Great gasstation nice employees

Its convenient, which I guess is their goal.

Nice that it is open 24hrs but the over turn in staff is crazy not to many friendly employees anymore like they had few years back

5 star customer service and gas station in general. I had an issue at another BP and felt like I was not worth being a customer and we will not assist you, I ran over to this Stop n Go and he (the cashier) assisted me with acceptance and really professionally. Now I’ll admit that it was just a mobile coupon that I get 2 of a week but it’s the fact that I was refused a good one (not expired and both BP’s accept mobile coupons) that I selected for that 1st BP store at the counter in front of the cashiers and showed them the 5 minutes you have to use it before expiring starting to time the coupon. They were using up the minutes while they were trying to just scan my phone screen and not right down the UPC code/number like all other gas stations. I told them my screen don’t scan sometimes and how these work at all accepting gas stations with writing the UPC down and amount of coupon. I was told sorry nothing we can or will do and won’t write anything down. I said I’ll just go elsewhere for my purchase. This Stop n Go BP is close by so I went there and just showed the cashier my screenshots and times (I still had 30 seconds left on coupon too). I mentioned to him what had occurred at the other BP. This Stop n Go BP instantly offered to honor it and wrote down the UPC code while my intentions were to let it expire to use my 2nd coupon. He also confirmed that all the gas stations need is the UPC code along with the amount of the coupon. This whole ordeal was not about saving a buck-50 but more about customer service!! I don’t care about the $1.50 and almost waisting 1 of my 2 weekly deals but how professional and understanding this employee was especially when it was not their store’s issue to deal with. Thank you Stop n Go for going above and beyond for your customers!!
