The first time I went to Four Bridges Small Engine Repair I was a little nervous. The building is down a dirt road and pretty much in someones yard, which isnt what I expect for a business, but Im very happy that I went to them. The first time I went was to purchase a deck belt for my riding lawn mower. Amazon had sent me the wrong one, and I was desperate to get my grass cut. I was happy to find out they had one in stock, and it was CHEAPER THAN AMAZON. Who would have thought?? The second time I went in with an issue of the same mower having issues with the belt falling off. After they touched it the belt hasnt fallen off since, and they didnt even charge me the service fee. The people that work there are personable, genuine, and happy to help. I will be taking all my small engine work to them in the future.

I had a repair job done to my lawn mower last October. Cost me a nice penny, lawn mower was returned to me and never even cut my whole yard before my belt popped again. I tried contacting several times over the winter and my phone calls were never returned. Decided to post now because im having to look for someone else to fix this problem since its about to be spring and I still dont have a running lawnmower. Wish I could rate 0 stars multiple times.

My Troybuilt Bronco needed some help, and they picked it up for a small fee. Which was great, because there was no way for me to get it to them. I got it back within a very reasonable amount of time for the summer season, and for a super reasonable sum at that. Steve was very helpful and super courteous. Now it runs like new again. Couldnt recommend them more!

I had my riding lawn mower serviced at 4 bridges. While in casual conversation with the owner when I went to pick it up, he mentioned that I might NOT get my own mower back since all John Deers are high quality mowers and last a long time. I insisted that I get my own mower back. He had trouble finding out which one it was. I suspect I did not get mine back as it has a lot of dirt in it and I only used mine on my home lawn. I do not recommend this business.

If your looking for honesty and integrity this is not the place for you as this has been my experience. They seem unable to keep a deal and will blatantly lie to your face, then when approached will offer a very insincere apology with no indication of making it right...

Ive found these fellows to be upfront and fair. I had recently learned of this shop from a referral from a Lowes employee, Where I had bought my Troybilt mower less then two years ago. Im still waiting on the extended warranty department of lowes to call me back for the current issue that I had. Literally threw money away with the extended warranty service of Lowes.My last visit to Four Bridges was due too a bad spindle on the Troybilt pony. This will be the second time the spindles needed repair on this mower.I feel like I was treated fairly with pricing and service turn around at Four Bridges lawn mower repair.As of now this establishment will be seeing me for my lawn mower issues...
