This shop no longer is in business. I purchased pets from them to be picked up two days later and never was able to receive the parts. I’m having to take action to fight it. They told me to call or show for refunds yet their doors were closed and they got a snarky sorry attitude. I tried everything to resolve it cordially and they just basically said sorry nope we aren’t open anymore. I can provide full photos if asked of my interaction. Only posting this to save anyone else from future orders or theft.

This place is horrible, unprofessional, they need to sell this place to someone who knows hiw to run a business. Never know what cars they have, never answer the phone. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Went in and asked if they had a car.Man at the counter said yes and allowed me to walk out back.I spent half a day looking for the car! It wasnt there! Went back inside told the man he did not have such a car here!Thinking he had a reply?But nothing came out of his mouth! It looked like he was playing with super glue because his body was froze still!Ive never been back..But i do wish them the best!

Superb service and knowledge. Highly recommend these guys. Will be buying from them again. Best prices around and the parts were better than from a showroom car. The whole transaction was processed over the phone and went smoothly. Thank you guys so much and keep up the great work!!

Employee are in an extremely rude to the customers we were waiting for more than 2 hr waiting. The layds whit short her and the layde with red hire very rude. We felt discriminated because I had to translate to my husband in Spanish what the guy was saying and the guy was mumbling and caulking between mouth wheres my husband we just asked for our money and I will refund we will never go back again the unprofessional and they should have better customer service.

Call these people and told them what kind of vehicle i had and they said they had the part give them the card info through email they said will have the part tomarrow morning by 10 am went there they said had lift trouble and that the part would pulled before closing that day heard nothing until 9 am the next morning and said sorry we do have that part they do bad business would not recommend this place at all

Bad service and when it is open like today, Saturday, December 19, they tell you that it is closed and the very disrespectful staff do not recommend it😠

They always have the hard to find parts I need.

Bought a transmission from them that was defective and paid labor to have it installed. There’s also a no refund policy so I lost 465 bucks for a 4x4 transmission that was sold to me with 212,000 miles on it. Mind you that I drove 93 miles just to pick this part up. Total waste of time and poor customer service, the lady that runs the office never returned my call in regards to replacing this part. I won’t recommend anyone to ever buy from this establishment unless you feel like losing your money. Never again!

Stopped in to try and find a tire for a friend, an odd size 4 hole for a honda, and the guys there are really friendly and helpful. The had one and helped us out on it.

Not at all helpful was in a hurry to get off the phone and not help me and I understand it was 4:15 and ready to go home but customers pay your salary I will never use these ppl for anything

They are fast and WILL find what u need if they dont have it.

A repair guy told me my door was broken and i needed a part but when i got to band d the guy that worked there fixed it. They could have charged me for a part i didnt need to make a sale but he didnt. He saved me 200 bucks.

Just called to get an estimate on front end repair and the guy on the phone had part prices instantly for me and helped me out with ideas to save money.
