Wonderful store with wonderful staff! I rarely have a lot of time. I pop in there unannounced frequently and they get me in and out in no time.

Tried calling to get some information for my dad on some international travel. Got hung up on twice. Then got put on hold twice for over 10 minutes each time without anyone checking in. Had to hang up & call again & no apology or anything.

Given it 5 Starz cause there a beautiful woman there with black hair. Stings the naustrals!

This place is the worst place to get a cell phone!!! Aside from the long wait times, they have the worst customer service, the staff has no idea what theyre doing. There is lack of information, when you have a problem they refuse to help you!!!! I dont recommend this place to anyone!
