Couldn’t agree with Kyle more. Guy named chase working there was super rude when i asked him for help on finding tampons for my wife. Shrugged me off multiple times and almost refused me completely until his manger came out. Then at the register wasn’t wearing a mask at all and could have put me at risk. FIRE CHASE
The pharmacy wait time at this location is consistently ridiculously slow. Im not sure if its because its in a senior community or not but it needs to be looked into. It gives CVS a very poor look.
The worker chase was very rude and short with me he also wasn’t wearing a mask at all like COVID doesn’t exist to this guy the store was also in terrible shape like as if they don’t have a vacuum in that whole store. Overall will never be coming back with that type of service.
The staff really really don’t want to be here, big time! Staff in the Rx barely looks up. Lady at the check out front/counter takes the item to be rung up, scans it, scans her own cvs card, and waits for me to put my credit card in the reader. Not a word, not a glance up. I was lucky to get a bag out of her it think for my purchased item. There were 3 people working the Rx in back and two working the front counter and only one customer in site anywhere who had checked out shortly before me. If they were mobbed I could have understood them being short with people. Just REALLY unhappy people from all appearances. Gave one additional star because they had the item I needed & it was on sale.
Just called and was in the middle of my question when Dorothy interrupted me to put me on hold. On hold for 4 minutes and then got hung up on. Called back and some guy answered the the phone with yea can I help you. Had to ask my question twice because he did not know what the kodak photo scanner was. When he finally understood, he interupted me to say it was not working. Both people very rude.
Their pharmacy is useless. My husband waited 45 minutes in line, and during that time they served precisely two people. I called the store manager and first I was hung up on, then I was told she would “check on it,” while making it clear with her tone that she did not care at all. Lazy and incompetent.
Same thing as the rest. Prescription sent in and you receive a text saying ready for pickup. I go the next day and its not ready. They tell me to come back in an hour. Went today and they said the price was 98.00. I said that good rx sent over the price and coupon. The girl at the counter said I would have to go to another line to be helped. No was my reply and told her just to cancel the order and I will get it somewhere else. She looked suprised that I said that. Every time I have dealt with the pharmacy it turns into a mess. Bashas here I come.
Horrible service in the pharmacy!!!! Multiple times we have left a prescription and they dont touch it for several days. When you come in to pick it up, they say Were working on it can you wait a half hour. Four days after dropping off the prescription and being told four days ago that it will be ready in an hour. This is the fourth time this has happened. And this is after I had filed a complaint to corporate weeks ago. Do not fill your prescriptions here.
I had patronized this pharmacy for the past 21 years but recently have decided to find another because my prescriptions are never ready when I set a time well in advance to pick them up or when a doctors office calls in hours ahead of time. Once it was imperative to take an ordered medication before pain kicked in again. They had 2 hours notice and yet the medication was not ready until a half hour after I arrived. The pain had started again ... too late for the medication to work well. I am now looking for a pharmacy outside a retirement community; maybe that will be better.
The Manager it the Store is the worse customer service experience I had.She is Unprofessional, I worked myself retail on Military installations in US and Europe and I know that she was lying
The people here are overworked. It is way understaffed and you can wait up to a half an hour at the drive thru.
This is a terrible pharmacy in SCW. You always have to wait for your prescriptions, after calling them in 2 days or more ahead of time.Whenever I go in theres one pharmacy cashier and lines galore.
I have had prescriptions refilled or called in by my doctor to be filled and when I call to check on the prescription the AUTOMATED SERVICE WILL SAY... IN PROCESS WILL BE READY FOR PICK UP BY... I go to pick it up the day after the time it is due to be picked up and its not ready, so I have to wait for my prescription that I was told would be ready by a certain time and its not ready. Just got back from CVS and waited for a prescription that was suppose to be ready two days ago and it was NOT PROCESSED so I waited for it to be filled and finally went back up to the counter and was told they would have to order it - have it in Monday!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!PAST REVIEWWe were force to use CVS because of Medicare and insurance purposes. I have been unhappy with the service for some time now, but finally decided to let you know!!!. First off, when you drop off a prescription, the lady is unpleasant. Instead of saying I will be with you in just a second SMILE she said Ill get to you when I can, NO SMILE. Then when you pick up your prescription the wait time is long because there is only one person taking care of the counter and window. Sun City West is a busy pharmacy, and when customer lines back up down the isle you need two employees at the counter and one at the window. I strongly believe this is a matter to be looked into and possibly give employees of CVS, which advertising caring a class in showing appreciation to the customers that come into your pharmacy.

Reasonable selection for being a “drug store” and the staff are always very friendly!
Nice drug store. Usually less busy than the nearby Walgreens, although not as large. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

Terrible. Dr called in rx 3 days ago and they say they are working on it. 3 days have past without a antibiotics. Awful awful this is not the first time we experienced this. I only gave 1 star because I had to
Changed my review from 4 stars to 1 after getting inundated with automated phone calls from them. Called the store to find out how to get off their list and a really rude woman told me to call Shop1800CVS. When I told her that didnt make any sense, she corrected it (without apologizing) to 1800ShopCVS. I called that number and finally got a human who allegedly took care of it after being on hold for 16 minutes.
Long lines and usually only one teller, i usually come here for one or 2 iteams but have to wait in line for 20 minutes.
