The young man named Ryan saved my day. He helped me email a form from my laptop to store email, print, sign and then fax it off. All while staying calm and confident when I had a few glitches with Outlook program. This is the 2nd time he jas helped me. Highly recommend for all office needs! Thanks again

We are moving and donated our Scanner/Printer to Goodwill. We ended up needing to print out documents for the process off of our Emails and the staff here were very helpful and took care of all of our needs. They also handled the return of our satellite boxes as well and the process went very smoothly. I recommend them for anyone needing their services. For small business support-0 stars. Called at 625 telling them I drove all the way from Ridgeville with a package could they please stay open the LITERAL 2 extra minutes until I was there at 6:32. They said No. Hope they made that 120 seconds worth this review. Love the N Chas UPS. Always friendly and at your service! If they dont have 2 minutes for me after driving 25 minutes, I definitely wouldnt trust them with any of my mailing projects! Cant believe they literally said No even though I called and asked. Like seriously...2 minutes people.

I have my packages mailed to me so that is is at my home when I get off work. Every time I order something and it is shipped by UPS I have to track my package down. However, usually I return anything shipped through UPS because you are an inconvenience on people waiting for important packages. My boots should have been here yesterday. Now I have to wear boots to work with holes in them...Thanks UPS yall are staying true to your ways.

The UPS Store on Old Trolley Road in Summerville is a well managed The UPS Store location that works well for all of your shipping, business, and logistics needs when you have something to accomplish. They make everything very easy and are well worth the price to know that everything is taken care of and will work each time. They have been a reliable and consistent option for a while.

I can to the UPS store with a package I needed to return to my job. I forgot it needed to be returned by fed ex. I asked the store clerk for some tape to secure the box and when she was about to tape it her manager I believe told her not to bc its a liability. I have been to this location several times in the past and have seen ppl get their packaged taped even if the box was damaged. I will not be returning to this location. 😒 All I needed was a small piece of tape not a whole roll.

Called to verify my package was still there & not on the delivery truck & the gentleman that answered told me he could only check if I had the tracking number; so, I found the tracking number & called back & got a young lady that found my item by using my name! He was just being a lazy @$$!

Jacob must be the only one in Summerville who knows how to do Canadian passport photos. Bravo! Five stars to him.However while I was waiting I was listening to the customer interactions. There was a strange tension in the store with the employees being indifferent, humorless and seemingly not wanting to be there.

Long story short- my wife and I sold a ring on Facebook Marketplace. The employee Kayla mentioned the apartment numbers were odd, this ultimately saved us thousands of dollars in a scam we were tricked into. This UPS store immediately put a stop and return to sender. The package was already out for delivery, but was intercepted. Its on its way back to us while I am typing this. Words cant describe how grateful I am. We were one of the lucky ones who were able to catch on to the scam in time. Thank you Kayla for your attentiveness, it prevented this fraud from taking place!!! And Thank you Jacob for all the help as well!!! If I could give this store a hundred stars, I would without question. Your store and UPS will always be highly recommended by me. Thank you so much again!!!!!

Sent a package ground shipment. Was to be delivered 3rd day. Needed it by the 4th day, arrived on the 7th day. If you need your package on time....go to Fed Ex in the Walgreen store down the street. Advise to the owner: after reading some of the other low rated reviews: Customers dont need your apologies, just professionalism ! When it absolutely has to be there when promised Go Fed-Ex

I don’t know if the employee’s were having a bad day but I experienced the worst customer service ever. If seemed as though I was a bother to them that I had a Amazon return. They just looked at me like zombies trying to get my item returned. I wish I had a better experience but I ended up gathering my Amazon item and went to another UPS store.

I bet a single standard US Stamp costs $1.99 Think I was charged 25cents for a piece of paper!? I didnt check to see if they charged me for the paper & ink used on the reciept they issued me, but would NOT BE SURPRISED! 😆

We have been using this store for almost two years. We had an issue with access over the labor day holiday. I met with the owner right after labor day and he resolved the problem. I was impressed that he was working at the store, and was so conscientious.

58219 the last 5 of My tracking number, which was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago!!! Keeps saying unable to deliver! I’ve been home or my gf each of those days NO ONE ATTEMPTED!! However,!!! In the past when I wasn’t home the front office has collected packages for residents if we are unavailable. I call this store and speak to a VERY RUDE JEREMY!!! He apparently was too busy to understand or at that listen as he continued to talk over me. He then hung up like the professional he will never be! I call ups corporate and they want to tell me it’s a new driver!!! WHAT DO I CARE IF HE’S NEW!!! I needed this package by today and goT screwed. Customer service obviously isn’t their expertise!

UPS left a sticker on my door that I had a package at this place. Sent my husband to get It. And he was turned around, poor business!

This store was very helpful, and even allowed me to return and add additional pages I needed to send out to my original package the next day, since they had not sent my package out yet. Sending a separate package for those pages would have been very expensive.

The person who answers the phones a MALE was disgustingly RUDE this place will never get a recommendation nor business from me.

This place has more competitive prices than the USPS self-shipping center.

STORE!!!. its worth the drive to go to a different branch. if you cannot provide a decent human gesture and interraction towards another i.e.: costumer service, please reconsider your line of work and profession. be honest to people what your company offers. dont hide the usps flat rate envelope behind the counter just so you can make a few bucks from them buying your own envelope. let them know their mail WONT be guaranteed to be delivered if its regular first class. postal service is delivering of mail with or without a tracking number; in which your company as united postal service failed miserably.Out of respect, Im not gonna state here why we are in this predicament and what your actions were that prompted me to write this review. It wasnt a 60 cent envelope, your sarcasm and ignorance reflects your companys reputation. You can keep the money.

Just had to pay $15 to fax. Was going to mail paperwork but based on the pricing assumed thought it would be the same price. Associate failed to quote price of fax prior to transaction. Only two stars because they were at least friendly. Total rip off!
