Went there today( 04/16/2021 @ 4pm ) to get gas and a car wash and boy was this experience a disappointing one barely found a pump to get gas from then had a rookie trainee take care of me got the elite car wash so with gas it came to 35 bucks nice price I thought then filled up the gas pulled my vehicle around to get washed which the way to the wash was tight and not very well marked but I got there and punched in my number and waited for my turn and pulled up and away we went to washing my vehicle after the wash I pulled up to the pumps to check over How well it washed my vehicle and boy that was a waste of 11 buck and my time had to do touch ups all over my vehicle and when I talked to Mike the store manager at that time he said well it doesnt get rid of bugs and debris and offered another wash wow well isnt it called a car wash ??? Wont waste my money here again for a car wash and advise anyone else to avoid their car wash too !! If its called a car wash it should wash your car no excuses plain simple !!

I use to have great experiences at this store. Until they hired Abby, and being the manager you are supposed to carry yourself with integrity. She was very loud, rude, insensitive and unprofessional. I came in to purchase a kwik pizza and left embarrassed plus empty handed. Abby should not be a manager she doesnt stand for what the kwik trip brand represents. I will for sure never be back.

EDIT: The car wash does an amazing job. Can opt for touchless or soft touch for about 10-13 dollars.a bit of a tighter squeeze in the parking lot than what Ive become accustomed to from Kwik Trip but no matter, the experience here is very similar to the brand at any location: attractive prices for higher end convenience store products at a fraction of the shopping time of an equivalent grocery store! Gas is competitively priced here, and you can usually find an open pump pretty easily. Cinnamon rolls are a go to choice here, and if your a first timer its a crime not to try them!

I was tired and stopped to use the bathroom and take my prescription Id forgotten about. I sat in my car and played on my phone waiting for my medication to become effective. Apparently this is a sign that someone is on heroin. Because the police were called and told that I was on heroin and apparently did it in their bathroom because I was in there too long. And then because of sitting in the car obviously I must have been on drugs! This in and of itself was frustrating because I was entirely sober. What angered me the most is they never once approached me, either in the store or in my car with the window down, to say hi how you doing or anyting. How were they supposed to be able to assess these drugs that I was on, with zero communication? I love Kwik Trip overall but will not be returning to this one!

Well maintained facilities. Service is good. Good grocery deals. Car wash facility is great. Take advantage of their Holidays special car wash price, 6.99 for Elite. Good variety of hot food and snacks.

I always stop there when I am in Wisconsin because they are clean and they have a pretty good selection of fresh food. But holy cow are they expensive. Im stopping there, but it does keep me from buying what I would like to buy. They have great deals like $0.33 a pound bananas, $1.09 for half a gallon half gallon of milk, and the monthly special this month is a $0.79 for a dozen eggs.But anything that is not on sale is atrociously high. But I will continue to stop there because theyre clean the bathrooms are always clean, the gas pumps are clean, the people are really nice, they have a lot of Fresh Foods, but boy is it expensive!

Very convenient, always busy. Used to take my motorcycle here exclusively as they have no ethanol added premium gas.nice quick stop for alcohol as they have a separate liquor store entrance. Car was does a questionable job but is incredibly narrow. I wont take my truck here anymore as it is nerve wracking to get into the wash bay.

Staff was great, car wash not so much. Stopped during the cycle and staff had to come out to manually reset. Thank you again to the employees for being so helpful, you make the store worth coming back.

My husband and I were recently at your store to get gas, a gift card, and coffee. Nightmare city. First, I couldnt get the decaf to come out. I tried to get the attention of the Lady working the area (a walking zombie type) - no luck. I waved to the front counter (3 people standing at registers) and nobody noticed me. So I got regular. I put skim milk in so I could get whipped cream on top. It was empty. Then I thought Id have some mini marshmallows instead; no such luck (empty again). I settled for the french vanilla creamer and went to the counter to pay. I told the cashier and supervisor that was there; they kind of laughed at me. It wasnt funny. My husband got french vanilla cappucino and a $100 gift card for his parents. We paid and got in our car. My husband tasted his cappucino - it was hot powdery water! Dont know if well be stopping here in the future if we can help it!

They never have hot coffee prepared. If you need gas and coffee fast dont go there.

I actively seek out Kwik Trips when I travel because I know they will be clean and have a great selection of road trip foods. There staff is also always incredibly friendly.

A great gas station with a huge selection of convenience items and food to include healthy items as well. Pumps are annoying though as you play 20 questions just to get gas.

Good service and good food, only complaint is that there are never many soups out and when they are out their burnt to the bottom of the pan and the veggies at the condiment bar have been frozen lately.

$3 burgers right through the door, in the warmers + bag of chips brisk. Who needs a fast food restaurant or a home made dinner? Not me.

Kwik Trip is my new go to place for a quick snack, meal or a few groceries. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and they take pride in keeping the place clean and well stocked.

Out of all the Kwik Trips in the Madison area, this one is right up there with the Waunakee location for great service, great selection, and cleanliness.I frequented this location often when I lived nearby, and I still visit fairly often since I work nearby at Cabelas. They always have a good selection of hot foods available, including favorites such as the hash brown sticks (Im truly addicted). There are a few of the locations that never seem to have my favorites available when I stop in, but that is never a problem here.Other reviewers mentioned wait times in line. They are indeed well staffed and I am able to take care of business quickly. The location itself is fairly spacious. Its easy to get around and find what you need.

This is a conundrum of a Kwik Trip. The inside is clean and the staff is friendly as expected. The hot food is frequently empty or with only a few items though, and they seem to have problems with slow pumps. I go here if Im around but I usually try for the one on Main Street instead.
