They worked with me to find a lender that work with me. A few years later I sold that vehicle and went back with better credit and got a Newer car. These are sales professionals and are top notch in the used car sales industry here in Chicago. I found the car on carfax website while on a work assignment out of town. I called to inquire about the car. I made an appointment prior to seeing the car; the car was available and ready for a test drive when i arrived, and was accurately described as in excellent condition. My questions were answered clearly, and concisely.The price was definitely fair. The paperwork process was efficient. The car was washed, cleaned and ready to go while the paperwork was being completed. I even stopped on after bc my tire pressure light was on. They checked the tire pressure and reset it ASAP! If you are desiring to be treated with respect and of high value, (i had to walk away from a different dealer sale earlier in the day because all of these issues above) you can count on these professionals with none of that BS. Rafa is a very friendly person not just a salesman, you can take your time looking at the car you want and they won’t rush you, and the best thing cars are good, prices are competitive .

I saw a truck online and called on it the next morning to see if it was still available and it was they allowed me to put a deposit down over the phone to hold the truck until I could get there to pick it up a couple days later. I feel that this was going above and beyond because Im sure that they had other people trying to buy the truck. I caught the amtrac train to to summit and they acually picked memup from the train staition and took me to their dealership where they held the truck for me and I picked it up and drove it home. They sell cars with branded titles. Fraudulent and illegal. Didnt even find out till we tried to trade in the vehicle to a GM Dealership and found out we had a vehicle that should never had been plated or sold!
