Couldn’t tell you how many times they’ve messed up my order. it’s a weekly thing at this point. this need to be fixed asap

When ppl visit your establishment or cost you nothing to greet them. I fully understand speaking to your repeat customers but the only way to get new customers and to keep them is to acknowledge them. Im giving two stars only bc the bagels are decent

I normally don’t love reviews but today is an exception. I ordered coffee with a sandwich and a lemonade. I placed specific orders to follow. I ordered through Uber eats. The order exceeded my expectations. The coffee was fresh, which is so hard to find nowadays. The sandwich was perfect and the lemonade well done. They also added an emoji to my receipt which tells me the workers try their best. Thank you. I would recommend this location to anyone ordering delivery.

This place always gets their orders wrong. They are lazy and careless. Even now at 10:15am during a pandemic while they are empty they can’t get a simple order correct.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. these people have no care for people. They wear masks to just for the sake of it. Constantly see employees making food and talking while masks are below their mouth. If the employees do not want to comply should stay home. These establishments are the reason why we cannot control the pandemic. The city should be shutting this place down. Please make sure you get your receipt when you buy. I order 2 single bagels and then 2 small cream cheese . But my receipt says 2 single bagels + 2 plain bagel = 5.98 . In the bottom it says add on 3 cream cheese + 1 garlic cream cheese . I said this not right . I ask her how much the bagel . She said $1.09 . So I said how come you charge me $9.10 for 2 bagels and 2 cream cheese . She said she dont know. Also they should stop talking and take care of the customer. Ive been standing there for 10 mins. Nobody came and ask if I need help . They just keep talking . Thats bad customer service

Placed an online order that was ready upon arrival. The workers were pleasant and the food was as expected of an Mahatten Bagel Franchise. Parking can be a challenge on a busy day.

Popular bagel place, lunchtimes can get crowded if you try to eat-in. My preference is their BLT on multi-grain bread, I know its a bagel place. Lettuce and tomato are always fresh and tasty, with just the right amount of bacon. Sides are OK, I find them a little sweet.

Check your order before you leave, they never make them the way you ask, not much of the listeners, they write everything, but in the kitchen they do a different thing. Coffee is good, pastries are good. Needs to improve listening skills.

Consistently fresh sandwiches and coffee on Saturday mornings. Also the service is friendly and quick. Parking can be tricky but if you circle around once or twice, something usually opens up.

It was our first time at this place. We were driving from the airport, and wanted to stop to get a quick breakfast at 7am in the morning. We didnt know how ordering works. The girl at the counter was very impatient and didnt even try to explain. Made me feel like we were wasting her time. Very bad experience on a Thanksgiving day. Food was fine. Were not coming back

I go here every single morning before I hop on the train to work and have NEVER had a bad experience. They remember my name and order every time. Food and coffee is always fresh, and if you need anything just ask! The asiago bagel with garlic cream cheese is the best. Ignore the petty negative reviews, they dont know good service when they see it! :)

This location is close to the train station, so its a favorite place to pick up a BLT before heading into NYC. Service is generally quick and friendly.

I’m updating my original review. Sadly, after several undercooked sandwiches and mixed-up orders, I’m downgrading my review from 5 stars to 2. It happened too many times and I do not visit nearly as often as I once did.Here is my original review for comparison: Such a friendly team at Manhattan Bagel. Contrary to other reviews (which are several years old now) the folks at the register, and taking customers orders, are very efficient and helpful. I am a regular customer who visits at least once per week for lunch. Im always greeted with smiles and hellos. And the bagels are good as well as the egg sandwiches.

The girls are always sweet when I need my cup of tea. Pleasant staff and decent grub

If you plan on trying Uber Eats food delivery...especially from Manhattan Bagels in Summit....be warned:Decided to treat myself to breakfast this morning, and used the Uber Eats app to order 2 bagels with just meat. I specified in Special Instructions that they were NOT to put egg or cheese on either sandwich (allergies).BOTH bagels had cheese.I contacted both the restaurant and Uber...and, these were their responses...UBER said that theyll share my feedback with Manhatten Bagels, and try to provide me with a better experience next time. However, they wont assume any financial responsibility (even though their service facilitated the transaction, delivered the order without checking it first...and, charged a hefty delivery fee)MANHATTEN BAGELS: a woman answered the phone, and I explained the wrong order situation. She didnt offer to send the correct order...or offer an apology. Instead, she said Id have to talk to the manager TOMORROW. When I objected, she hung up.Called the manager the next day. First, he said hed refund my meal; but he called me an hour later to say that Uber wouldnt let him. It took 3 more days of pursuing Uber to get only 50% of the total transaction refunded.Ill never do business with either company again.

12/24/15: Purchased an egg and bacon sandwich to go. Took it to my parked car, opened foil, and took a few bites until I bit into metal; it was a penny right at the center of my sandwich! Went back in to bring it to the managers attention (Thai/Tony?) and he dismissed it and ignored me. That is what disappointed me most. After I demanded an apology and a replacement sandwich his attitude was dismissive, unapologetic and rude. Im a long time Summit Resident who will not go here again, will file a complaint to the franchise and will share this experience so that if others order from here they check their food before eating it.

Great staff, try to remember your order from time to time. Bagels fresh, coffee delicious, great location.
