Great products and service!! We recently bought our tub and shower system from Tubs & More. Both are great but the shower with rainfall is amazing. We ran into a small problem with install and the owner of Tubs & More (Doug) connected my plumber to the owner of the shower company. Doug went above and beyond to fix our issue and make sure our shower install was perfect. You don’t get that kind of service when you order from a big box store! Very happy with our whole experience at this store.

We highly recommend this store if youre remodeling your bathroom. They have a great selection of good quality products and very competitive prices. Rodney provided excellent customer service and great advice on many different products and their features.Overall, their selection and prices were superior to many similar stores we visited in the Doral area of Miami. The 45 minute drive up from Miami to Sunrise was worth it for us. We found the items we liked and we paid several hundred dollars less.By the way, the store delivers in Miami for a nominal fee, but even with the delivery fee, we still paid less for items that we really liked. Delivery was made on time and without incident.We met Doug, the owner, and he was very friendly and helpful. Owner operated small businesses that offer great customer service, good quality products and competitive prices deserve our patronage and support.

Excellent customer service! I am not a new customer putting review because I got wowed the first time. This is the second time, after about 2 yrs since my first experience with them. Few weeks ago one of the many faucet I purchased from tubs and more started having reduced water flow. Jan assisted me promptly from start to finish helping me connect with the manufacturer and constantly stayed in touch as the liaison to get me needed parts and resolve the issue. This was invaluable. Their customer service was excellent the first time and I wanted to put review then but life got busy and it kept getting pushed back. They were always on my mind. They deserve 5 star x2 now. You wont just get sold great products but they will stand behind it years later. Also want to give a shout out to Rodney who was so patient and helpful with my first visit 2 years ago. I just called to confirm if he still works there. He does. Ask for him!

We went in to look at Tubs and overheard the owner talking about the Surfside Condo collapse saying all those jews are flatter than their money now. We were so shocked we just left and could not believe what we heard. We will never go back, very mean spirited individual.

My wife and I did our bath with Tubs, we ordered a gold faucet and inside the box came silver. We were told we had to contact the factory and there was nothing they could do. So much for customer service.

I was looking around for a long time for a tub for my master bath, I looked everywere and everytime I went to order online thru Home Depot etc I was hesitant and not sure. I then googled the area and found this company. I went to showroom and ufff beautiful!! So many options and not only bathroom but kitchen too. My budget was very tight but they had few options. After I purchased the tub unfortunately I got the wrong tub and the reason I am giving this company 5 stars yes they have amazing quality products but the customer service is more important. The owner actually took care of the small mishap and very quickly took ownership and made sure everything was perfect. So I got my tub that is higher quality than the normal brands outthere and not at a such higher price.

Amazing Customer Service !!!My wife and I had been researching the right tub for our home. After visiting several other tub places for about 2 years, we kept coming back to Dougs Tubs and talking to Gerardo, our sales person. Finally the budget and time were just right. My wife and I decided on our tub and placed the order. The tub was delivered and once installed, we tested it. All was good until we noticed a small 2 crack in the acrylic inside the tub. We called Gerardo and after he spoke to Mansfield ( tub manufacturer ), they sent us a new tub. Two weeks later the tub was personally delivered by Trevor ( Dougs son ) to my door step. This tub also had some flaws. After 2 tubs with flaws, my wife and I began to loose hope. Trevor and Doug said they would make this right for us. I would like to thank Gerardo, Trevor, Brie ( hope I spelled it right ), and Doug himself, they all went above and beyond the call of duty to get us a tub my wife and I were happy with. Doug even followed up with me days later to make sure all was right. We are impressed with their customer service and would definitely do business with them again. We love our new tub and look forward to years of enjoyment, thanks to Dougs Tubs.

Just a tip I hope a rep see this but one of their suppliers claim their products come from Italy which is partly true, most of it comes of it come from china and Thailand. You can literally damage the coating with your nail. Im pretty sure tubs know exactly the company Im talking about. Take my word for it a visit them and request to see their products.

I was looking online when I found this place which happened to be close to where I am living. I went there and they had a wide variety of bath tubs. I ended up with a very nice Jacuzzi bathtub at a very reasonable price. The staff was very willing to work with me to meet my budget. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase. Doug Tubs is truly an amazing showing and Doug is pretty amazing too! He was so kind and helpful in our decision to buy a tub for our upcoming master bath update. I can see that Doug is really passionate about what he does and wants his customers happy with their decision. We drove all the way down from the Treasure Coast to his huge show room in Ft. Lauderdale. The 2 hour drive was most definitely worth it. There are tubs for every body size and tubs and tubs for every preference from modern and sleek to classic claw foot tubs. Also, Doug has a large variety of gorgeous glass bathroom sinks and kitchen sinks as well. The atmosphere was not at all stuffy and I literally had a fun time trying out all the tubs. It was a great experience. I highly recommend you bring your board shorts along since Doug will let you try out tubs with water in them...We are still in conflict as to which one to purchase because there are that may to choose from. Bought my tub from here for my new house. the place is smaller than I anticipated yet has a pretty wide selection. The owner has his BIG dog which was odd but overall the service was good and it was surprisingly affordable.

Im re-posting a review I made in another forum - We just did a remodel of our bathroom and looked at a couple different tubs in the showroom. We ordered one but then discovered that any future maintenance would be blocked by cabinets and had to change our choice. We worked with Rodney and cannot say enough good about the experience and follow-up during the entire order and delivery process. The tub we finally settled on was a rectangular 4x6 foot Jason MicroSilk/AirMasseur hydrotherapy unit that was going into a second-floor master bathroom. Although it took a great deal of labor, the delivery crew was able to think through the task and manhandle the tub all the way into the bath so that framing measurements and other tasks could be accomplished in a timely manner. We would strongly recommend that for any bathroom remodeling look to Tubs and More, you wont do better.

We went to find inspiration for our new bathroom and were really positively surprised with the big selection and the quality of the products. We had expected to have to spend at least a couple days browsing different stores but Tubs & More has it all, in within an hour we had everything checked off our list.

They were kind, courteous, on-time and followed through on every promise they made.
