Only because you have to give 1 star. I hate to say this but I have never felt so disrespected in a store. Take the 20 minute drive to Katy Mills or even City Center location. Do not waste your time here. Store didn’t open on time and manager on duty was just RUDE.

Cynthia is the best. I have worked with her for years and her professionalism and kindness are unmatched. She went out of her way to insure I was making the right purchase for me. Working through the protocol with Covid can be a challenge but Cynthia went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My son was a first time sunglass buyer and she spent time understanding what he was looking for and explaining the various options.

We were in the market for sunglasses, so where else, right? Wow, wrong!!! We made 6 in this huge store and got asked to wait outside because they were at capacity with 4 people! Say what? Every other shop that size had way more than 4 people in that space and we got kicked out for making 6! Guess what, we dropped our cash elsewhere.

Came here at 1030am on a Sat and they were closed ...

Here at 7:30pm and the doors are locked.. No sign stating when they will return.. They are supposed to be open until 9PM. Called the # listed just goes busy.. Seems like Im not the only one this happened to from the other reviews.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Went today with a pair of sunglasses i bought 5 months ago expecting the run around and to have to at least pay the 50% one time replacement they have and left with a free replacement pair under warranty. Super happy about it and great service from Rosie. Would recommend dealing with her if you are purchasing from this location. I will definitely be buying from her again in the future for my sunglasses needs.

Nice selection of sunnies, the girl helping me there was nice and very helpful. She ended up finding 2 pairs of sunglasses I really liked and I ended up going for the 3rd. I liked that after a second customer walked in, she attended to that person but continued to help me even though with how picky I was it seemed like i wouldn’t buy anything.

I called three times this morning and no one answered the phone, thanks for nothing

No one home! I stopped by around 1pm on a Wednesday to shop for sunglasses for a birthday present and the door is locked and no signs of life inside. There are no signs on the doors or windows to indicate business hours, but Google says theyre open 10am-9pm. I tried to call their phone # but only got busy signal each time. I guess the proprietor doesnt need to business, so Ill take mine elsewhere.
