I worked there briefly. They are a family own and ran business. I must say they are horrible to work for. They treat employees bad and my experience working was by far the worst I’d ever experienced. They have a lot of turn over there and keep employees very long. It’s a hostile work environment and I was personally harassed and bullied by owners, immediate supervisor and her husband until I finally quit. They don’t invest or train employees and when you fail they take no blame. They gave no breaks as required by law. When I questioned and called them on their bullying and public humiliation they taunted me and found reasons to mess with me. The pay and work environment is poor. They have great employees but can’t seem to keep them very long. I would never recommend this place of business.

They were shut down for having arsenic in their juice, which was being used in 2.9 million apple juice servings to USDA’s national school lunch program

Worst place anyone can work at, they do not follow L&I laws for one, they are also very arrogant and retaliate towards there employees, no seniority only favoritism and basically harass you untill you quit if you are not a favorite there, Low wages, little or no training for most employees, no open door policy, LACK IN MANAGEMENT, some discriminatory acts from supervisors to employees also are not up to date with most FDA requirements. Many workers here experience the same habits this company has managed to repeat, time to put an end to it. #standupforyourrights #openup

I got 4 years working with valley processing and everyday has been good day. With every employee’s help i got to be where I’m at today Leadman/Decanter operator. We here at valley processing push and strive into making some great products.
