Great customer service. She put my cases in the basket for me. She was awesome.

I would love to give Walmart five stars for great customer service and always having a good inventory on stuff that I want but I cannot do that. Im absolutely disgusted with the forcing people to check themselves out because theres never any cashiers in the store. When there is is one to two cashiers and the lines of super long because they refuse to hire somebody to check people out. How can I stand the fact that they are trying to force self-check out on everyone. Because of that there will never get a five-star experience out of me.

I had a decent experience at Wally World this time. I found everything I was looking for in a timely manner. I even picked up a few things I wasnt there to get. After all, it is Walmart. 🙂 Rolling back prices huh. Besides, I was taking my sweet time and theres usually some nice scenery there!😘

I went for a new truck battery. Found one and told the lady I had the core in the truck. When I brought it in she said it was still under warranty. Saved me $54 on the new battery. Its a good thing she said something or I would have been paying full price. Tickled over that

Not stocked well, but I know thats due to shipping. Things were really crowded in several departments.

Bathroom was gross. Toilet paper everywhere, sinks were dirty and water on floor. It smelled horrible.

The store and most of its employees were great but when I got the exit with my 2 items I was Acosted by the door lady she interrogated me and searched me as if I was stealing when I had my receipt in hand with 2 items in my other hands

Thankful that it was open because we were about out of everything in our truck. We delivered emergency water and generators. We got stuck at a truck stop. When our food and drink were running low we drove to this Walmart. Thank God you were open.

I do not want to self checkout. They dont have most of the items I want. Barely any made in USA items. All about profit. No thank you Ill shop local or buy American made.

I dont like the fact you have to ring up your own grociers. I do not want to work for Walmart. Where is the world going....you can not go anywhere and get customer service any more.

Theres no customer service help anymore. Whenever trying to get something and need help, the employees walk around quickly away. Management needs to re train their employees. Need more interaction with customers.Open up more registers for customers to check out with cashiers then just doing it ourselves.

Clean much bigger selection and easy check out

Overall good experience, bought a WiFi router, asked a few questions to the person that was in electronics, she recommended one capable of this and that and I chose a Netgear router. Got home installed router, discovered the router was not functioning, but thats not on Walmart, thats not their fault. Went back to Walmart returned the detective router all went smoothly, the person at customer service did a great job quickly and efficiently. Went into electronics, picked a similar router but made by Linksys, plug it in and it worked. Smooth shopping experience from beginning to end. Theyre doing their best at Walmart 👍.

Large store with salon, liquor shop, etc. RV parking not allowed, technically, but if you go inside and ask the manager you may get permission provided you only stay overnight and leave first thing in the morning. Big lot, so best to park by the strip mall (Anytime Fitness, etc.). Lots if traffic and trains in the area. Big grassy areas for dogs to run around and stretch.

Shelves poorly stocked @ 700pm. No one to assist in any area of the store. No manned checkouts available, only self checkouts. I have a problem with self checkouts because of handicapped individuals, like my spouse. There are ZERO PERKS to checking myself out. I have no plans to revisit this store. Ty

There are some rude workers work at Walmart 😠 I ask question and she just walk awayTheres some rude workers at Walmart and theres some really good workers at Walmart that will help you when needed

Ive been in 3 different stores recently, 2 were in Lafayette. Walmart cashiers 99% gone, long lines of people in self checkout lines. Shelves in Lafayette stores half stocked & unkempt... Whats going on Walmart?

Even though Wal-Mart has mostly everything you need the Delf check out experience is very not personal. I know the Company may figure their saving money on paying Employees. Yet Polite Customer Service goes a whole lot further.

I love Walmarts. Easy to fine what you need but dont have enough cashier I dont like the self check outs. Every thing else is good

Not a fan of Walmart anymore. Only reason we went was so my daughter could pick out a toy with a gift card. Otherwise, we would shop at Target for toys. I dislike Walmart so much more since they rolled out self checkouts so we started having groceried delivered to our home and even with that, we always have issues with our delivery. Delivered to the wrong house, charged for things we never got, or just never having the order delivered period. We started using Krogers pick-up.

I know people gets tired and exhausted doing what they do definitely during these times. But staff seems to ignore people thats needing help. I asked for help and was told someone in that department would be there. I Waited 30 minutes and eventually walked away and found someone in another department to help. I asked if anyone was coming from that department and was told no one works in that department. So what would take just 3 minutes ended up taking and hour. Very fustrating.. and thats why I give it just 3 stars. If it wasnt for that I would have given it a perfect rating just because of the help that I got when I did finally get some

Pick-up is scary unreliable. They dont even bother to hide they hate their job. Milk, broccoli, & bananas are just a few of the most common items on the list they refused to put in my online order. They slammed the trunk as hard as possible on my car and were obviously on drugs. Im afraid to consume what was received. Target is totally worth a few more dollars.

On 6/4/21 I Went to customer service to send money wal mart to wal mart. The lady was fast, friendly, and very helpful. I really felt like she wanted to make sure as a customer I got what I needed or came for.

The store was clean and well stocked. There are no assisted check out lines available everyone self checkout and bags his or her own items. Other then their not being someone to check you out it is a Walmart the same as all the other . This one they actually try and help you with info or assistance with the self checkout.

Im disabled and this walmart in Deridder has plenty of motorized shopping cart where the one in Sulphur rarely has any and if they do the carts are never charged up. The deridder location always has carts charged up or readily charging. Also very friendly and helpful associates.

So dont go here if you need a ride on cart bc they leave them outside for you to go hunt down yourself I was shot 10 days ago and iv gone twice now left the first time bc I couldnt find one and had to go get stuff I need so I was dropped off at the door and asked if they had any they didnt look or anything just said they was all in use. No they was all outside so rude didnt even bother to go look

Walmart always has Ll your familys needs, and favorite psst time projects, get it all at one place and take the car for new tiers.

They keep moving stuff around, adds a bit of an Easter Egg Hunt experience to shopping. Few registers open, if any, allowing you to pack your own bags at checkout. BUT, the reason the high rating is the curb side pickup. Easy app to make the order, even fresh meat and vegetables. We used Walmarts curbside pickup when we had covid, preventing us from possibly infecting others

This Walmart is really great I found every thing I need it.

First time ever going to this particular Walmart and it may have been luck of the draw but Ill say this. Of the ones Ive been to in the surrounding areas, this one is by far the cleanest and most well stocked store of the chain that Ive been to. Other than that, its Walmart what more can I say.

The sales ppl in jewelry was fantastic in helping find what I was looking for. And the sales associate in toys were fantastic in helping me find what I was looking for, for my Grandson. They went the extra mile and went to back to get something that wasnt on the shelf. I want to Thank everyone so very much for all their help.

Great products, Employees are not that friendly and could careless on helping the customers. I watched two ladies shop down the clearance isle complaining about the prices then said oh we better get to work on the soap they sent us for and went back to work. I had to wait to shop the entire time because them and their two buggies was in my way and they could careless. Some days its great others its terrible. I know its hard to get Employees right now with all going on in the world right now so Im not mad at Wal mart but the local managers could police the Employees and store more.

Walmart has pretty much anything you need. Its a bit annoying with the 2nd entrance closed, but I know its due to Covid....that has to be my only complaint. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Havent ever had a bad experience there.

I wanted my princess which is a Dachshund to look cute for Halloween. I found the perfect one, its a whole outfit, like a normal sweater but she has a pumpkin on her back. Not literally, its, it was sewed on. I picked it out because its starting to be a little cold in our area. Thanks yall!

The people that work there always profile me and follow me around even when im spending hundreds of dollars. Dont care for Walmart just go due to prices on most things

Away from home on business and these folks were just great and felt at home. Food was excellent and served hot. My server was attentive and the place we clean. Ordered the fish dinner and was way more than I could eat.

The Walmart Pharmacy was Extremely well organized and had great attention to health safety.The staff wore all the essential health safety gear, answered all my questions, and I felt very confident while getting my Covid 19 vaccine.

Too many self checkouts for one cashier to attend to promptly. Waited almost half an hour because an item in my cart required ID. Half of the machines are broken and dont take cash.

My husband and I are from Houston passing thru where we needed tires for our car. I looked on google to see what was opened. Walmart automotive said they was open until 7 pm. We get there to find out they close at 5 and the employee said they have been closing at 5 since before COVID but they havent updated the website or changed the hours on the shop. We had to purchase 3 tires from there just to find out we couldnt even get a warranty because they didnt put them on. Way to go Walmart for letting your customers down once again.

I hate they dont have chain by the foot anymore but they did have the connections I needed to complete the chain for my dog after I found the chain somewhere else.

Workers know nothing about anything. When ask for help they all say its not there department and keep walking. Employer at one store is a thief. Always very hot inside. Workers are rude

If I could give it a 0 stars, I would. This store is very dirty. The employees were not wearing masks. I will give the security team, which were subcontracted out, a big kudos. They were giving masks away at the front door. Not that anyone took them.
