Jorge the Manager from the tire shop was very professional and helpful. The mechanics did perform good quality service and treated my car as if it was their own. I am an aircraft technician and coming from one tech to another they did an outstanding job and I was surprised. Definitely recommend this place and will be back here again.

To anyone reading this review you’ll think I’m crazy for even giving well any stars probably but the guys at the Fort Lauderdale Mavis as well as other stores that I’ve become acquainted with always made me feel and understand what the issues are with my vehicles. They explain the problems or what is Causing my issues and are I never feel like I’m being gouged or taken advantage of! In my case today the blower motor on my AC went along with a another part that ended up being a $600 fix we got it all together I went to leave and the new part failed. It’s not their fault but they are right on top of it so I feel good! I know they’ll take care of it and I feel like I have some guys that can take care of my car For me. I just moved here to Fort Lauderdale and I’ll be taking this car to them for the duration. You can have faith in at least what they tell you another and peace of mind that it will be fixed as quickly and economically as is possible. Prices of parts are what they are they can’t control that but have the knowledge and the attitude to do the repair and COMMUNICATE back to the customer in terms they understand is just as important in my mind. AWESOME SERVICE! I am not the best at car care! once 😳. I had a bad experience at a mechanic and I avoid it when I can. HOWEVER I HAD A WONDERFUL experience here. From the moment I walked into the door to when I left everyone was nice. The tech took the time to show me what needed to be fix and stressed the importance of keeping up with maintenance in the nicest way. I will be moving to Memphis soon but I wish I had came here before. I hope I find quality service like this when I move.

Sometimes 5 Stars isn’t enough ! I got a flat right before my exam and stopped at this Mavis after two other shops wouldn’t even look at my car . To my surprise, this location took me in with open arms and we’re super considerate of the situation I was in . The District Manager, Steve, is one of the nicest people I’ve met since I moved down to South Florida. He got my tire changed in under 30 minutes and I was able to make it to my exam on time . I’m so grateful for this Mavis store and will be returning if I ever run into tire problems again . Thanks again, Steve and all the nice guys working there that morning who helped get me back on the road !

I had a screw in my tire and with very little time to get it fixed, I pulled up to their shop and immediately Drew and Roy greeted me, and said they would take care of it for me, even thou it was 8 minutes before closing time. Chevy immediately took my 35” tire out and proceeded to work on the patch. They were so nice for helping me minutes before closing time. Last week I unfortunately had to take my car in twice! The first time for was for 2 new tires, then I ran over a nail a couple days later and had to get a third new tire! Both times Mark, Steve & staff were awesome, very helpful & very kind! I told them this was my only vehicle & they were able to get it back to me fairly quick!

I believe many of the reviews, folks there were really nice. Three stars because I called in the morning and booked in to get four tires changed, noted my car and was told tires were in stock. Drove out there a couple hours later and they didnt have the tires.Unsure if this is a common tactic to upsell or if there was a mixup but still cost me an extra hour or so of time from work.

I bring all my work trucks in this place I brought 2 tires in October 2020 and I came because one are flat all the time the guy told me that tire are 4/32 and when the find the little nail they said they can repair because it’s 2/32 they change the history

Theres a very slow tire leak of my car. I drove the car into the shop and had it checked, the first time they didnt find the hole, I told them the leak was very slow, they were very nice and patient to check again very carefully. Almost after 1 hour later they found a very small hole on the tire and fixed it. Now 1 week had passed, and the tire has no problem anymore. The service was excellent! If there is any problem in the future I will surely go to this shop again.

I had an awful week! And the cherry on top was a dead car battery to end the week off. After not being able to jump start my car to bring it over to mavis ( I live pretty much next door) jorge kindly offered to accompany me to jump start my car with a fancy box battery, and absolutely saved the day! We were able to bring my car over to the shop where I was able to get my new battery installed! He saved me from the extra hassle and hours I would have had to put in if I had to call a tow! Thank you so much for the extra effort and the help, definitely made a bad day much better (: thank you thank you to Jorge and the mavis team for all the help!

Came to try and get a quick check up since service was so great last time but whoever was in today 7/11/21 was not about customer service at all, unlike Juan. Giving me 50 excuses why he cant see my car and how they will be leaving at 5pm sharp (lies anyone who works with customers and in customer service will tell you, you never leave on time.) Id understand if it was at 30mins before closing be he had a solid 2+hrs for something that would take maybe 20mins tops considering they have a lift and better tools than I have available. Ill still recommend you deal with Juan and tires are great but the white old man is not a good manager. YOU wanted to leave at 5pm, dont speak for the rest who may be willing to go above and beyond.

Tom when out of his way to help my mother by bringer her out a chair to sit by the lake while her car was being serviced. They were extremely nice and did an excellent job of repairing my solistice for the alternator problem it was having. They also checked all my fluids, brakes wipers tires and everything else.
