Syed!! The man! Yeah you read that right. When I tell you this guy is the most smooth but respectful gent ever believe me. I came in around Christmas time not even being sure of “if I wanted to buy a watch for my husband or not” he asked me, hi, is there anything I can do to help you, I said no thank you just looking he asked once more and I felt wanted in this store! For him to ask again made me feel happy because you don’t even get a hi in other stores. He was so kind and honest about watches. He definitely deserves a raise. yES people I bought a watch. Very friendly employees. As I walk In, there are two helpful ladies. Did you know that Fossil, Coach and Louis Vuitton has the best quality of bags? Fossil bags last up to 10 years or more. Its affordable and I value the quality of the bag over the brand such as Michael Kors. Sure Michael Kors is well known and high-end pricey. But do you know an average Michael Kors bag breaks within six months? Thats one of the things Michael Kors employees dont tell you. As far as Fossil, I have one currently for three years! Its in very good condition it looks brand new like I just bought it today. Fossil is one of those brands that is well known for their quality of leather. I recommend this Fossil store!

Love this store! The back of my watch came loose and the manager mailed it to Fossil. I received an email within 2 days indicating the watch had been received. Two days later, I received an email stating it couldn’t be repaired .... AND a gift letter for the original value. In the store today, Manager Michael Huynh, set up my new smart watch. He is amazing! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about all of their products. While assisting me, repeat customers came it to shop and they greeted one another with familiarity. Then, Michael held a training for us over 50 customers.

Traveling through Texas heading home, we stopped to fix a watch and get a battery in another one. Michael was there and he made our stop there so fast and easy. He also showed me a watch that I will get at a later date! Thank you Michael...

I purchased a smartwatch online as a Valentines gift for my fiance but we ended up being unsatisfied with it (only reason why Im giving 4 stars). So we went back to Fossil to do an exchange and Michael helped us out with everything, I even purchased a super cute bag for myself!! I was super happy and very satisfied with the attention he gave us. He was very kind and very helpful! Franklin was also very nice and attentive with us. Definitely one of my favorite experiences in a retail store.

Let me just say that I had the most wonderful experience here tonight. My husband and I came in to buy a gift for his brothers birthday and the sales representative Shayan was so helpful. He took his time to show us the different options and all the ways we could create our watch. He was so awesome. We ended creating our own watch and had it engraved. It came our perfectly. I ended up also getting a bracelet for my daughter and the sales representative Ayaaz was very helpful with her as well. Her bracelet was also engraved and she loved it. Both representatives were truly amazing. I definitely will come back just because the experience was so nice. Great job Fossil !

I was looking to replace a battery for an old fossil watch and Marc helped me through the whole process as well as inform me of the new Smart watches.

Do NOT bring your watch here for repair! They promised a 3 week turnaround. It has been a month, and my engraved watch is missing, and no one will tell me where it is. Stay away!
