I just installed a UP6322 dual-outlet igniter I recently purchased from Majestic in my Americana by Ducane AM12LB grill, which is around 20 yr old. I wasnt able to find the Americana line or the AM12LB listed anywhere, so I ordered the UP6322 by matching to my broken igniter by eye. It was easy to install and works perfectly. Majestic had the part at a good price, and with a good photo that let me match it to my grill. It arrived quickly, and with a nice free bonus—a 1 oz pack of bourbon molasses dry rub steak seasoning! Ill have to try that soon—now that I can light my grill! 8-)
--I made a mistake in my order, I called and got helpful coaching, the order was corrected and it was free of charge even though it was my fault. It’s only because this company knows the BBQs well enough to catch a mistaken selection.
After ordering some simple parts on Majestics Grills Unsecured website and paying in full through PayPal (against my better judgment) I received no confirmation from their end and no evidence they have sent anything. I called several times and the telephone people took my email and contact info but said they dont have access to any of the transactions. Nobody has reached out to me and I suspect I wont get my grill parts or a refund. I would take the advice of mine and all the other 1 star ratings on here and steer way clear of this business. If they ever do happen to send me my products in the near future I will note that on here.
I gave 2 stars based on: receiving the correct order: 5 stars.Mr Majestics service: 1 star.Read all the reviews. The negative ones are very consistent which is the #1 key factor when researching reviews. Majestic spend more time defending themselves in reviews than pleasing their clients.Here it goes....I ordered a set of 3 nozzles and a regulator for my NG Weber conversion to LP. It took 4 weeks to receive it. Its summer, I get it. My girlfriend threw away the plastic shipping wrapper, but oops! It had the nozzles inside of it. So I called them (Im in another state) and spoke to a very nice woman who took all of my information, one letter at a time. I told her what had happened and asked if replacements could be sent at no charge and Ill pay shipping. She said that the two gentlemen who could answer this question were both busy with customers right now and that they would call me back or email me. A week went by. I called again and talked to a different woman who was also very nice and took all of my information, one letter at a time. I reprised the last conversation with her and she told me the same exact thing that the other nice woman told me and that theyd get back to me, yadda yadda. Two weeks go by. Nothing. So now, I just called and got off the phone with Jason, one of the aforementioned gentlemen who could answer my question. Well, Jason sounded like the phone was inside his mouth as he loudly mumbled into the microphone so, I had to ask him to repeat himself quite a few times. He got irritated, said that hes not repeating himself anymore and hung up on me. He did say that I have to place a brand new order before he hung up on me.If anyone should choose to order from them, get your order right the first time and hope that you are good from there. They are slow and their service stinks. You do not want to need their help.
Had and issue with shipping from Majestic Grill Parts and, rather than address the situation professionally, the person I talked to (Jason) launched into a barrage of personal insults. I actually was not aware that I was a grumpy miserable poor thing, I was sick and that I should enjoy [my] righteous wretchedness. Thanks for letting me know that, Jason. To say that their customer service is horrible is to offend the word horrible! Looking at BBB for this company, MANY others have similar problems. Not sure how Majestic Grill Parts is able to maintain their paltry 1.89 star rating on BBBs site.
I have been trying to get a built in grill fixed for many months. I could not find someone to help. I have ordered parts from Majestic Grill Parts in the past and the service has always been prompt and extremely helpful. I have to note however that this time the service from Jason was over the top. Jason painstakingly stayed on the phone with us and talked us through what to do to fix our grill. Thank you so much Jason. You sure went above and beyond.
Ordered parts almost a year ago, and did not get around to installing until now. Along the way i discovered that I either screwed up the order or lost some of the pieces. Either way, called Jason and he looked up my original order and took are of the issue. Wonderful service. Great company to work with.

I ordered a part from them four months ago and it never arrived. Ive tried calling them twice, left messages, and emailed them at least three times. They do not respond. I am currently trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company.*Update in reply to the owners response below.*I dont know what to make of this reply, other than to say that after numerous failed attempts at getting ahold of this merchant, this google review is the only one that appears to have reached them. I did indeed receive a reimbursement on this order from my credit card company back in November. Perhaps the merchant got to keep the money too. But the fact remains that I never did received the package, nor an explanation from the merchant.To the merchant: Ill assume youre telling the truth and that theres some explanation for why the package was marked delivered, but never made it to me. I understand that these are hectic times, but I wish you had replied to my many attempts to reach you by email and phone. Had you shared this tracking info with me, I probably wouldve chalked it up to human error by the shippers and not posted a negative review for your company.

We were fortunate to find Majestic Grill Parts. We have an OCI grill that we love, however the company is out of business. Jason was a wealth of knowledge and assisted us in finding appropriate replacement parts and talked through the installation on the phone for a significant period of time. I have ordered from them three times now over the last five months and still have a useless grill. Part of that is my inexperience in converting to NG, but part of that is on them as well. Its involved weeks and weeks of waiting, calling to check in, their having no record of my order or which regulator theyd sent me and the subtle tone that its always my fault. Ive made my mistakes in this, but I wont be going back.
As recent empty nesters, we sold our house, which had a natural gas line, to downsize. Our new place doesnt have one and I really love my Weber Genesis E-330 so it would be a shame to sell / dump it to buy a propane fueled one. I researched converting the grill and was unsuccessful. All the of the sites I visited and videos I watched were too general and I ended up buying all the wrong parts. Luckily, I finally found Majestic Grill Parts and was able to get exactly the right parts and instructions for my specific model of grill! Thanks to them my grill has a second life =)
Im writing this review today to attempt to get a response since for whatever reason the company has been incapable of contacting me back. I placed an order July 13, 2020. Surprise! My order is not here and Ive not received one email to inform me on the status of my order. I have sent emails to the company and made phone calls to no avail. Not one single reply to my multiple emails or phone calls. At this point I simply want a refund. I have found my part elsewhere.
Very disappointed with customer service.I ordered a regulator and hose for my weber (LP) as a conversion. After 1 tank full, I changed the tank and the fitting started leaking at the tank connection. I called Jason and he offered to replace it, as long as I returned the damaged on. He offered to ship the replacement for free, if I payed to ship the damaged one back. Fair enough. I shipped it, it was delivered (UPS), but nothing back. Ive called and emailed over the last 2 weeks, no answers.I get that he seems like a small business, but make good on your product, and at least respond to calls/emails if there is a delay. 2 weeks without contact is unacceptable.Buyer beware.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS “company”• never received confirmation of my order, when I called I got “yea we will get it out soon”• 0 communication from the seller.• was told via email “your item has shipped from oursouth florida location” 3 weeks after I placed the order• seller stopped responding to emails and phone calls when I asked for a tracking number.• item never arrived. It has now been more than a month.Check their BBB rating and reviews elsewhere. This is not out of the norm for them. Should have checked the reviews myself. Lesson learned.
I needed to repair my Capital grill two years ago, and Jason talked me through a very simple workaround and didnt charge me for it. This year I went through a complete grill rebuild on my 11 year old grill. Some parts were no longer available, and Jason helped with suitable replacement parts. My grill now works as well as when it was new, or maybe even a little better. All communication was prompt and courteous.For a while I thought my parts hadnt shipped and the company wasnt communicating with me, but then I discovered they had tried to contact me, but their emails had gone into my spam folder. My bad!
A few years ago I used MGP to convert my propane grill to natural gas and was very pleased. More recently, I ordered some parts that are now not needed, and they accommodated a return and refund without any hesitation. It is good business practice and I would recommend them to anyone.

I am updating my review in response to the owner’s comments below, which are a complete fabrication. Read the other reviews, there is a reason why there are as many 1-star reviews as 5-star reviews. The communication is terrible and in this case compounded by falsehoods and vitriol in response to an honest review. I placed on order on June 2 for parts to convert a grill prior to a July 4 cookout. I had not heard from this vendor by June 17 and called to confirm order status. When told it had not yet shipped “due to the post office” I asked for the delivery address to be changed to a new address where I would be sure to receive it in time for the holiday. On June 25 I emailed for an update, but did not receive a response. On June 30 I called again as I had not received the parts and still had no update. Jason said he would “check with the warehouse” and again blamed the postal service. I asked him for tracking number which he emailed me immediately afterward. That number indicated a label had been created June 17 (the date of my initial phone call) but that the post office had not received the package. I checked that tracking number again each of the next three days and it continued to show as label created but package not provided to the postal service. On July 2 I emailed again asking for confirmation of shipment by end of day or I would need to cancel the order. No response. On July 6 after checking the tracking number one last time and seeing it still had not yet shipped and not having received any response, I initiated a claim with PayPal. But to my surprise, the package showed up that very afternoon, with a different tracking number. Can only assume the first tracking number was never associated with my actual order. Happy with the product, but the service and communication were aggravatingly poor.
I was out of luck here in Canada trying to convert my Weber from gas to propane. No one has the parts. Jason to the rescue. Knew what I needed and emailed me immediately to fast track my order. This company is the biggest POS. Emailed several times about my order and never received a response. Must be going out of business. Do not order anything from them you will be disappointed. Had to file with PayPal to get a refund.
Jason was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions when I was looking to convert my Weber Summit from natural gas to propane. But once my order was placed, I could not get a response from email or phone calls. I had to file a claim with PayPal in order for him to ship the parts. Once I did actually receive the parts, the orifices did not make the grill work like a propane grill. Even after adjusting the air shutters, the flames had no low setting. In fact it’s hard to tell any difference from low to high. So I figured there must be something else to make it work correctly other than just the orifices and LP regulator. Something in the manifold or valves perhaps? So I ordered a complete LP manifold set with valves from another retailer. I received the manifold 3 days later and installed. Works perfectly as it should. This proves that just swapping orifices, at least on the Summit model will NOT work correctly. Save yourself the headache and just order the complete manifold with valves from someone who cares about making your grill work correctly and ships in a timely matter.
Recommend avoiding any attempt at doing business with these people. Ordered a part that never showed up. No answer on the phone and no response to emails requesting status, shipment, return of payment. Terrible business. Too bad I couldnt post zero stars.Update: Thanks for finally shipping my items. Too bad I had to dispute through PayPal to illicit a response.
After moving homes and bringing my BBQ with me, the technical needs of converting from natural gas to propane hadnt occurred to me until I got the steaks out to BBQ. Finding no luck locally, I searched the internet and found Majestic Grill Parts. Jason was very helpful and helped me identify what was needed and when I accidently ordered wrong -- both gave him the wrong zip code and ordered the wrong parts - he went the extra mile to help fix the situation. Their formal training and decades of experience is second to no one else anywhere. They stock everything on site and drill the factory Safety BTUs onsite and know every single model from experience. I found them a super problem solving resource!
Just ordered the parts to convert a Weber Genesis from LP to Natural Gas. The process has been extremely smooth, and Ive spoken to Jason a few time now to make sure I order exactly what I need. Eager to start grilling, and theyve made themselves available to help talk me through the conversion, so Im pretty psyched!—Update: Got the grill parts order quickly, and Jason was awesome since I forgot an orifice for the sear burner. Update 10/26- Jason came through for me and I received my grill parts (and some sample seasoning packets) two business days after we sorted out some of the challenges and misunderstandings. I was so appreciative of his wealth of knowledge and expertise of grills on the phone and the information he provides free of charge on his website. He truly has a passion for grills - something I too am very passionate about. I placed an order shortly after our conversation as was excited with the thoughts of converting my Weber Summit Grill from LP to NG. A month goes by and I did not yet receive my ordered parts. I inquired by phone and email with to see if there was a delay or other reason (possibly COVID related) but received no response in a two week timeframe. So, after a few attempts and a reasonable amount of time of inquiring about my order, I decided to file a claim with PayPal to recoup my money. I did receive a refund, but am disappointed I dont have my parts. I wish Jason and his business the best because I know there are a lot of grill-enthusiasts out there who could truly benefit from his small business - I only wish I was one of those customers.

I have ordered parts over a week ago and have not received a tracking number or shipping statement. I have placed several calls and emails with no response in return. Jason is very knowledgeable it customer service for me is terrible. At least a call back or email reply would be the easiest thing to do.
Buyer Beware. If you deal with them online all you will get is a PayPal transaction recipe and no further communication. 8 emails and 6 phone calls (left messages) all unanswered. You will not know when your product will ship (if at all). You will not know anything about your order other than you have paid. I have requested a refund from seller but since they do not answer calls or emails I have do play the politics of PayPal to get me money refunded to me... this has taken two weeks and still nothing. I do not recommend PERIOD!!!

Not only did my order show up quickly and accurately, it also came with an amazing steak rub sample But to put them above the rest, their customer service goes beyond anything Ive ever seen. I had ordered the wrong part for my grill and they caught it before it was shipped and helped me personally in finding the right parts. I found Majestic Grill Parts online when i was trying to convert a natural gas grill to propane. Here is a summary of the Pros and Cons of my experience:Pro:- Website is helpful- Paypal secured payment method- Ability to contact the business owner directly- Reasonable pricesCons:- No tracking of package- initially unclear if transaction went through- Some interactions were a bit abrasiveStory:Wanted to convert my grill so I purchased some orifices and a hose w/ regulator and just got an email from paypal saying the transaction went through. Called the next day to confirm order and get a tracking number, which did not show up. Continued to call weekly to get a status update but there was no clarity where my product was, or why i couldnt get a tracking number. Owner then took it upon himself to personally put the order in again, gave me a discount for the trouble and it arrived within 5 days of when it was sent out. Would have given 2 stars but given the state of covid, and the owners willingness to talk through the order, I feel like overall it was a good experience. However, I hope that this business can get a better handle on its supply chain and provide more transparency on peoples orders.
Wrote a 1 star review then received my order today so updated to 2 star, never received replies to my shipping inquiries. I get things are not normal with Covid19 but if your website accepts orders, you need to provide shipping information within a reasonable amount of time and answer email inquiries. I get it my order was only 7 dollars with shipping for some gaskets but here I received my parts over a month (34 days) and no idea whats going on. I ended up ordering from another place and got my gaskets within a week. If the order is too small to be worthwhile then make your minimum orders larger. I dont want to waste all summer waiting hoping to get my grill back to working order. It seems people either have terrible or great experience with this company, unfortunately my experience wasnt very good but could have been worse. The package did have a tracking number and I checked it, the label was created on the 17th, shipped then 24th and received on the 28th.
I was able to get Jason on the phone and he was patient about figuring out what I needed. Took about a week to get the shipping confirmation, but no issues. Jason was able to change the shipping address which was a huge help as it was my mistake to have the old address on there. Would happily do business with again.
Prompt delivery of high quality conversion fittings for our Weber Genesis. Was told by 3 retailers conversion was not possible, but after receiving an assortment of fittings with orifices for seat station and side burner combined with instructional video; we were successful at conversion from LPG to NG. These guys saved me $2000 for a new barbecue, parts arrived in less than a week.
I ordered orifices and LP regulator with hose. No parts have been shipped to me. I have not been contacted by Jason in any way. By phone or email this is not the way to do business. Glenn assured me that the parts I ordered were going to be correct for my older grill. Once received he helped me over the phone with connectivity. Even afterwards up and running he gave me additional advice on optimizing the flame and use of the grill. Ive already referred him to a buddy that wants to do the same. He actually picks up the phone when you call!!!

Jason was a great help when I converted my grill from propane to NG and his was the only site that I could find with videos explaining the process. He even corrected my order when he realized I had ordered an incorrect part. Everything shipped quickly and he even answered a few questions I had during the install. Made the entire process very simple.

If I could give less than 1 Star, I would. Don’t ever deal with this company. the customer service is AWFUL. I purchased a NG to Propane kit and it was flagged due to the purchase looking wrong. That’s great he caught it, but didn’t communicate. They took at least 2-3 weeks between email responses. I ended up getting the right items without being told they were sent. This was after I requested a refund with no response. One of the orifices and the regulator didn’t work properly. I eventually gave up dealing with him because of the weeks where I wouldn’t get a response. I reached out one last time on July 2 after they FINALLY responded to my request for a refund about the items I received not working right, and I just now got a response on July 31st. I’ve cut my loses and purchased the right items I needed. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE
One word, DISHONEST! Before ordering a component online, I contacted the company by phone and asked the representative if the component was made in China. He answered with a resounding NO. Receiving the component the word CHINA was boldly stamped on the regulator. I returned the product, providing the reason for the return. I asking for a refund. It took months and a few emails to obtain the refund. When the refund was issued, it was for a little less than half of what I paid. Majestic Grill Parts charged a HUGE restocking fee. I contacted Jason several times by email, explaining that I should not be charged the restocking fee because I was misled about the maker of the product. He never responded. Run away from this company. They are dishonest.

I received the correct parts for the BBQ that I needed to install in my bar. Everything came fast and was installed perfectly. Their customer support was excellent and they helped me over the phone with the small issues I had. I’m really happy with their service, they were highly professional and I would rather use them again.

Majestic Grill parts was able to help me convert my 2015 Weber Genesis from NG to LP, saved me a lot of $. Weber did nothing to help me, they wanted me to buy a new grill. Email took a day or so to get in contact but other than that, items were shipped quick. Jason answered some questions I had on the phone and was very helpful. Thanks again
Spoke with Jason on the phone. I called because I was having trouble with their website. He was extremely rude and not very helpful at all. I needed to $1500 in parts to rebuild my grill. Good thing there several other websites to by from. I would have preferred to purchase from a local vendor as I live in Fort Lauderdale area.

This company has great customer service!!! I would highly recommend them and will be going back again for future needs. I recently bought a grill that was set up for natural gas, but I needed to convert it to liquid propane. I called Grill-Repair several times prior of buying the grill to make sure I would be able to do the conversion. I spoke to Jason, and he was very kind and answered all my questions every time I called. After I bought the grill I placed the order for all the items I thought were needed. I got an email stating that my order had shipped within a day or two. When I received the order, I realized I also needed a few additional parts. I contacted Jason again and he not only walked me through what else I needed but he went out of his way to send me online tutorials for the conversion. Thanks again for everything!!!
I ordered the wrong part, I have called 3 times now and sent a couple of emails still no reply. I wanted to do an exchange. I wish I had read the previous reviews. Will continue to try to get them to reply if not will file a complaint. Just beware. His Rating with the BBB is a F! Beware! Update sent part back and never got my refund. He ignored all emails.He has 1000 excuses.
I had an excellent experience dealing with this business. My order was received on a Monday and I had the parts in hand on Thursday. I ordered parts to convert a grill from NG to LP. I had forgotten to order the orifice for the side burner and called Jason and he graciously included the part with my order at no additional cost. I could not have been happier with my transaction with Majestic and Jason.
This company has fantastic online tutorial videos; however, they offer poor customer service and communication to online customers. My advice is only deal with them in their brick-and-mortar location. My experience is summarized below:Day 1: Order placed 7/26/19. No order or shipping confirmation received. After 1 week, I emailed both the email listed on their website, and the email listed on my PayPal receipt to confirm my order. No reply.Day 15: PayPal dispute opened for fear of not receiving my order.Day 27: Order confirmation email received.Day 29: Order received, shipped via overnight mail. I emailed as well as called and left a voice message the same day asking to start the return process, as I had already purchased all my items at other stores. No reply.Day 43: Left this Google review. Still no help starting the return process. Their website clearly states dont ship returns until you contact them for an RMA number. I tried. They have a 30-day return policy. (Am I already past that date?). Their website also notes a 25% restocking fee.Update... Day 67: Accused of being a thief? (See response.) Still no help with my return.Probably one of the worst online shopping experiences Ive had. Please be careful.

I had a good experience working with Jason and his company. I ordered several parts to restore my 20-year-old Barbecues Galore 3 burner Turbo and they were received promptly. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful in the restoration process. Everything is working perfectly and I am one happy customer!

Wished I read the reviews before placing an order online. Its a very small order but Ive invested way too much of my time trying to receive it. I watched a utube video on how to clean a stainless steel grill and the product the man used in the video seemed just what I needed. So I ordered it through PayPal. I never received an order confirmation from Majestic Grill. Wasnt too concerned about that because I had my PayPal receipt. After four phone calls to Jason (left 4 messages) and two emails asking for an order confirmation and or if it was shipping. I have yet to hear from Jason or anybody else. So I contacted PayPay and they will either prove it was shipped (I highly doubt it) or give me my money back. There is NO WAY they did not get my messages or emails. This is a piss poor run company. I think the good reviews are either family, friends or paid to leave a good review.
Do not do business with this company. Ordered parts, no communication after several attempts and still no parts either. Finally had to turn it back over to PAYPAL to try and get my money back. Total scammers.
Avoid Majestic Grill Parts at all costs. Go elsewhere to order any parts. I ordered a replacement TEC burner. It was defective as it was bent. It was welded that way. I emailed twice with photos and called and left a VM. ZERO response. Their TOS are a joke. They obviously wont accept any returns even for a defective part. Luckily they accept paypal payments, so paypal intervened. I had to pay return shipping though. This company is a total joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Ordered parts on 7/7/19. Multiple calls and emails have had no repsonse. Its now 3 weeks later and I still dont have any parts. Filing a dispute with PayPal to get a refund. Do not buy anything from here.Edit: Parts arrived 20 days after ordering. Owner of bushiness was extremely combative and not willing to help with the order delay. Was unwilling to send USPS tracking number which would have immediately and civilly solved the issue.
TOTAL SCAM ARTIST!!! Not only is this guy a total jerk, but his work sucks and his products look recycled from other grills. Do not fall for the smoke and mirrors as I did. Jason was offensive, abrasive, and just downright rude...never again. And I have serious questions about this guys business ethics. Save your money for a business owner who truly appreciates his customers!
Shorted me on my order, didnt drill the orifices even, lied about receiving my email, and then never sent the parts he shorted me on. Refuses to answer emails or phone calls.The orifices aren’t the problem, you still shorted me a fitting. I bought two and you shipped one. And, you have never responded to my emails or follow up phone calls on my second order.Poor customer service, and horrible communication, but apparently very quick to respond to criticism on the internet.
Took weeks to ship a product, would not respond at all to inquiries. Ordered the part from elsewhere and once the item arrived from Majestic a month late they would not process a refund. Horrible service, horrible responsiveness.

I ordered online and waited. After they didnt respond to a inquiry email, I had to file a claim with pay pal to refund my money which took a month. It looks like some people have had good luck with this company but I did not. If you must order from them, Id definitely recommend paying with paypal so you could get your money back. I hate big heartless corporations, but unfortunately this is why amazon is winning.
I cant post this this without giving a star but hes nothing but a negative. This guy is a CROOK! Jason ... real low life. He lied about the compatibility. We ordered parts from him at his advice - they didnt work. We tried to order something additional when we one learned from someone who is much wiser that THAT TOO wouldnt work so we canceled the order. Jason has no clue what hes talking about.Jason even went ahead and charged the card anyway ... We never received the replacements since they were canceled. But he put the charge through anyway. My husband received SEVERAL threatening messages from him as well. Im just glad to be far away from this guy. A word to the wise - STEER CLEAR. Hes a real dirt bag.
Tried to purchase a part from this company online, 2 weeks go by and no confirmation so I called to check on it and wow, I have never had someone curse and threaten me like the person i spoke with did! If no stars were an option thats what they would get.
Customer service by Jason was terrible. I called about a switch for a DCS rotisserie motor and gave him the part number. Somehow he did not hear when i said the part number and he asked me WHAT IS THE PART NUMBER, I DONT WANT TO REPEAT MY SELF 14 TIMES. I could not believe i heard that from someone i wanted to spend money with. I replied I already gave you the part number Sr, you dont have to ask me 14 times the same question. His answer to me was..have a nice day ass-@%#$, and he hung up the phone on my face. Terrible, terrible customer service.

I ordered replacement Infrared burners for my Solaire grill. Jason was experiencing a backlog on these parts and I feared I would not receive them in time for a barbeque I planned for the Memorial day weekend. Jason made some calls and had the parts shipped directly to me from the manufacturer using next day service at his expense. I would use Majestic Grill Parts in the future.Tom Matros
What a waste of time with this Business. Ordered parts and never received them. I called and emailed them but without a response. Filed a refund claim with paypal to refund my money since it was over two weeks and never received parts. They responded to paypal claim and gave excuses after another for not shipping. Finally paypal refund the money.
If I could give a minus star I would. They have a great website, so you think you are dealing with a good company. NOT SO. Ordered wrong part, called several times to get a RMA number per there instructions so I could return item. After several emails finally got an email. They wanted me to send back the item but no RMA number. Completely different than instructed per website. Now have gone back and forth with several emails. I wish you could read them. I will probably never see my refund. If I had done my research before I ordered the part I would of never ordered anything from this company. Have filed a complaint with BBB of Florida and with PayPal. See Facebook also. People have complained there too.
If you place an order on line, it will get sent to the wrong address, then after a ton of calls and emails he will only refund part of the money. He knows his stuff, but the customer service is horrible.

So I bought what I thought was a great deal on craigslist, a $2000+ Weber Summit Grill for $400. Unfortunately, the seller never mentioned it was a natural gas grill, or that it was missing parts. So I needed to do a conversion.After searching the interwebs for information, and finding that Weber not only doesnt provide any info or parts for conversions, but actually actively discourages conversions, I ran across Majestic Grills site. It was easily the most comprehensive site on the web for doing a Weber NG to LP conversion.My grills Model # was obscured, so I took a bunch of photos, and emailed them to Jason at Majestic. He took the time to email me back, properly identify my grill model, and tell me exactly which orifices and regulator I needed. After looking at the parts online, I couldnt understand how they would fit what I was seeing under my grill, so I emailed him again with more pictures, and he informed me that several key parts were missing from my grill. He walked me through which ones I needed, sent me all of the parts I needed, and even sent me one really hard to locate part at no charge, because he said he had some extras laying around the shop!The parts arrived in a week. It felt like forever, but that is only because I am so used to having everything I order from Amazon here within a day or two. I think a week is totally reasonable for a normal business to ship parts to me.When the parts arrived, they were exactly correct, and he even labeled them to make it even more clear which orifices were for the burners, which for the rotisserie, etc. (see photo). He even included a package of spice rub!At two points, I had questions about the parts and installation, and I placed calls to Jason at the shop. He was extremely knowledgable, and took at least 10, and maybe even 15 minutes each call to walk me through me confusion, explain things to me, and even sent me a lengthy email with links to the various pages on their site that showed how to do the conversion I was trying to do.I have read the other reviews on majestic, and I have a hard time believing the really negative ones. That was just not my experience at all. Jason was friendly, super knowledgeable, patient, and generous. Honestly, he spent probably a half hour with me all told, and sent me that one part at no charge. On an hourly basis, he probably lost money on dealing with me, but he did it, never was impatient, and most importantly, all of the parts fit exactly like he said they would. After i wrote the review below, I called Majestic and spent some time on the phone, going over my needs and emailing photos of my grill. At the end of the process, I am happy with how things turned out - I probably should have been more persistant and they could have been more into following up. I kow of no other place to go for parts for my built-in out of production grill, so I will learn to spend the time to make sure we are communicating. Once that happened things got much better.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I ordered and received replacement burners for my gas grill February 23, 2016. They were the wrong size when I received them - my bad for not double checking with them.I returned the burners USPS priority mail on March 8th to exchange them for the larger size. USPS confirmed to me that they dropped the burners off with an individual at the company on March 11th at 11:52AM. I have been corresponding with Majestic for the last 3+ months trying to either get the replacement burners or my $240 back and have gotten nowhere. I have dealt with Majestic before and was satisfied, but this has been extremely frustrating. I would give them zero stars for customer service.
