Margo went above and beyond to help us the minute we walked in the door. The store did not have what we needed so Margo helped us with an online order. FANTASTIC attitudes and customer service! GREAT JOB!

Google search for curbside pickup list Hibbit sports as one. Once I go to the website the store in sulphur says its not available. The products are good quality. There prices are a bit high though.

If i could give zero stars i would. I called and asked if they had a lunch box instore because it said online they did so just wanted to make sure, the guy employee said yes but to hold behind counter for me i had to pay online okay so i go back online and went to my cart to pay for the lunch box and it didnt give me a store pick up option so i didnt order called the store to find out what i needed to do and he said the manager said to go ahead and order and just bring the order # with me when i go to pick up i said okay and i went back to order the lunch box and i wrote down the numbers and went to the store to pick up my lunch box that he had put behind the counter for me with my name on it and said they couldnt help me after they done told me to pay for it online because i was on my way to pick it up in the store and pay inside. But here i am with no lunch box an no money bc everything take a week to process. And the employee was very rude said it wasnt his problem it was mine. The manager wouldnt even come out of the office to make it right very bad for customer service. The employee said alot of stuff that shouldnt have been said to an employee and the manager was relaying messages to give tobme from the office that also shouldnt be said to customers. The store still hasnt made it right at all because i could have paid for the lunch box when i got there but no employee and manager both said i had to pay for it for them to hold it for me which is a lie they have to hold without any payments all day till they close is what customer service said.
