My son took me to get my new phone and they gave me $7 for my broken one and they were able to get all my stuff moved over to my new phone
I would give the staff inside the store and my overall experience buying a phone from them a five star keep in mind my last experience was in Richland but it wouldnt let me share my post there. The customer service center and Supervisors however I would give zero stars. I had an issue with my account where I was charged a fee I should not have been. Instead of realizing I am a loyal customer who pays on time, pays ahead, and adds services and buys phones from them... Perhaps even offering a courtesy credit would have been nice. But no... Instead I wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to rationalize why the fee was not valid like the agent said. Very bad experience.
Went there tonight to buy a new phone. Have been a customer for 4+ years. Got there at 15 minutes before closing, the lady was EXTREMELY rude. We were told that they were already closed yet the website said they are open until 9. Mind you it was 6:45 PM. She said NO we close at 7!! I said, Ok well it isnt 7 yet. She replied back that I would just have to come back tomorrow. I will deal with my phone at a later date, however, I will NOT do it at this store. I REFUSE to give this store a PENNY of my money!!! This was by and far the WORST customer service Ive ever received. -15 ☆s in my opinion.
If I can give them a zero I would! They never answer there damn phone! Horrible. Rather pay my bill in TriCities.
