All the people who you meet here are great! From Jack, to Vern, Ray, John,Collin & Michael! They are always helpful, have even gone out of their way when I had come home from a hip surgery & craved a 7Up, they brought it to my house, (granted I love close to them! Lol, but still…. U can search far & wide before you’ll get a person to give you this grand customer service! I’ve even called & said I’ll be there a min before you close & they have always waited! I’m so happy they are back to regular hours. And they’ve also saved some boxes for when I was doing a project & also a rack they were going to throw out (I got to keep!) TheirPrices are VERY COMPETITIVE! Way better paying for a “shooter” her than across from the Summit train station, only a buck here while there is either $1.25 or $1.50. Bit everything is less expensive vs there. And they treat you like a good neighbor- love this place & the people who work here!❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After many years a client, I’m not going back. I’ve got double charged several times and I have to spend hours on hold with my credit card company to dispute the charges. Contacting the vendor obviously doesn’t work because they can’t resolve anything. I’ll pay my double charge and go to the Wine Library instead. Don’t feel like being put on hold for an hour. Shame because I liked the employees....

This seller does not respond to emails, nor does anyone answer the phone or respond to voicemails. I placed an order and the order was received incomplete, however since they will not respond to emails or voicemail, I am now without the rest of the order or a refund for the missing portion of the order.

I’ve been a long time customer here and was accused of stealing by a worker who then stuck his hand in my pocket. I had actually previously taken my AirPods out because he was talking to me and put them in my pocket.

I was harassed by an employee who kept asking me how are you doing princess? & when I ignored him, he told me he had no obligation to serve me (bonus, the other employees in the store laughed as he was doing this). I felt so incredibly uncomfortable I left--if youre a woman (especially if youre alone), avoid this place.

Worthless visit to find fine scotch. Their website listed several brands available. Apparantly none of these are in the store. Fine. I asked the cashier to order it for me, and he was clueless. Asked for more help with the selection they had and he just pointed out the aisle. Ended up going to another store where they are ordering what I wanted. Better to find a mom and pop shop with an owner or at least workers with knowledge on what they have.

This establishment has a wide variety of fine wines, beer n liquor .They also carry a BULLDOG CIGAR THATS HAND ROLLED IN NICARAGUA FROM FINE TOBACCO AGED IN MANY VARIETIES AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE to go along with a glass of wine, whisky or cognac or whatever your pleasue. Stop by n check it out .You wont be disappointed .Parking on the street. n in the back of the store
