The bagels weren’t very good, they were chewy and tasteless. It was pretty bland and the bagels were extremely doughy and flavorless - which is shocking because we got an egg everything bagel, sesame bagel and an onion bagel. Also kind of expensive but giving it 2 stars because the employees were nice.

Need to add their low carb bagel stock, hardly any to none every time I go in but the bagel is second to none 👍

I got gross out when I see they didn’t put gloves on, they just grab bagels with their bare hands. I could only wish they washed their hand before they grab bagels for me.

Worst bagle place in the area. I had high hopes, it looks cool from the outside but the bagle was terrible and Im not certain but I think the veggie cream cheese was starting to go bad, it didnt taste like any cream cheese Ive ever had.

I had to ask for the workers who were leaning over & preparing our food and talking with each other, to please pull their masks up over their mouths. They clearly were not happy with that and one pulled her mask down again halfway through preparing food. I will not return.

Meh. I ordered a blueberry bagel with jalapeno cream cheese, which is weird, but delicious (highly recommend giving it a try). Instead of telling me they dont have jalapeno cc they put some cream cheese with cherry peppers on the bagel. Lucky for them, I find it delicious, but Id say not the best customer service. I might try again, but definitely not eager too.

10:30am you are rudely told there’s no more bagels - have to save them for sandwiches. Off to Noah’s, never to return again. That simple.

A breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee for $9.15? Their food is serviceable but higher prices than Starbucks for coffee is RIDICULOUS. I like to support small local businesses but you better have something special if you want to charge exorbitant NYC prices and this isnt it.

I would rate this place a zero but I cant. Im disgusted with this Business. I went into summit bagel and decided to order me some cheese fries. I waited about 15-20 minutes on them ( they shouldnt have taken this long). After I paid for my food I went on back to work. As soon as I got back to work, I opened my box of cheese fries and see that they didnt fully melt the cheese. It seems like they slapped four piece of cheese on the fries. Ive never in my life seen something like this. Normally they will have a plastic bottle with pre melted cheese in it under a heated light at other delis. They seemed like they were in a rush and just hoped the cheese will melt with the heat of the fries. I will not recommend anyone to eat at this place. On top of the food not being good, they always seems to bring up the prices of the menu every few weeks. Not worth the time and effort going here. Waste of time and money.

I called for pick up : an everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese.When I arrived they started to prep my order (10 minutes after call) When I checked my order in my car, they did not toast my bagel. So I’m back inside... they don’t even have everything bagels! This place is so unorganized and a waste of $4.00

Ordered a taylor ham egg and cheese got a different sandwich. I already left. The menu is great but the place is lacking in hygiene. The pancakes i ordered for my kids had old egg and bacon pieces on it. The grittle should always be cleaned off properly when there is an order with no meat. They do not use gloves when handling deli meat. I did think the woman taking my orders was very professional and had great customer service.

The sandwhich was just ok. Pork roll, egg and cheese. Only 3 thinly sliced pork roll pieces in the sandwhich. Hard to mess up this classic just expected more pork roll. It was OK.

Buy whatever is just out of the oven, you wont regret it
