email them with pictures and they would get back to me. Little did I know that I wouldnt get a response for well over a week, a week of constant calling, leaving messages, my contact info etc.Once I finally got a response I was shocked that they wouldnt schedule a time for my family to come in and talk to a decorator and try to design a cake to our liking, instead we kept getting told to just email pictures of what we wanted as if we wanted to replicate an exact cake. I obliged, emailed my specifications such as -all buttercream, no fondant, which characters we wanted etc. Please explain to me how NO fondant means fondant figures and toppers and more that resulted in a price tag of over $500!!!! No. Its a birthday cake, not a wedding cake. And it was not original, nor was it what we asked for initially. I emailed back stating I didnt need the figurines and I ended up getting a phone call as to not leave an email trail, we went back and forth trying to figure out what they could actually do -seeing that the cake decorator isnt inclined in buttercream decor- his words not mine (mind you the decorator is his own wife). We ended the call with him saying they would come back to me with new drawings and new estimates on pricing. Never got anything back just an email asking asking if we were still interested--after I emailed to let them know we would be coming in to talk to them see what sketches they had and to place the deposit!All while this was going on my husband was trying to get ahold of the manager as well and was completely ignored and his messages went unanswered and possibly discarded for over a week!Now, yesterday we kept our word and drove all the away from katy to sugarland yet again to attempt to speak with them in person and AS SOON AS THE MANAGER SAW US HE BOLTED THROUGH THE BACK!!!!! We were greeted by the most unfriendly and rude employee telling us that she couldnt do anything for us because there was nothing she could do for us as there were no sketches, notes, or even a quote!We were literally told to go elsewhere for our cake!!A WEEK PRIOR TO THE DATE NEEDED!!!!!!After going through this entire ordeal we got left with nothing! Every other bakery required at least two weeks and these people literally screwed us over a week before we needed the cake!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!
