Preferred to buy online but online store insisted to come to this location. The space is kind of small but the staff did a good job of processing the online order. I picked it up without any issue. However the displays didnt have any prices on them so I had to look up prices for some other items on their website. Overall, Im quite satisfied with my purchase.

Very unfriendly white tall Female, don’t want to mention name was very rude. Didn’t like my experience in the store. I am regular buyer of vera Bradley, but the employee treating customers like ghis is not very welcoming

I came in to Vera Bradley the other day and the lady working there was very disrespectful. She didn’t have a name tag or I would have put her name for management to see. I came in to redeem my birthday gift. She automatically turned into a rude person. I was being very respectful. I came in a few days later with my sister who came to redeem her gift, and the second I entered the doors she said “HERE TO REDEEM YOUR GIFT???” I also came to purchase a kimono for my mother. She was not being kind and I felt like I was being treated like I was not suppose to be there. Not welcoming at all.

Hi I go there today and the store manager was so much rude, the way she was answering my concerns and questions about return was really rude .

I love love this store. Very pretty bags to choose from.
