One of the best locations of HEB in Sugar land. Extremely well stocked and organized. The quality and freshness of the produce is second to none. Their non produce section is as good in every way. I regularly shop at HEB for excellent value and extremely reasonable prices of most things on offer.

First time ever seeing one of these stores. I decided to check it out and I am glad I did. It has an enormous amount of fresh fruit and vegetables. Many different organic items. I use that term loosely because it means different things to different people. This is a true grocery store! It is a shame I dont have one of these back home. I spent about 100$ on things I cant normally get. They have huge deli and bakery section. I recommend you visit them. They are slightly higher than Walmart but the quality is better. They have some of the most beautiful slabs of meat Ive seen in a really long time. Kudos to there meat and butcher section. The wine and spirits section is massive.

I loved the store. Just went grocery shopping. I didnt have to look too far for assistance when I needed help. They had fresh corn tortillas and flour tortillas. The flour tortillas (not completely cooked) They cooked perfectly on a copper pan with a little butter & not wet ) were good. My daughter and I liked them. I only bought them to give myself a break in making fresh homemade tortillas. Plus, they turned very good. Whee!

I love this grocery store. There is such a good selection of everything. Their pre made section has a lot of selections and everything Ive tried so far is very good!

The store itself is fine, just as good as any other H-E-B Ive frequented.Curbside and home delivery, however, are another story. Im constantly having trouble with missing items. This is the fourth time in just a few months. Two weeks ago I spoke with someone after the third time and he said hed talk to a manager to make sure this stops happening. Yet Im missing three more things today.These are not items that were substituted, marked as unavailable, cancelled, etc. Just things I paid for that dont show up.Cant even get anyone on the phone about it. Called shortly after it was dropped off. Busy signal. Call again, busy signal. Call again, busy signal. Call again, ask for curbside, wait on hold. Kicked back to answering, ask for curbside again, wait on hold. Kicked back to answering again, wait on hold again, eventually (finally) get on the phone with a manager and... oh sorry they JUST closed.

Overall this store is good but last night I bought a pack of corn on the cob which was not fresh. I had to trash it. It’s just about $3 and not worth returning it.Hope the store will pay more attention to its quality and careful inspection.

Clean, large, well stocked store. Prices higher than what I spend back home in AZ. Lots of things that are made in the store. Recommend this HEB.

Best fresh tortillas and always have everything in stock that is well organized and clean. Highly recommend for fresh groceries.

I shop there occasionally simply because they have pretty much everything you can want, although the meat shelves are looking kind of sparse.

This location is relatively less busy. They have enough variety with each product. Liked doing groceries here.

Absolutely love my HEB no matter the location. The staff is on point and friendly. This location is set up a bit weird but nothing to ruin your day. Quiet easy to figure it out. GET THE TORTILLAS!! 😷 And go during off times peak times can be busy

I have loved HEB for years, shopping there every Sunday. However, today for the third week in a row, it was rather infuriating. I arrive around 10:30a, most of the shelves need restocking, which should have been done between 7-9a. Then the big problem, the Curbside shoppers. They pull those huge carts in front of actual customers, I almost got hit twice today, they block access to areas - actual shoppers could barely even get in the diary/milk/yogurt/egg area - there were three carts, the employees were indifferent to customers wanting access. Ridiculous. Curbside fulfillment needs to be limited to hours when the store is not jam-packed with real shoppers and AFTER shelves have been restocked. I believe I will try Kroger next week, as much as I love HEB it is not worth the blood pressure spike.

Great seafood dept, with fresh made sushi! Produce has a wide selection, and always fresh! Love the deli dept! Huge selection of fresh cheeses and. They make a homemade jalapeno pimento spread that is really good and just the right amount of spice!

Grocery store is great. Just had my vaccine shot here. The lady was super rude. Didn’t explain at all and stick the needle in super fast that hurt so much. Then just shovel me out. Never seen people in medical business this rude before :-(

If you live in Texas you have to know about H‑E‑B! There’s not one that I’ve been to that has not been a 5 star event!! But the one on HWY 6 is super duper special! The employees there are so nice and always try to go out of their way to help you with anything and everything! Can’t find something ask an employee who will quickly direct you to your item. Need a PIECE of meat you don’t see out, say less an employee will go to the back and cut whatever you need. Have questions about the sea food, the employees behind the counter are happy to answer any questions and help you make a decision on what to eat! Can’t find a line to check out that’s quick …. No worries they have an employee who stands there and monitors the lines who will guide you to the shortest one. Change your mind on an item you picked up no worries your cashier will Gladly take it back and not make you feel bad for not getting it! Want to go where everyone knows your name H‑E‑B is the place!! Forgot to pick up an item on your list, they will send Someone to grab it for you!!When I haven’t been because we’ve been out of town, they notice and say we’ve missed seeing you! ❤️ They finally after the pandemic have brought back the cooking station which is one of my favorite stops on my grocery journey, sometimes you just want something different for dinner and they chefs at that counter have some delicious recipes and yummy samples!! This day in time it’s hard to find the level kindness and work ethic the employees at H‑E‑B have. You can tell they hire people who have the skill to want to be of help to others and it shows! H‑E‑B is always my first choice of places to grocery shop! The choices of stocked food is always plentiful and the store is always clean which I sooooo appreciate. You can always find someone in produce restocking and making sure what is out is fresh!! It also helps that they make delicious tortillas in store hot and ready to eat!!! If you haven’t tried the corn and flour mixed tortillas they are a must for your next grocery trip! Also next time u are at the lunch meat counter have them slice you up some Cajun Turkey meat and Spicy Gouda cheese cut on number 1… you will thank me later!!! They even have an app that offers you digital coupons to help make groceries a little more affordable. My only desire is that they would offer more coupons!! But H‑E‑B gets 5 ⭐️ from me!!! It’s true ….HERE EVERYTHING IS BETTER!!

Im blown away! Everything was exceptional, neat, and colorful! Like if Walmart ever had a vision of store goals, freshness, and organization...it would be HEB goals! I will most definitely be back!

We call this store the GOOD H-E-B because we have an H-E-B close to our home that is not very nice. This HEB has everything! A great natural section, good selection of food for vegans, huge makeup area, baby section including honest diapers and other natural kinds. Good selection of EVERYTHING in this grocery store!!

I usually go to this HEB for their bakery. The people that work there are super friendly and I love talking to them! Overall this HEB is great, there’s lot more self check out machines compared to other HEB’s i’ve been to.

Thank you HEB Sugar Land for the delicious prepared salad. The ginger dressing was a welcomed surprise! Dried cranberries & pepitas work really well with everything. Easy to grab & go. Wish they had forks/sporks, could only find spoons. I can’t believe this salad was only $2.32!

I can’t say enough good things about H-E-B. The wide selection of food and excellent selection of produce and meats is only the beginning. Their commitment to customer service and community support has made me a customer for life. A couple months ago I placed a fairly large order for delivery and managed to get one of the last spots for same day delivery. Close to the arrival time I received a message saying my order would be delayed and delivery wouldn’t occur until the next day due to staff shortages. I called in to see if I could switch it to pick up and still get it that evening and they said they could not fill the order that day. My baby happened to cry in the background while I was on the phone with customer service. I thanked them for their help and hung up, resigned to the fact I would have to wait. The lady I spoke to must have heard my kid, looked at all the kid food on the order, and pulled some strings. Next thing I knew, Favor was notifying me that the order would arrive within the hour. I wish I noted the name of the person I spoke to, because she went out of her way to make sure my kids had what they needed. This is just one small example of the numerous ways HEB bends over backwards for their customers and their communities. Love my H‑E‑B!

I bought two packs of tamales last week, I had one pack, then I opened the second pack on Sunday. I took three pieces from the pack. After microwaving it, I ate the three pieces. As soon as I started eating it, I felt nauseous and had to throw up in the bathroom. I had no clue the tamales were the problem. This morning I warmed up two of them, and as soon as I finished eating them, the same thing happened again. I threw up in the bathroom again. Then I realized it was the vegetarian Cheese and green chile tamales that I had bought from this HEB. I rested for a while, and called them. The first person that picked up said she would transfer me to the manager. She did, he kept saying hello, hello pretending he couldnt hear me, and then hung up on me. Incredibly impatient. I called again and was transferred to him again. I explained myself and he didnt even apologize. He told me that no customer had complained. That he was trying to help me and that I should just take my money. This just showed how dumb and insensitive this manager of HEB was. He was rude, egotistical, and had no type of human feeling. He acted like I cared about the money, I told him I didnt and was just worried about my health. He then proceeded to hang up on me once more. This behavior from an establishment like this, is disgusting, distasteful, and so shameful.

I’m so disappointed in my cake I got this past Sunday it was for my som going away to college… omg it was so pretty had his picture on it, it was perfect but when we ate a piece it tasted like 4 days old stale cake nothing was fresh about it so disappointed.. lo good but that’s all

Always a pleasant experience at HEB. The Simple meal options are the best when you are looking for a meal on the go or dont feel like preparing a full meal. The butcher is amazing. Select your own cut of meat down to how big and thick you want it. The rest is full of options at great prices. The friendly staff also makes you feel welcome and like they truly care about your experience.

Absolutely the best when it comes to fresh produce and cleanliness. Their made to order Cakes are good and value for money.

Love HEB anyway of the week. Saying that yes I love this one too. My only negative is the store layout is not the best. Thats just a matter of personal pref. Great sore and staff over all. Oh P.S if someone from HEB reads this MAKE MORE BUTTER TORTILLAS! Thanks

We have been coming mainly exclusively to this location since moving to Sugar Land. Its been a suprising cut above the already high bar for an H.E.B in the area. They are constantly updating stock based largely on the customers preferences. The staff has been courteous and even really patient once for me and swiped my wrong card about a zillion times. If you need something and they dont have it theyll order it or maybe work some magic. Add this one to your staple.

I like HEB, but they are carrying fewer items we want than they formerly did. Its getting harder and harder to find products that are not HEB branded. Many of them are fine, but there are some that we dont want to substitute. I couldnt even find any sweet and sour sauce. They had orange sauce, duck sauce, teriyaki sauce, and many other marinade/cooking sauces. This was the second trip in a row they didnt have it. Just one example of the problem.

I shop at HEB twice a month, mostly Curbside. These people are SO nice! Rain, hail, sleet or snow, always smiling. I have a big complaint - about us - the customers. By the way, they don’t call the shoppers “customers”. They call us “guests.” Such nice manners! I waited a few minutes and got helped by Nicole today. Nicole had helped the car next to me and I had been waiting longer. I asked her about my order and she went and brought it out. As I waited I watched other curbside pickups. Not ONE car gave the helper a tip! I was so shocked! Please, folks, if everyone gave $5, they could each make a nice extra gift for their hard work. So, please, give up the breakfast or coffee one day a week - the extra savings will go to some really, nice people working hard and always with a smile! Thank you.

Sugar Land HEB has ANYTHING you can think of. It’s a one stop shopping place. Everything is fresh as well. I rarely run into any problems with the groceries I get from there. For sure one of my top 3 stores.

This location does not enforce masks. They allow people to purchase their items without one. Just in case you or someone you know is high risk. I still love HEB, just know to keep your distance and be alert. Someone carrying the virus is allowed to enter and shop without a mask on.

The staff is very rude. They tried to direct me to the correct curbside pick up but no one answered. When you ask to speak to a manager they just leave you on hold. No one takes the time to even listen to your question. This is terrible service and probably the last time I visit.

This Heb is great very clean

Please teach your cashiers to periodically wipe down conveyer belt. I had to carefully place items on it to avoid potential contamination and the cashier pushed all my items together smearing them across whatever fluid was on it. I explained to her not to do that and she said it was from produce. That was not comforting. Otherwise, I love my heb.

The only grocery store with fast lines and have baggers. They stock everything you need. If you are from Louisiana, they carry many creole and cajun products. They run great sales and have fantastic produce sections.

The place is always clean I had a minor issue but they were able to fix it, hood customer service!

Went in to buy some fans for the summer heat and they had a stack out in front of the registers aparently anything outside of grocery is typically found at the front of the store near the registers everywhere else is grocery. If its not at the front they probably dont have it.

Have a movie night? Grab the potsticker party pack! My hubby and I love to stop by here on the way home, this makes it easy to settle in and relax to enjoy a movie.
