I love when I have the opportunity to visit this Rite Aid when I’m visiting town. The staff is always incredibly helpful and answers all of my questions and with care. There have even been a couple of times recently that I’ve had to talk with both of their pharmacists about some home-remedy recommendations. Speaking of the pharmacists, Drs. Udi and Anthony have on two different occasions stepped out of their (apparently very busy) pharmacy to directly show me a few different items and discuss the different options that were available to me. If I ever need to have a prescription filled when I’m visiting town, I know that I’ll be able to trust them and their very competent staff to get the job done right. Thank you for everything you do.

I have been going to this store for a few years and every time I go check on a prescription sent in by our pediatrician it isn’t ready so I got in the habit of calling right after I leave the pediatrician so that they actually fill the prescription. I tried to do an online refill and the website said the prescription would be ready in a couple hours so I stopped on my way home from work which was 6 hours after I refilled online. They hadn’t even started the refill and so I waited for about 15 minutes. When they called me up I was told that they only had 3 capsules and I would have to go back to get the rest the next day. I have been trying to call to see if they got the capsules and have not been able to get through to the pharmacy. The store answers and they transfer me but I sit on hold. I didn’t want to transfer to Walmart but this experience may have pushed me to that point.

Weve been having prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for years with great service and accuracy. Long-term employees - especially Ana - are the best. I give them only 2 stars, because cleanliness is a real big thing and this store has a problem with it. The one customer bathroom is a total mess! We never shop here if we might need to use a bathroom. It is dirty, and I mean really dirty, poorly stocked, and seldom or never cleaned up. Contacting the main offices did little good. Youd think that a store dealing with sick customers would want to stop germs instead of breeding them! I have seen employees use the restroom without washing their hands. The store doesnt even have the normal anti-bacterial wipes available for people coming in - so carry your own and use them!! Its a shame!

Two stars for pharmacy. Sure the wait was fast but that could be because the pharmacist shorted me. PCP prescribed 3 meds and I got only 1. Tech said the other 2 were OTC. Yes but not the dosage I needed. The tech told me to select no consult on the card reader when that wasnt what I wanted. I didnt have the energy to argue so I just left never to return.

I been going to the pharmacy a couple of times. The tech Ana is awesome she gives me direct answers and even calls me when there is a problem with my insurance. I give her 5 stars.But when I pick up my medication there is a cashier named Sylvia who is always rude. She doesn’t even greet you, and even gives you attitude. The last time I went she was on her phone, and I stayed waiting for a while thinking she is eventually going to notice me, but she didn’t. The other cashier came out and helped me, meanwhile Sylvia looked at me and left. That’s the reason I’m giving them 1 star because they could really hire someone else who loves their job.
