I wish I called them first for my LG fridge .I used my home warranty company first ..they sent out 3 people 3 different times and they could not fix my fridge.I was told to call LG direct and they came out within 3 days and my fridge was fixed!Should have used them first..i had been without a fridge since Feb 12th and not until 2 weeks ago finally a fridge! My warranty company gave me the runaround!

Rude and argumentative repairman refused to fix a recall on LG defective oven. After verifying through serial and model number It was a recall now they a just looking for excuses not to fix it. Fire hazard!!!!! Cool top turns on high and Connor be shut off except at breaker. Repairman seemed unhinged and unstable, kept contradicting himself and just looking for reasons to get out of recall. Crooks with dangerous products

I bought this dishwasher just two years ago. I put a complete kitchen with LG . In that time, the dishwasher had 2 major faults. The microwave has already been replaced. Im not somebody that likes to be negative or to post anything which I never post. These circumstances are different..I will never buy an LG..
