I was having a good time. Even though I dont do most of my shopping here. My usual spot is Winco for price and health. But I was having a good time. The guy who works in the fruits and veggies was so happy and helpful. But my buzz was ended at check out when the lady looked down at me and picked up my Galas and let them all drop hard onto the bagging area! That wasnt very nice of her. Shes always cold to me. Ill make sure to stay away from Patty M and stay happy.

I mean who doesnt love stater Brothers you got to try their chorizo in the deli area or the meat department I guess. Their custom-made chorizo is the best and much better than what you can buy it at most Mexican markets in the area.

Their pricing is competitive, but their customer service is inconsistent and often unfriendly. When the checkout lines are at least three people deep with full baskets, they don’t open additional registers.

Everything l need and shop for is always available.Its quiet w/o little ones running around or tired babies crying. Everything is neatly arranged and the store is always clean. The employees are friendly and willing to assist shoppers in need of assistance. The young employees that bag your groceries are very important to us and we appreciate the respect they have for everyone and their happy faces.

Typically the customer service is good here. Its a smaller staters but theyre vegan alternative options have increased which is great!

Since corona virus outbreak, store is not well stocked on hot items. Should be doing a better job on rashening hot items. I have been going to vons even though their prices are 20 to 25% higher on many item. Stater bros cashiers are much better and faster, but i have been disappointed with stater brown on sun city Blvd since the pandemic. It has improved the last 1 to 2 months, but I feel they havent done their best to ration hard to get items.

Love this store! Last February, I had a health incident in the store and the employees were very attentive, helpful and called 911 immediately. Luckily it wasnt anything serious but I was so appreciative to all involved who showed sincere concern.

They have many things Vons does not have and tend to have lower everyday prices than Vons as well. It was slow today in the store but they had two registers open that was perfect for the people needing to check out. Friendly cashier and bagger. The prices that I expected to pay showed up correctly on the receipt as well. I recommend this store for a quick and fairly priced groceries.

Limited selection compared to other Staters. Understand this store is set up for the senior surroundings of Sun City. Its clean and customer service excellent. Do not suggest for a person doing shopping for household.

Amazing, thank you Rachel, you went way above the call to make this a special Thanksgiving. Your help and understanding are exemplary. Our precooked dinner didnt get done due to a mixup with the paper work. Rachael closed her line and got busy helping with the ingredients needed to make a wonderful meal. Very small Stater Bros. Most of the same good quality items, great informed employees but lacking when it comes to the deli section and forget bakery items since there is no bakery. Time to find a bigger building for this store!

I was impressed by how clean the store was. New to the area, I had been shopping at Vons and didnt know this store was nearby until I couldnt find a grocery item and the GPS pointed me around the corner to this store. Very organized layout, found everything I needed, and the staff was friendly. It seemed like the prices were a bit higher here, but the quality was a little higher as well.

They have the best prices in menifee, but if you shop after/around 10am you will have to deal with long lines

I think this is one of the best-run Stater Bros. stores in the area. It is clean, with uncluttered aisles, and well-lighted. The store is arranged so you can easily find what youre looking for. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

Im a 65 year old male and my physical appearance is much younger.I took advantage of Senior Hour at the Sun City store. The female Security Guard at the store entrance, stopped me and demanded that I prove my age.I had to walk back to my car in the parking to get my wallet containing my California Drivers license and Medicare ID Card.This type of age discrimination at Stater Bros store has to stop. Their age policy should be enforced by an honor system, not by an Age Cop at the door.Warning: If you look younger than 65, take your ID or you will be refused entry.

It has been three weeks since we have been out to go to the store. Since we are seniors, 70 and 66 we are told we are in the age group that is the most vulnerable to be out there right now so we use as little as we can of what we do get so as not to have to go back out again. Got there for food and paper goods and we got to the check out we were told we had to make a choice. Only 1 paper towel set OR only 1 set of toilet paper. What? Are they kidding? We certainly cannot flush paper towels down the toilet especially with an old sewer system built in 1966. After 3 weeks we needed 1 of each. Why do you want Seniors to have to go back out there in a time like this to pick up only 1 of either one? One of each should have been fair and to help keep seniors away from the public right now. Was not pleased at all.

Still a real good place to buy your meat fresh and tasty, you can ask them to add some spices on the Meat which are really good

I usually go to stater bros because it the closest store to me. Prices too high. ONE of the things for instances, you had bread for under a dollar, you discontinued that, put your own name brand in and charge $1.99, this is just one case. You have done this w other products. It is really sressful how you keep raising your prices. And how much more you charge in compared to Walmart or Aldis.

Very friendly clean and bright. Employees and shoppers alike were very willing to help locate desired items or just offer a pleasant greeting. The Ailes were wide and uncluttered. The store was logically arranged and easy to navigate especially for older shoppers. The checkout was easy and they immediately opened another checkout when a line began to form. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Me & my family have been shopping here for years. The employees are friendly & helpful. Stater Bros prices beat there closest competition by far. While the lines can be long at times they always get another checker to open up quickly. Being located in the center of Sun City makes it a quick & efficient place to do all your grocery shopping in one stop. I highly recommend this store.

This once was one of the most affordable markets in this area. Not anymore prices keep jumping. The employees are usually friendly. The customers need to watch where they are going. They back out without looking. Steal parking spot. Walk right behind you when backing up. Not the stores fault. Everyone is either in a hurry or just dont pay attention.

Stater Bros. In Sun city Ca is the best ever!!!. They make you feel like they care about their customers. Accommodating and friendly staff. I have been there quiet often and never had a bad experience.

This is one of the smaller Neighborhood Market type big box grocery stores but its very worthwhile to come to and there really isnt a need to go to one of the bigger locations. I love the store and it is my first choice for about 85% of my grocery shopping needs. If I need more I go to the bigger location just down the street a couple of miles off of Newport Road in Menifee

This is the best market in the area. They have a great selection of name brands at lower prices. The produce department is well organized. The service is great and friendly

They have some good prices, but they also have some sneaky sales signs. Unless you are paying strict attention to those little price tickets right below the items you could actually end up with an unpleasant surprise at the check-in out counter.
