High expectations, low quality install.Product seen Floor Decor, sales Eric very informative, 2 week wait for installation. Young team, poor workmanship included bottom sweep faulty, water on floor, glass surface smudge, smear, pile of tile powder from drilling on shower floor, pink ink left tile walls, glue adhesive smeared on metal brackets.Very disappointing for $1000. expected more

Well.. I opted for the low iron glass which was represented by the sales person who went to my house as being clear - not the greenish glass. It was a $275 (plus tax) premium upgrade. The sales person even pointed to a glass table top I have and said you see the green edge, with this upgrade, it will look white. He had two pieces of glass with him that were supposed to be representative of the standard and low iron (clear) product. One was clear white and the other was greenish. His name is Brian. I brought this up to a manager named Mike who basically told me that I got what a paid for and that what the sales person SHOULD have said is that it will not be as greenish. The doors for a 5’ tub where about $1200 (not cheap by any stretch). Be careful of this company - I am not at all happy because the end product was not accurately represented and I ended up paying for an upgrade that was not worth it. I did not want to return the doors.. a refund for the $275 would have been appropriate.

The minute we walked into their facility I knew we were in the right place. Great price, beautiful showroom! Design through install top notch service. Impressive operation. Very professional.
