Road tripped to CA and the Cayman was filthy with bug guts, road grime, etc. This place was close to where we were staying and got good reviews. Dropped car off around lunch. Estimate was an hour for the basic hand wash which includes vacuum, windows, wheels and tires. Did a great job on the exterior, wheels and tires. Missed a couple small spots inside, but overall looked great. Called to let me know the car was ready almost exactly an hour later. Very happy, solid deal for the price, would definitely use again. Definitely recommend.

I had been to this place couple of weeks back for internal detailing. They were very diligent in the work and ensured to recommend the service that best suits your car.I went there for internal detailing and ozone treatment. However, upon inspecting the car, Matt who works there recommended only internal detailing and said I do not need ozone treatment.That’s really very professional of Matt to recommend the service and not charging customers more than what is needed.Definitely would recommend everyone! 👍🏻

Unbelievable results. Got package #3 which included full interior, full exterior, and even detail cleaning the engine. Also added on headlight restoration. They threw in touching up all the flaws in the paint if you just bring in the touch up paint. In total came out to $400 even and left with a car that looked brand new again.

These guys did a great job on my truck. I travel a lot and really neglected to ever get it washed after multiple road trips to Mexico, vegas, LA to SF, etc, my car was disgusting and really needed a full detail. Detailed here regularly for three years. They do a solid job for a fair price. Its not the best detail my car has seen but very very good and its the best youll get under $500. This is a good shop.The service is good, friendly, and most importantly its CONSISTENT. Detail places are so hit and miss but Ill never hesitate to bring my car here.

Well, spoke too soon. $180 to steam clean the engine and on the drive home the undercarriage came loose. The detailer had us bring it back stating that they probably didnt screw them in tight enough.Id recommend steering clear. Attention to detail seems pretty low.To his credit the manager owned up to the mistake and claimed responsibility. They fixed the issue so it was drivable again (taking it straight to my mechanic for a check-up after all this).

They did an awful job. I left my car for several hours, paid $200 plus tip. Pockets behind front seats were left with so much liquid and still had chocolate and stuff in them that shouldve been cleaned. I was able to take clorox wipes and paper towels and get center console, cup holders, pockets, and several other areas cleaner than them. The worst part is I specifically requested 2 issue areas, the carpet behind drivers seat and the area between back row and trunk and neither was handled. A glob of shampoo was even left in the carpet. Im immensely disappointed.

Worth the price - i had to get the engine steam cleaned because my mechanic said there is a leak but need to clean the engine first to find out the origin. They detailed the inside, outside, the front and under engine. seriously feels like a brand new car.

I took my car here yesterday for the detail package 1. It took less than 3 hours, and the car was very clean and shiny. The inside was also very well cleaned. I drove the car to work in rain, and after arriving, all of the rain had slid off. I would definitely recommend having your car cared for here. The price is pretty good for the service offered.

Great and quick service! I choose the package2 and they made my 2014 fusion a new car again. One heads up is that the smell of the detergent they used inside my car is so strong and i need to lower me windows for days to get rid of it. Besides that, everything is terrific.

Good service

First time i left my brand new xc90 car for exterior detailing the car was returned with dirt patches on the exterior and wheel wells which means they had not washed the car properly. That was not the only issue, there were sections on the roof and body which had water spots and most off the swirl marks was still visible. The door jams were not touched at all and had water spots. For the advertised car detailing service this was missing all the details. But the manager acknowledged the error and told me that I get the car back for detailing again too make up for the problems in the first pass of detailing.Second time result was nothing different. After the second trip the car still has water spots some scratches, which when I showed to the manager told me that it was the best he can do. I was very disappointed by the state of the car returned for the second time. This place definitely lacks the detailing part of car detailing.I would not recommend this place of you are looking for a car detailing service.If you are car enthusiast youll be very disappointed.

Service is good. You do have to take appointment in advance. Non basics (wash + vacuum) can be little pricey. There is a Starbucks nearby where you can chill till your car is ready.

Everyone there was extremely helpful! I had to have the interior vomit cleaning done to my friends car. It was really bad, under the seat, inside the door pocket, holes in the leather of the seats, they got me in the same day! They kept the car for a good 4 hours, and once I got it back it was just like new, this was a new Audi Q7 so I was freaking out. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend them!!

Detail Plus is a bit hidden by a self service car wash in front of it. I have been taking my Corvette here for the past two years. I think they do an excellent job at a fair price. I took home a first place award at last years Corvette Spectacular in Los Altos after having my Corvette detailed here before the show. I showed my trophy to Jeff and thanked him and the person who detailed my car. I plan to bring my Corvette here every six months for their package 3 detail, which includes the exterior, interior and engine.

Got my 10 yr old Honda CRV detailed here last week. I keep my car clean with regular standard car washes but never got it detailed. Now it looks like it did the day I drove it off the dealer lot in 2008. Phenomenal results. Exterior is shiny and glossy, paint looks new. Interior is spotless. Very satisfied. Even got compliments on a nice car from a guy in the grocery store parking lot

I originally came to detail just the interior, but doing the entire car was only a little extra. I bought my car used and it looked like it had never been cleaned before (seats were caked with dirt/lint, engine was oily, sun spots on the paint). After they finished the outside was shining, under the hood looked spotless, the interior was flawless. You can really tell how much effort they put into it for such a reasonable price.

Best car wash Ive ever had for the money. $30 gets you a hand wash outside and inside window cleaning and vacuuming. Car came out almost looking like it was detailed. I definitely will be back.

Comfortable car wash: get 8 coins: first sessions of 4 coins should be enough to spray water and start shampooing/foaming with the brush. After the 4 minute ends, you can keep shampooing as the brush will keep having foam for a long while.Second session of 4 coins: spray, wax quickly (1min) then dry in 3.

I have been doing business with Detail Plus for many years. Jeff and Team has made my 2005 Hummer 2 look brand new a few times and they even did a bang up job on my Malibu Wakesetter boat! I recently bought a 2018 Ford F150 Roush and washed that vehicle by hand at home the third day I owned it. I was shocked and dismayed that my home water left this 70K vehicle with hard water spots all over it. Immediately called Jeff and made an appointment. Jeff and Team to the rescue!! First off, Jeff the manager is extremely professional; a real pleasure to do business with. I paid for a full interior/exterior detail for my FJ Cruiser before I sold it. It came back looking almost brand new. My yellow lab road in the back for 7 years and his hair got everywhere. Somehow, they managed to get every last dog hair out of the car. It really did look almost new. Totally amazing and worth the cost.

I used the self-service car wash and had a good experience. There are not many of these establishments in Silicon Valley, so I appreciated the opportunity. Its a little pricier than most establishments of this nature and the coin machine only gives tokens that can be used in the car wash, so dont go breaking a $20 unless you plan to spend it all there.

Just had my brand new car detailed here, and I am very impressed! Everything cleaned up with clay bar, polished and sealed - no swirl marks! Looking forward to coming back for future hand washes and details.

My 10yr old minivan never looked this clean on the inside. The leather is so clean - I had forgotten what the original gray was been like, lol. Kids can do so much to a car (or home). Ive gotten my car detailed here numerous times in years past but when I called recently asking if I could be fit in, I got a condescending laugh and was told that a detail takes several hours. Thanks buddy, I had no idea... a courteous Im sorry, were all booked will do next time.

This place owner is trying to rip you off as much as possible without any ethic! I bought several token to use their system and finished with a couple of extra ones, each worth a dollar each. I approached the office to get them converted back to dollars and the clerk said that they didnt do such things . She reached out to the owner and he assured me it was impossible for them to convert them and give me my money back as the token came from a machine that was not theirs ! He had no guilt to claim that the vacuum machine was his business and the washing part was another and they couldnt interfere!!! Quite a lie as the washing and vacuuming operation business has been promoted for a 40 y.o business in picture in his vacuum and detailing business . There is no customer service, No ethics and the main purpose of this business is to abuse customers . I would not recommend anyone to deal with them .

Just had our Tahoe and Suburban done by Jeff and his team. They did a great job on both, including an exceptional job on the headlights for the Tahoe.

Not satisfied with their service. I have to ask them to do the polish again to get the scratches off and ask to clean the interior after I noticed some marks. Not worth for the price.

$30 hand wash, took around 45mins and they did an excellent job. The place doesnt really give much instruction as to what to do when you arrive and the staff are all busy; just park out front and go straight to the small office in the back.

I took my car in with some scratches on it from some boxes and a lot of stubborn dirt and had it detailed. Everything I asked for was taken care of and my car came out looking brand new!

Recently many times I experienced that I got less tokens from the token machine than what I paid for. Also some machines wont recognize the tokens and the funny part is they wont return back
