Ok. Give my man Alex a raise. I went in because my car had been giving me issue with the battery (it didn’t start on two separate mornings; and one of of them made me late for work) which is still under warranty. Alex came out, tested the battery, helped me out with some options, and got me out of there with a new battery in just a few minutes. Now I won’t have to pray every morning to the car gods for the battery to work because Saint Alex came through and blessed my day. Thanks a bunch, Alex!

I am very upset. They sell you oil so you can diy oil changes but when you bring your used oil, they wont take it. They have the space but they wont take more that one gallon. I have three cars and bought oil for all three of them.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!Edit: In regards to your reply: You want my trust back? A very good first step would be to take my used oil so Im not stuck with it. Ill be waiting for an invitation to bring in my oil and will report back here if I dont get it.Edit: It has been 6 days and I have not heard from you. Im starting to think that you only replied to my review to make everyone else think you care.

Drove here thinking I needed a new battery. Chris B was extremely helpful by testing my battery and he determined it was dead. He recommended a great battery, installed it for free, and made sure that the car started after. He was professional, well informed, and fast! Chris is a star employee and made my experience amazing.

My clutch and break pedal stop pads for my Honda S2000 had worn down and eventually fell apart immediately as I seen the plastic pieces on the floor I went over to autozone. All I have to say is that BOSUN! knows what he’s talking about I was amazed that he knew exactly what I was looking for in a matter of 40 seconds? Give or take a few so I’m writing this review I don’t write many but he deserves this recognition. Thanks again!!!

Excellent experience! The staff members will make sure you find everything you need for your car without having to worry about anything, their prices are convenient and fair. I was also surprised to find everything I needed to fix my lawn mower there as well. Plus all the things I need for it at a good price. I recommend this store to everyone.

Every customer that came in for a battery changed was told that service would take too long so they have to change their own stuff in the parking lot.The store was empty so there was no other customers waiting for service and three or four people out in the parking lot doing it themselves because Associates said they couldnt be tied up for that long.

This store is always very helpful! In the past they have tested and replaced my battery for me. Today I went there because the cigarette lighter outlet was not working. The man who helped me quickly found the blown fuse, showed me the new fuses and replaced the old one. The outlet works again! I appreciate that the staff is always willing to go out of their way to offer assistance.

When I purchased my items Id received a receipt that wasnt completely printed. I tried to return the items when I found out I didnt need them and it took about 20 minutes for them to actually find my purchase. After it took the manager to come and find a the purchase he handed off my receipt to another associate without even saying anything to me or saying anything to me where I could hear and understand him so I was just standing there. Poor service over all.

Stoped by to get my battery checked and was serviced by Nicolas Jean and Victoria Heart. I must say They provided great customer service. They helped me save money on my new battery plus installed it for me and made sure my car cranked up before I left. They had a lot of knowledge and It was obvious they were experienced. A lot of times you can’t trust people or mechanics working on you’re car but both team members were pleasant, patient and genuine. such great customeR Service it didn’t leave far I would be going back to this auto part for any future service.

I purchased my car brand new about 16 months ago. I began noticing my wiper blades werent working that well and realized they had never been replaced!So I was way post due on changing the blades coupled with the fact that we are headed into FLs rainy season, time to change them!My husband suggested stopping into Auto Zone since they will replace the blades for you for FREE!I stopped in here around 10:30 AM on a weekday morning and it wasnt TOO busy. I waited a couple of minutes for someone to assist me. The gentleman that helped me out showed me a variety of price options.Based on previous experiences with changing blades on my previous car, I knew I didnt want to skimp on the quality, but I also didnt need top of the line either. The cashier showed me a couple of prices before I picked one. Next, he installed them on my car which took about a minute.From the time I parked to the time I left the parking lot I was here a total of maybe 10-12 minutes. Not bad!Id recommend coming here for wipers, especially if you need help changing them.I probably could have paid less online, but since neither my husband or I wanted to try changing mine, this worked out well!

We have been here twice and the service has been impeccable! The staff both times offered to go outside and look at the issue to ensure our car troubles were solved. Changed our tail light once and checked the steering wheel fluid which needed to be filled!
